They will lie about why it was towed (which in 90 percent of the cases is illegal) and then lie about information they do have.
Mustafa with T W Towing was very helpful and responsive he got there quick and took extra precautions with my vehicle too make sure that it was safe during transportation he even dealt with the insurance company for me that way way it was hassle free getting my car too its destination made the experience very easy and I definitely recommend, He also helped someone out that had a flat tire while he was loading my car onto a towtruck resolved all our issues and was respectful, 👍🏽
Where NOT to go for your towing needs. I write this review as I sit in a parking lot at 2 am, going into hour 4 waiting for them. I've been told repeatedly the driver is "en route", I had to ask from where, you can get from fort Worth to Dallas one hour, but rest assured, he is en route. The police have been called on the suspicious car in the parking lot and we had to explain to them the shoddy customer service of this company. If you have ANY other choice, including just pushing your car, it would be a better option than TW towing. I am adding a star because once the driver was on site he was very friendly and quick with the pick up.
TW Towing is the best. Had a late night emergency. Called TW and they were to the rescue. I was told it would take longer 2-3 hours for a tow, since it was after midnight. However they were there within 45 min. Everything else was a breeze. Thanks so much for being there . Great job
After Unique Recovery LLC attempted to tow my truck but ended up tearing up the front end. T W Towing was dispatched to clean up the other guys mess. He showed up with the proper equipment, perform his job professionally and made certain no further damage was done!

Save yourself alot of time vs dealing with this company, I called in at 8:15am for a tow, was given a 45 minute ETA, an hour passed no driver, I tried reaching back out to this company I was placed on hold by a dispatcher & hung up on, I called back many times no answer. I was stuck on the highway for 2 hours, horrible. Called another company they was there within an hour . Never got a call back from TW Towing, horrible horrible horrible.
This company is terrible. I called them around 12:00 A.M., and it is currently 6:00 A.M. and they still have not arrived. Their stated estimated time of arrival was about 2:45 - 3:45 A.M, which was wrong. When I called the company to get an update, they told me their driver was on the way. After waiting for another hour, I called them back to see what was taking so long. They couldn't even get ahold of their driver. I ended up calling another tow company at 7.AM. I'm going to save you the time and advice you go with another towing company.
I have used this service twice. Both times they were punctual, polite, and understanding. The use the older phone dispatch system so I wasn't able to track the location of the truck online. That's okay, because they shine in all the parts that matter. I have them saved in my speed dial for the next time I'm broken down.
Thank goodness for the prompt service and courtesy provided by the driver and dispatcher at TW Towing. I was nervous the wait would be long in an unfamiliar neighborhood while it was raining. They were kind when I called to inquire how long I may need to wait and the driver was pulling up. He let me get warmed up in his truck and made me feel comfortable dropping me off at repair shop. I recommend them to everyone who asks
I have used TW towing on 2 separate occasions and was pleased both times. I called and spoke with the operator and a tow truck was to me within an hour. I was contacted on both occasions by the driver with an ETA to keep me up to date. I was pleased with the way the driver handled my vehicle during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing towing assistance.

I can't begin to express my experience with the expertise of TW Towing! This establishment made me feel so warm and welcomed that I will forever utilize their services. TW Towing is my go to company for towing. Their drivers have gotten me out of predicaments that I knew would cost me a fortune, and they did not. Theh have been timely and professional the 4 times I’ve had to personally use them, and the feedback that I’ve gotten from those I’ve referred them to has been the same.
I was having vehicle issues. I called my roadside assistance in need of a tow, TW Towing called me within minutes to let me know they were on their way. The driver was awesome and quick on getting my vehicle to the auto repair shop and still allowing me to get to work on time. I will definitely be using them again!!!!!!
Called my insurance company after catching a flat tire on the way to work. TW showed up promptly and the driver was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of towing services!
Book them and be prepared to wait. And they may never show up even when you confirm appointment. Made a 7:30 am appointment the night before. The dispatch called at 6:30 am to confirm appointment. Apparently, we missed the call but we didnt have any missed calls. At 7:10 am they called "again". This time the call went through. We confirmed the appointment. I called the dispatch to complain about them being an hour late. She got the owner/manager on the phone. We were talking to him when the signal went out because we were making our way down the garage to meet the driver. Called back 2 mins later and they stopped taking our calls. Never showed up. They could have at least told us they were canceling the tow. So unprofessional. They dont keep appointment.
My insurer, Progressive, set tow services and quoted me a 75 minute estimate. 65 minutes into the wait I get a call from Progressive informing me that the tow company had just canceled. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow AVOID TW Towing Company.
I called this company soon after i got off the phone with an employee that wrecked his van. They were prompt and courteous and affordable! I recommend this company to anyone. I will be using their services for my fleet both personal and commercial.
If you’re insurance provider (mine was Allstate) informs you that this company will be towing..decline and ask for another..
—3.5 hour wait. 10 minutes after expected time, I receive a call that the driver is running 30 minutes behind. Then I get a call 5 minutes later from Allstate that this company canceled. Supposedly they are on call for DPD.. so your 3.5 hour wait means nothing.
I don’t even understand why an insurance company would use a company like this, that could cancel at any moment if they get “said call”.

