Shop replaced our 2019 Ford Edge transmission, could not be happier with the result. Car drives smooth again, can't beat the 3 year 100,000 mile warranty that came with the transmission. Would highly recommend to anyone needing transmission work at a affordable price. Ford dealership wanted allot more.

I took my service van in to have the transmission rebuilt. The first thing I noticed was the shop was very clean and organized. Brent was thorough and explaining the process he always answered the phone and seemed to be organized. Drove my car to them and Brent stated he don’t know how I made it there safely because my tire was extremely hot and would not rotate and told me he can not let me drive my car back home. Brent made sure I got back home by dropping me off. Someone made a post saying Brent is rude I highly doubt that he is the sweetest!!!!!!!!
I've reviewed this place before, but on a recent visit, I discovered they have a new person working here as a service adviser named Brent. Brent went above and beyond normal expectations and picked me up and brought me to the shop to pick up my vehicle that was ready to be delivered. And this was a Saturday when they are typically closed. More great service from these guys at Sparky's Automotive.
I had an alternator go out, im 8 hrs from home, this company understood my situation and gladly helped me out on a Saturday right away!! Very friendly service from Brent at the front desk and mechanic Israel was top notch!! Thank you Sparkys!! Very professional!!

An absolute amazing autoshop. The workers are so nice and very accommodating.
We were on a vacation so time was limited, they were able to squeeze us in on one of their busier days. Inspected our car, and gave us a very detailed explanation of the results for the diagnosis. 10/10 highly recommend.

Brent was a great guy to work with very transparent with everything about my vehicle even taking me into the shop to show me something that a previous shop was supposed to replace but didn’t. He went out of his way to pick up a part that couldn’t be delivered and I look forward to working with him and his shop again with my other vehicles.

Honest!! So nice to find honest mechanics! My AC went out and you can't be in this state with no AC!! Only company that told me to get warranty i needed more than just the compressor...sigh....I love my AC!!!

The best place to bring your vehicle for transmission problems. They are a wonderful team that know the specifics of the transmission. In our case they didn't just say your transmission needs to be replaced. They figured out what was wrong with it. Good workmanship and that's hard to come by now a days.
Unbelievable service! Brought my truck in one day, they looked at it for free. The next day my wife hit a curb in her Tahoe and broke the upper arm to the wheel. I drove it in on New Years Eve and they asked how soon I needed the Tahoe back, and my response was ASAP. We dropped it off at 2:00 and he had it done by 4:15 that same day! Just incredible service!
