I had an excellent experience with Texas Towing and Hauling LLC and cannot recommend them highly enough. I needed my severely damaged vehicle following a major accident picked up from another towing company that was charging nearly double simply to return it to my home. From the moment I contacted Texas Towing and Hauling, their dispatcher responded immediately and handled my situation with professionalism and urgency. They arranged a tow within an hour, which was incredibly impressive.
The driver was courteous and went above and beyond by allowing me to ride back with him to my home. When we encountered an issue with the car not starting, he took extra time to troubleshoot and ensure I was not left stranded. He stayed until we confirmed the issue was simply a dead battery that needed charging. His patience and genuine concern made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
I truly appreciate the efficiency, care, and reasonable pricing this company offers. Texas Towing and Hauling LLC provides outstanding service, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of reliable towing support.
No one wants to wake up to a massively flat tire. In reality; worst way to start a Monday. It’s cold. I would need to remove too many things in my for for the possibility of a spare tire.

Exavier showed up EARLY this morning to tow my boat/trailer to the repair shop for a trailer light kit. He called me the day before to confirm all details. Exavier was professional and very good at his job!!! I had previously tried to move the boat/trailer myself, had another tow company a couple of weeks ago, both w/o success. Exavier showed up and I knew just from his vibe he would get it done. And he did!! I also want to thank Paula for calling/confirming appointment/details!! It was an answer to prayer that AAA sent Exavier. The guy was a genius. We had a pickup that had a clutch go out in our back hilly yard. A previous company said they couldn't do anything. He looked and said, "I can get it." I loved his heart, attitude, professionalism. I would use him and Texas Towing 100 out of 100 times. He deserves more stars than 5. Just wow!
I want to say thank you to these guys. They pulled me out of a bind with my load. They did give me a break on the amount charged I do and will recommend them if anybody needs assistance. I called AAA this morning and Shout Out to Exavier! He picked my car up within 30 minutes. He was handling that big tow truck with ease, like a Hot Wheels truck?? My kids were even impressed Lol! They gave him 2 thumbs up???? He was courteous and professional. Awesome job sir!
Today Jesse towed an old car from one place to another place. He was very professional and calm during this difficult job. Which requied time & patience. Jesse Delgado - Jesse was Very Professional in his Appearance and Conversation. His ETA was 7:01pm but he arrived an hour early. I was gonna follow the Tow Truck to the drop off location but his Professionalism convinced me that I could trust him wit my vehicle.
Had to get a car i recently purchased home and my insurance had a mix up with my policy. The tow truck driver “ Jesse Delgado” was very nice and polite and waited while I called to sort it all out. Took awhile to get through, after he got me home no problem.

On April 28th the front end of my car was damaged by your tow truck driver when he was backing it off of the ramp. Pics below. He said someone from your company would contact me regarding the damage. I never heard from anyone so on May 5th I called your company and spoke with Chris. I explained what happened and he said he would look into it and reach back out to me by the end of the following day. As of today May 13th, I have not heard from Chris or anyone from your company. I look forward to someone contacting me regarding the damage. Thanks