They saved me after another towing company left me in a lurch late on a Friday night! They arrived quickly, towed my car without incident, and the kind driver even dropped me off at my apartment. I couldn't have asked for better service.
I have used TW Towing twice and both times they came on time and the guys were competent and really nice. The second time I was stuck a previous company came out and the guy refused to tow my car, said that I needed a different type of truck, so when TW got there I was really worried. He figured it all out and safely towed my car to the mechanic.
I would use them again.
I wish I could give a negative star. I called at 3 pm to tow my truck from the shop, at 7, they hadn't arrived, and I had to go to the dealership tomorrow take my car put of the shower to wait on them. When they dropped it off, they didn't even knock on the door or call, they left the car in front of the house with the key inside. They are horrible, and they should be removed from any roadside assistance contracts list. I made sure to let my benefits know how horrible they were, and when you call to follow up on status, they are just nonchalant and could give 2 flying f**ks. -_-
HORRIBLE AND RUDE. We called to get our friend's car towed due to 2 flat tires. We called at 9pm and got a confirmation that TW towing will come tow the car at 9:15pm. At 10pm, we got a text saying ETA is midnight. Wow. Okay maybe they're busy. Midnight came and Gabriel (or Gabriella) picked up the call and said we were next in line and the driver is finishing up with the customer. 12:12am I called again and Gabriella said that the driver had to "regenerate the truck and it takes 25 minutes but he has 7 mins left on the clock and he was on exit 5. We live on exit 1b. 12:49 came and I asked them where they are, took my exact address, and told me they will be on location in a minute. I went outside in freezing cold waited for 10 minutes to make sure they found me because they said it's hard for them to turn the truck around if they go pass the car. I called them at 1:10am and Gabriella, who was being rude the whole transaction, asked me "who told you to go outside? I told you we'll call you once the driver is there." i told her their ETA was misleading, told me an hour ago the driver had 7 mins plus driving time (maybe 20 mins tops) and all she can tell me was "correct. But they're on their way so..." I was so pissed off and hung up and went to wait in my house. Driver called me and he arrived at 1:20am. Wow. All the negative reviews are right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Worst towing company ever. They like to damage Ur car they turn around and lie saying it wasn't them. The lady in charge is rude and of no help. They do not and will not take responsibilty for the mess ups. They are a poorly ran towing company who needs to do there job because of this so called professional towing my insurance won't cover the damage they did bc they won't admit it what they did. They are forever the worst and I will continue to let everyone in the dfw no what a awful horrible bad service this company is. Scheduled an insurance tow at 4pm with an eta of 5. At 5:20 I was informed (and not by the tow company) that the tow company had cancelled. I called and they explained they did not have equipment available to tow a motorcycle (although they knew at 4 I was on a motorcycle.)

Great place! My car broke down in the middle of the Highway. I called up, and told them my location. Tow truck was there in less than an hour. Took care of everything! With a great price as well! I will Definitely save this number just in case for another emergency like this.
This is probably one of the worst towing companies if not the worst towing company in the DFW area. I had this towing company sent by my insurance company and it took them 3 hours to arrive. They had given my insurance company an ETA of 1 hour.
When speaking with the dispatcher of TW Towing she had advised they would be at my location with in the hour and that the tow truck driver would call whenever he was close to the location. This did not occur. Furthermore, this towing company was not courteous in giving a call advising they were going to be late instead when called by me and my insurance company they decided to lie advising that their driver was 10 minutes away when in reality he was approximately 45 minutes to an hour away.
This company is a joke don't fall for their fake reviews on here. If your insurance company dispatches this towing service ask for someone else because if you don't, get ready for a horrible experience. Believe me, don't waste your time like I did. Those are 3 hours of my life I will never get back.
The service to tow my vehicle was on time and dropped off quickly. My debit card was run for the amount we agreed to and it posted to my account as having been charged. However, it has now been three weeks later and I just now received a balance update on my card saying I was charged yet again by TW Towing. When I called I spoke to the owner who initially seemed interested but said to contact my bank because the fault would be with the bank and not themselves. I told her that it would be the responsibility of her company to run my card. I contacted my bank and held a conference call with them and the owner of TW. The bank said what I did originally "It is the merchant who is responsible for running the card."
The owner of TW then said there was nothing they could do. I told them that because of their negligence I now have very little money for the week, she proceeded to insult me that I "didn't know how to balance my checking account." and that I "should go to my parents to have them teach me how to balance my check book." Yes everyone, a professional business resorts to childish insults to their customers. I have never ONCE in all the years I have had this bank overdrawn or had issue with knowing my balance on my account. She refused to take responsibility for her tardiness in running my card at the time the transaction occurred and instead blamed ME and my supposed poor financial planning.
She used the ignorant argument that a debit card is the same a check that can last up to six months before it is processed. What is the point in having a debit card? The whole point is so that you DON'T have to wait for a transaction to occur for up to six months! It is a irresponsible excuse from a shady company who refuses to take responsibility for its employees or their own mess ups.
I posed the question to her, "Which is more likely, the bank I have never had any problems with overdrawing on my account with suddenly screwed up OR is it more likely that TW Towing, a company I have never used, amidst all of the people you tow every single day, somewhere my transaction fell through the cracks and because of your negligence you decided to then charge me three weeks late effectively messing up my budgeting for the week."
Needless to say she didn't have an answer and essentially hung up on me. She accused me of poor budgeting but it is because of her company that my budgets was messed up! How ridiculous. I think the fact that she hung up on me, suffers from the inability to use minimal reasoning, coupled with the fact that she uses insults to solve her problems is reason enough to avoid this company.
They little interest in running an upstanding company. Also, do not allow any reply or apology by them on my review here change your mind. There are dozens of towing companies in the Dallas area, for your own sake avoid this one.
