Paid for Batteries, drove 20 min to get them, stood in line to be told someone was supposed to call you we don’t have batteries. No concern, no apologies for wasting my time.. nada

I purchased a battery warranty, like I always do. Bought a Duracel 220 for my ATV . Hooked it up and the battery won't hold a charge. Have to jump it everytime. Went into the store within 2 weeks of purchase to do a warranty exchange as well as purchase 2 new batteries for other vehicles. Was told the battery is charging and can't do an exchange. I even verified this issue is covered under the 2 year Duracel warranty, let alone the additional warranty I purchased. The gentleman at the front said "sorry, can help you". Ironically tried to call the corporate numbet to get some additional assistance and no one picked up! What in the world!

I bring my phone in yesterday for a simple cracked screen, the man made me turn of my find my iPhone and made me wait 1hour and 30 minutes just for him to break my phone. I was working just fine when I walked and I came back the phone won’t charge turn on or light up. Do not go here for you insurance claims if you have T-Mobile or spectrum

I went on a Sunday and Bill was at the counter. I had to change the battery of my bike which died in the morning and he was able to help me find a great exchange. We also had a very nice chat hence the 5 stars review!

I ordered online, battery was ready BUT I somehow ordered the wrong one. Young man at the counter. Looked it up again, found the correct one, handled the exchange correction quickly and kindly. I've bought probably 4+ batteries from this location and will continue to do so.

I was able to save more money by signing up for their email. Plus the return of the core charge credit back. And there a 3rd discount offered for ordering on line even if you are waiting to pick up in store same day. I was able to use my ibotta app to get more money back. Finally the courteous agent asked if I was needing his assistance to install into my car? This was a free service to me. This was a win win times 5!! Made my day!

I was extremely happy about the service I received when I purchased a new car battery, I saw they also repair phone screens. Unfortunately everytime I try to take my phone for repair, the time that I arrive or call just happens to be the time that they stop accepting repairs. I think they just don’t want to complete the task which is sad because why offer it if you don’t want to do it? Photo of me arriving at 3:30 and they refused to provide service - they close at 7. Next day I called at 5pm to speak to manager and they said they stop repairs at 5pm - which is it?

Do NOT get your iPhone screens replaced here. It looks great but aftermarket screens have ghost touch/compatibility issues. You’ll end up going to Apple to pay them to replace the screen to stop the phone that started randomly doing whatever it wants because of the bootleg screen.

I called the location to ask about my battery and to see if it was in stock. The manager called me back and informed me that it was there unfortunately I didn't make it out until 2-3 days later. The two gentleman working there on that Saturday we're not very approachable. I see one on the computer with his back turned away from the customers as they walk in the other was assisting the couple that arrived when I did. He said to me "I will be right with you" so I started to look around the store while I wait. My experience in the store made me feel really bad I use a cane to get around after my purchase he just left the battery for me to pick up no Thank you or Nothing they didn't even open the door.

I made the mistake of buying a car battery from this business. 3-year free replacement is a lie. They refused to honor the warranty after my battery is dead in 1 year. Won't be coming back here.

Very easy to find the exact battery I needed. Easy to use web site, very fast service. The check out was simple, now its on to the store to have my battery either delivered to me in my truck or go inside and get it. I highly recommend Batteries Plus and they will get any future batteries I need business. 5 stars all the way around and you can shop here with confidence.

Great service! I was looking for a battery for my tractor, and went to tractor supply, they didn't have it, and didn't seem to have much interest in getting it. Told me to order online. So I called this Batteries Plus, and he had the right battery in stock, except it had the wrong posts, but he found a kit to convert it back to regular posts, and it was still cheaper than anywhere else. When I arrived at the store he had already pulled the battery and put the new posts on it. I was out the door in 5 min. A+++++++

Went into Batteries Plus Bulbs on Jul 8 2021 to purchase a 12v -5F battery. Greeted by a young man( Christian?) who immediately greeted me and asked how could he help me. I was shocked as in most places of business customer service has gone down hill. When I mentioned the battery I needed he said for your security system,?I replied yes, it seems since Hilco Electricity went out the previous Monday, everyone had been coming in for a battery. Thanks Christian keep up the good work.

To whom it may concern, I am reaching out hoping to get a better response to my issue than what I got at this store. I am in need to exchange a bad battery that is still within warranty period. I am asking this particular store to help me out. At first glance, the battery (Duracell Ultra 12V 55AH AGM SLA Battery with M6 Terminals SLAA12-55C/FR) seems to be working just fine, but when it is in use the voltage drops to maybe a 3. This battery is 1 of 2 of a power chair of a disabled person. I cannot bring the power chair in to the store. I have 2 videos showing the performance of the battery when it's in the power chair. I have also been to 3 different places where I was told the battery is NOT good. It would've been nice of the store attendant to have been more receptive, instead of being shut down. The store attendant said to bring him the power chair, however, this is not an option. As the person is completely disabled, he CANNOT be transported. And I CANNOT bring chair to store. If it were possible, we would've done it since the beginning. Covid has hit us hard, and at this time it is extremely difficult to buy a new battery. The battery is still within the 1-year warranty period. I am appealing to your good faith to accept my warranty claim. Thank you in advance for your consideration! With the shelter-in-place order in Dallas County, Batteries & Bulbs quickly advised me that my online order was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store and the sales associate delivered the purchased item to me at curbside promptly. A fast, easy and completely satisfying purchase experience.

I bought a battery from this store in February. I based my buying decision based on my interactions by phone and in person with the store manager. However, if the battery had not already been installed in my car I would have called the whole thing off. While finalizing the transaction with the store manager, the owner got involved. He was rude and stand offish. His attitude was like "I really don't need your business". He never spoke directly to me - only through the manager. To tell you the truth, I don't know what set him off because I never said a word to him. I will never buy anything else from this store. Had I not needed a battery that day I would have gone some where else. And like another reviewer said, the only other employee (a female) in the store had a similar attitude as the store owner. Don't purchase here unless you have no other alternative!

I had them replace a screen on my iPad a couple of years ago, and did a great job. So recently my wife dropped her phone and well, I drove over it. Thank god for otterbox, yes the screen was shattered but phone was still good. For under $100 and 2 hours later on a Sunday my wife was back in business. Another great job. Love these people.

Fabulous Service! I took my iPhone in for repair and they repaired it while I waited. I found them through a Google search and so glad I did. Now I also know where to get my replacement key fob programmed for my car. And while I was there I discovered every possible light bulb and battery I could ever need. What a great place with great staff! Thank you!

I Purchased a battery from this Batteries Plus for my computer and came to find out it was not what i needed. after calling the store the manager asked me to bring my computer laptop in to the store so that he may check it out so, i did and he did and found out i needed the power card replaced. i purchased the power card and it was reasonable. the staff in the store was very helpful and i was very satisfied.

Great - Ordered online 11pm @ night and my order was ready when I walked in the shop the next morning. Really helpful explaining as to why my Samsung battery malfunctioned and the one i purchased is working great right out of the box. I will always use this method for battery related needs going forward.
