I was up here last week. I'm a regular at Oreillys, and I asked a short brunette girl with tattoos some questions about my car. She not only ignored my question but when I tried to clarify something with her she snapped at me and made several rude remarks. I'm never shopping at oreillys again, you guys just lost a customer. If I could give a 0 star review I would.
I was traveling home when I broke down and was able to make it to the parking lot, after an exhausting night I was welcomed and helped in every way possible by Monica and the store manager. They were able to help me with what I needed to get back on the road. Its custome service like this that keeps me loyal to O'Reillys over the competetors. Strongly recommend this location for further purchases.

Came in this evening, NOV 23 '24, and the store manager Jonathan helped me with several tools and allowed me to change my vehicles oil in the parking lot. Great guy to converse with, we chatted on vehicle specs as well as several other important regulatory maintenance procedures. Jonathan disposed of my used oil, and filter, plus delivered my used oil receptacle back to me. Great experience, these guys enjoyed helping me and I am thoroughly grateful!
I came into the store the other day needing parts for a truck and the advisor was amazing helped. It was fast and quick she was able to locate some of the parts at another location in Seguin. Bliss is great at what she does
The O'Reilly's in New Braunfels was very helpful. Alex was able to find a special jack oil with stop leak that I needed. . I visit my O'Reilly's in Seguin for over 24 years and the associates have always been knowledgeable and friendly.Theycall me the El Camino Man because of my 1980 Chevy truck.
I would not recommend speaking to Chase the guy was rude, he was not helpful and had poor attitude. Mike another parts person helped me, he had a very positive and professional attitude and was willing to help.
A very BIG thank you to Jason who answered every question for me about my door lock actuator and referred me to a good shop to install my part. Jason is the go-to guy
My check engine light went on, and O'Reilly was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. It turned out it was my battery, and they had one in stock that was reasonably priced, so I bought it. The clerk was not able to replace it because it's located under the engine and you must remove the front tire to get to it. They did recommended places to go to have it replaced. I found Jerry's automotive in New Braunfels that did it for only $50, which I thought was a great price. Thanks again, O'Reilly.
I came in with a problem with my battery, which I had went to a different O'Reilly's location and they just said I had to replace my battery cables. Well I didn't think that seemed right so I went to a different location and this nice young man don't know what his name is came out looked at it tightened it up and everything was all good, I appreciate your help today thank you
So many positive things to say about this O’Reilly’s! Jason was super helpful and patient with me as I explained what I needed help with. They made me feel welcome and heard. They let me sit inside in the air conditioner while working on my truck so I didn’t have to get too hot. Such kind and compassionate gentlemen work here! Definitely 10/10 recommend!
Went in to get battery replaced employees told me they couldn’t replace my battery because it had to be done by professional… so I left and went to auto zone had it replaced within ten minutes… by a kid .. Oreilley you lost a customer and maybe you should get more training for counter people ..
I had called this store in the morning looking for a specific tool to rent and the manager answered and confirmed they didn’t have the tool but did find it at another store right down the street. I picked up the tool, did the job then was ready to return it. Being that the store I had originally inquired about the tool with was closer to my house, I called and wanted to verify I could return the tool there. The gentleman that answered the phone confirmed that it was no issue at all. I arrive at the store to return the tool and the cashier, Alex, started to comment and complain very rudely about me returning the tool to a different store. Again, I had called 5 minutes prior to confirm it wasn’t an issue, if it was, I would have just taken it to the original store. I told him he was being rude and he threw my receipt in the box and told me to go to the other store. The other store kindly accepted the return with no issues and again confirmed that rental tools could be returned to any store and it wasn’t an issue for them at all. I’ve never had an experience like this at an O’Reilly’s and it’s unfortunate that there’s a bad seed in there because the manager this morning was very helpful.
I am very happy with the service I received from O’Reilly Auto Parts. A very friendly tow truck driver associated with Roadside Service recommended I purchase a battery through O’Reilly’s. They will give you a three year warranty and install free. Furthermore, they do have the device needed to keep your memory on the computer during the switch out. They also gave me a military discount. These days, any discount is a good one to help save money. In the process, they were very helpful in resetting all my dashboard icons. All in all, it took about 10 minutes to do the complete switch out and reset. They were professional and friendly. Very glad I went to them rather than sitting at dealership for half a day. Thank you O’Reilly. I will be recommending friends and family to your business. I will be back.
Wild! We went there to test a car remote, and discovered their remote tester wasn't working! It too needed a battery! Go figure, if we hadn't been there for that reason, how long would it have been before they found out about theirs!?!? Learned something new everyday
I came in this evening with four kids looking to replace my headlamp. A super helpful employee named Alex noticed I was searching through the book and asked if he could look up my headlamp for me. Then he brought me over and showed me which ones to choose from. When checking out I asked him if I could borrow the tool to change my lamp so I wouldn't get pulled over he offered to take a look and see if he could help me personally. I cannot thank him enough as I had my hands full and this was stressing me out. This was my first time at O'Reilly Auto parts and I'm pretty sure this made me a life longcustomer. Thank you!
I normally shop only at Oreilly’s but this one I will never go back to. They were out of stock on so many things with lots of bare shelves and didn’t even have the basics of oil that I was looking for. Customer service is lacking as well. None of the people behind the counter could answer even simple questions and were not very friendly. Ended up having to go to AutoZone next door and they had exactly what I needed.
Went to AutoZone and was treated like a dumb female by the store manager....I wl never go back there....however OReilly Auto Parts found the part right away and had it available for Me at 7 pm so I could get it on the way home. I give Gilbert and O'Reilly 100 out of 100 points for their service.
Great knowledgeable staff working the counter. Any time I've needed something and didn't quite know what, they are always able to put their heads together and essentially help almost diagnose small problems or at least provide enough valuable information to help you make an informed decision.
Excellent service when I needed a new battery—gave me all the price options & didn’t try to persuade me to purchase anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Then INSTALLED my battery in my car for me right on the spot. Thank you for amazing customer service.

Great store. A little high on some stuff. But you can always get what you need and if not they order it and you can pick it up the next day. Fast services, very helpful and well ran company.
I don't remember the assistant managers name but she was very helpful. Knows her stuff. Autozone sold one of our customers the wrong oil filter then said they didn't have it. Our customer was very upset. I called here and she was quick on the phone. I specified what I needed and she had it ready. Not only did she go above she called me back and let me know they had a driver to deliver it. She made my day alot less stressful and we were happy as was out customer. Just want to give her a shout-out. Thank you and the driver it's much appreciated.
