Worst service I have ever had at any store. The girl did not want to help if you’re having a bad day have it but don’t come to work with it. Another gentleman was here and as soon as he saw me he acknowledge me.

If you buy oil from them, be good and sure the lids on tight. Just got one where the seal wasn’t good and spilled oil all over my seat on the way home. Apart from that it meets expectations of an oreillys

Was recycling some car batteries and automatic transmission fluid. Miss Myia (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong) was extremely helpful. She told me exactly what to do and told me I would get a gift card for recycling the batteries (did not know that part). She was thorough and explicit with her instructions. Made it simple. Thank you!

Shout out to Miss Beverly and her team. This is my second or third time coming to this location. I've received the same assistance, smiles and helpfulness. They offered great customer service, which is something I thought was extinct. Most people take the time to complain. Only a few people take the time to appreciate or give a good review. Great customer service equals repeat customers, unlike the competitors I won't mention. K

Worst O'Reilly I've been to. I was told they couldn't take my battery out of my car to test it and to drive to my neighborhood 40 mins away to go to another O'Reilly for them to take out my battery. All that was needed was a wrench. At least they jumped my car for me to get back to my side of town.

Poor customer service. Needed a new battery and they didn't want to install it for my wife they said "if its too hard to install we will charge you" Then they told her they didn't have the correct tools to change the battery. COME ON O'REILLY DO BETTER!!

I'm a DIYer and believe if another man can do a job so can I for the reason why I like to work on my own car. I tell people I'll let a man touch my wife before he touches my car. Miya n Chris are great employees that are helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Keep them around because good help is hard to find. Miya assisted me in finding a Harry l hard to find part for my 98 Lexus keeping money in my pocket by avoiding the dealership. Thanks team

Went there for part its for a coolant reservoir cap showed to have have both parts in murray and dorman dude at 6:30pm is when I arrived the dude with glasses attended me and refused to look for the part both times caught him just sitting behind the ailes on his phone refusing to attend me no very good customer service refused to tell me if another store had one and refused to call the store

I stopped in to get them to scan my battery/alternator/starter, he hooked up the scanner and said well your alternator is bad, then didn’t say much else. I went and checked with a real mechanic in Duncanville and they scanned it with a much more detailed reader, only for us to find out my alternator is completely fine. The guy tried to sell me a $370 alternator for my car when I didn’t need it.

I went to return a pack of car wipes I had purchased from the same store the night before because they were leaving wet streaks on the interior of my new car. The gentleman informed me that I couldn’t return the wipes due to a manufacturer warranty. He said, and I quote, ‘The company wants you to go through them for a return or exchange of the wipes. You can’t return it in-store.’ I found it odd that I couldn’t return car wipes at an auto store. I then went to the next nearest O’Reilly to make the return, and they accepted it without any questions or issues. Someone needs to retrain the employees at the Cedar Hill location.

Very great customer service I don’t know the young man that helped me but here is a brief description he was young he had twisty dreds light skin young man I came in last night I needed my battery alternator and starter checked and he stopped everything and helped me I believe they was about to close but he decided to help me and gave me a few tips on my car and my car started up this morning so I had to leave a review I hate I don’t know his name but I hope the description will help enough so he can get recognized for his help and great customer service I recommend O’Reilly if you need car stuff thanks again happy holidays

They had the 12 point star tools in stock that competitors had to order. My car was already dismantled, so this was a great save. Their price was also lower, which made it even better! Finished the repair and avoided leaving car on stands overnight! Thanks, O'Reilly.

Best service! My battery went down they were unable to install battery due to type of car. The team at this location went above and beyond made sure I was able to get back on road to travel to dealership.

Excellent! I was told at the dealership that I needed a new battery. I went to O'Reilly and they tested my battery. It was good and it only had corrosion on one cable. I got it cleaned and I am good.

On may 20i called looking for 2 parts the guy that answered the phone said he could get both however he would have to get them shipped from the seagoville Texas store much to My surprise I was only handed one part when I went to pick them up. seems they only had one of the parts I needed the other would have to come from the dealership witch is fine but the guy didn't call me back (and yes he had my name and number)and tell me anything I had to find out about it in the store (SMH).on a good note, the guy who helped me in the store (not the same guy on the phone) got me the number to the closest dealership and the manufacturer part number. He was extremely apologetic and very helpful in making it right well done. Will I do business again yes I like O'Reilly's they just got a few bad apples.

5 years my favorite store because they're always attentive, always friendly and always super helpful. Most auto parts stores are run like the post office. Youve seen it, a long line of customers waiting and waiting with one clerk working while people mill around and walk behind the counter then disappear while you're growing more frustrated with the inefficiency and lack of empathy. NOT this store, they will jump on a register to get you out of there and back on task. Seems like most employes are gear heads or at least DIY mechanics so ther's a ton of readily available knowledge here. Check 'em out!

Amazing customer service! Perry was a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. I was there when they had a customer returning an item purchased, he had to go to another location and purchase what he needed in a hurry but they ended up making a mess of his potential return. Not only did they manger walk him through the steps of why they were confused, he refunded him and fixed the account. By far the most pleasant experience! Shout out to Dre as well for helping me out!

O'Reilly is terrific. The staff are personable, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure you know what you need and help you save money to get it. Plus they have an inventory that ensures you find things you disnt even know you needed. Go here.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! This by far is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I went into this store to get my battery checked because it was acting up and dying. The first guy came out to test it and before he even pulled out his tools, he was trying to blame the alternator. I told him I already had the alternator replaced and he kept trying to argue with me. Finally he tested it and then he told me it tested good, but gave me no printout. He closed the hood and said, "Sorry it's the alternator". I went back in the store and asked another clerk if they could please charge it. He tried to argue with me then grudgingly got the equipment. As he proceeded to charge an irrate black woman comes yelling out the door saying, "We already told you it's the battery!". I was shocked. Never in my life have I been treated this way by a store associate or manager

This is one of the best auto parts store I have ever visited. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and always make sure you have everything you need before you leave the store. They also will go outside to assist if needed. I just love O'Reilly I don't go to AutoZone any longer I notice my parts last longer now when I get them from O'Reilly
