Connected to them through AAA for a car lockout. Arrived in a timely manner and had my car opened in less than 5 minutes. Very thankful to them in a stressful situation.
I have AAA and usually waiting for a tow with them is a horrible experience. This time was completely different. Ammari was the contracted company this time and I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. We were stranded near the service road on a busy street around 1am. Called AAA and Ammari reached out in less than 10 minutes after the request. The driver texted me twice afterwards, once to verify location and another to provide ETA. He was there in less than 30 minutes. He worked quickly and efficiently and was polite. With the circumstance of being stranded with small children it was greatly appreciated. Thank you Joseph for being amazing. You were a blessing in an unfortunate situation. Thank you Ammari for having such great people represent your company.
*STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY* Ammari Towing was the company AAA used to tow my car because it wouldn't start due to a complete dead battery. Tow driver damaged my rims and destroyed my brand new $500 Michelin tire. I made sure to take pictures and videos of the car before towing, when they picked it up and dropped it off. It clearly shows them damaging the vehicle. They denied all claims and won't respond to me. I will be filing a claim with evidence. Save yourself the hassle of having to sue them and decline them through AAA or any other service.
Black male driver in the truck with license plate t6941l threatened to shoot me and my wife because we weren’t driving fast enough. It’s probably not the best idea to pull up on people in your work truck and threaten violence.
Driver was courteous and very professional. Unfortunately my car shifted on flatbed and my wheel got scraped up. Driver noticed it first and took pictures. Someone was supposed to call to address it. No one did. I called after over a week, got forwarded to Arnie. He said he'd call back in a few hours after checking out my AAA info. Never called back and won't return my calls.
I wish I could give this 0 stars!!!!!!! I do mean 0 cause the owner is trash garbage and the tow guy they sent is lying about what happened when he came to tow my car. The owner Arnie was supposed to go look at my car due to his employee connecting the leads wrong on my battery and burning up my alternator. The owner is disputing the damages and basically called me a liar. Then he had the nerve to shush me and put his hand up. DON’T use this company!!!!!!

I would like to acknowledge the technicians thru AAA that came to resolve my problem. Their names are Randy and Orlando. They both did an exception job in a timely manner; my wait time was minimal. What started as a normal day of shopping turned into a disaster after I attempted to start my truck. I immediately contacted AAA and was advised that Ammari Towing Inc would be at my home shortly. I got a text from Randy informing me that he was two minutes away. He quickly identified that my battery was dead; therefore, I made the decision to contact Ammari a second time to have my truck towed to my designated mechanic shop. That request was assigned to Orlando, who promptly let me know that he was on the way. He also explained the towing process and I felt very comfortable with him dropping my truck off without me going to the shop. I had contacted the shop to let them know that Orlando was dropping the truck off. The shop contacted me shortly afterwards to let me know that the truck had been delivered. I give Randy and Orlando both a ten out of ten, along with Ammari Towing Inc.

Last night in Dallas, we were stranded with a flat tire and no tools to change it. We called AAA, and Ammari Towing showed up like absolute heroes. Not only did these two amazing, professional, and courteous guys help us, but they also assisted another person with us whose car had a mechanical failure.
They were fast, kind, incredibly skilled, and truly went above and beyond. It felt like God’s angels arrived in a tow truck to save the day. They were smart, patient, and truly valued us as customers. In a very stressful situation, they brought calm, relief, and expert help.

I just had a flat (at almost 10pm) and Carven came out to help me and was AWESOME!! He was very professional and had my flat tire replaced with my spare, and I was on my way in no time. I also appreciate that I didn't have to wait a long time for him to arrive. This is not my first time using this company, and they never disappoint. I highly recommend Ammari Towing, Inc.
I had the worst experience with a towing company that I have ever had. On 11/3/ 2024 I called AAA and they sent Amari towing. The incident occured around 6 to 7:15, the young guy was rude reckleses and getting agressive I thought there was going to be a physical altercation. I told the young guy if I needed to call 911. I don't know if this individual was on some type of substance or what. I am an elderly man so the situation certanly made me a little scared. I am going to report the incident to other companies. I hope I never have to deal with Amari towing again, I will reject thier service and tell others to be careful if that towing service shows up.

Called AAA three times and waited over an hour each time to tell me the request was canceled each time without me canceling. Started at 12:34am to get a text at 345am that the driver wouldn’t make it until 6:11am. TRASH plain and simple. Oh yeah I forgot a driver did show up around 2:45am only to not call us to see that we were on the back side of the building. So we recall to get a 6:11 ETA… TRASH HORRIBLE Customer Service
Had a really bad flat tier on 06/06/2024, Called my AAA service and Ammari was dispatched. The wait was only 30 minutes and my driver was very professional knowledgeable. My drop off at the tier shop was easy and my driver even moved my car out of the way for the shop to service it. THANK YOU ALL FROM MANAGEMENT TO THE DRIVERS. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Required towing assistance on 5/28/24 through my roadside carrier AAA. Upon my request the towing technician (Mr. Mark) was very professional and informative. He greatly assisted by informing of a 24hr tire shop,,as unfortunately I had experienced two blown tires. Once arriving at the repair location Mr. Mark spoke to the tire guy directly about my issue and even stayed until the new tires had been mounted. Definitely five star service. Thank You Mr. Mark
AAA quoted me a 2 hour wait in the 91 degree heat. I gave them a call and 20 minutes later my car was no longer in the middle of the road. The driver was knowledgeable and caused no damage to my vehicle as he lifted it and dropped it.
HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH YOUR CAR!!! They are UNINSURED! That’s right, THEY DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. So if they damage your car, you’re on your own. I wish I could give 0 stars!!! AAA (also untrustworthy) dispatched this company to tow my car and I ended up needing MORE repairs! This towing company obviously hires anyone. They do extremely poor work, are apathetic and shady! They begged me not to go through their insurance company after damaging my car and said they would “look out for me” by having their guy do the repairs. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!! The tow truck driver damaged my car as you can see from the photo. He pulled my bumper completely off, broke my grill AND made my car hit a parked car (I have damage to the back of my car as well). Please do not use them for anything! I would hate for this to happen to anyone else!
I had to use them 2 days in a row. Each service provider was professional friendly and compassionate. As a stranded woman you always hope you'll feel safe in vulnerable circumstances. Mark and Timothy were very kind, considerate, and professional. I really appreciate that and wish them many blessings for taking care of me.
My battery went dead and I needed it a tow to the house. The driver pulls up out of uniform with another passenger in the vehicle so we couldn’t even ride in the truck with him. Now he has to tow my car with me and my wife inside of it which is against the law and tow policies. Then the driver pulls my car with the pull tow drops my car damages breaks my whole dust cover on top of bumper and hood of my car. Then refused to give me any information and drove off on me. This company is reckless and they do not care about the customers. Triple AAA definitely need to cut all ties.
This company has no integrity and will clearly hire anyone with a license. I have a video of an employee dropping my vehicle on the concrete further damaging my vehicle and the owner refused to take responsibility with a full proof video in hand. I needed my car towed and AAA assigned Ammari Towing. Eric was my driver and he was phenomenal. First, I received a call from dispatch confirming ETA, then Eric called to confirm ETA, which, thank goodness, was a shorter length of time. When he arrived, he was nice, friendly and thorough. We I arrived at the dealership, it was very, very busy. There was confusion on where my car was placed. I called Eric and he confirmed the location of the car at drop off. He even sent me a text of the information. He said to call back if I needed. I appreciate Eric for making me comfortable in an already panicked situation.
