I highly recommend them. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today. I was in a messy situation where my truck died on the freeway. I pulled over gave them a call and they showed up in less time than they said they would. The driver was knowledgeable and gave me his suggestion on what he thought was messed up on my truck. He towed it to O’Reilly where they checked my vehicle out and it turned out the driver was right about the issue. He went above and beyond in making sure I was safe and back on the road. I can’t thank this towing company enough for the help they provided me with today and I’m beyond greatful I called them. I wish every business I worked with provided me with the same superior service.

I contacted Anthony at B2 Spirit Towing when my vehicle was overheating and needed to be towed ASAP, as the vehicle would not shut-off; thus, continually increasing the temperature of the engine. Since Anthony was familiar with the overheating issue, he quickly advised me of pertinent steps for me to utilize for the engine to shut-off and mitigate further damage to the engine. Anthony was on site in less than 30 minutes, always kept me informed, and provided me with confirmation and pictures of my vehicle once it was offloaded at the dealership. B2 towing really saved the day for my son and myself. My son broke down on the fast lane shoulder of I-35 this afternoon and the insurance company couldn’t find any tow service and neither could I except 1 B2!! Anthony is the best! My mom's truck wouldn't start and was told it wasn't the battery. She called B2 Spirit Towing to get it towed to a mechanic and Anthony went above and beyond and checked out my mom's truck before towing. Turned out IT WAS the battery! Thank goodness the battery was still under warranty, so she was able to get a new battery at no charge. Not only did Anthony take care of my mom, but he also even saved her money! This man was a life saver. i don't have much experience with low tire pressure and flats . i don't live in New Braunfels so i was very anxious about making it home safely. This man came all the way JUST TO HELP me air my tire to safety. Not only did the the gas station he met me at have a jank air filler . We met a a completely different gas station and he continued to air my tire there. I offered to tip him and he refused. Barely do you find people with such kindness and passion for what they do . If y'all ever need help and you're reading this take me word this man and genuine and truly here to help !

What a calming safe rescue with a professionally run Towing service. After 5 hours on the side of the road with a not great AAA premium service alone in the dark it was a relief getting a professional text to call and confirm location and then real time communication on arrival. The 77 mile towing to a car dealership was a pleasure with great conversation. Wish this company was national!

My daughters and I were stranded after my truck overheated at 11pm off I-35 in New Braunfels. I was so nervous because I am not from around here. I was driving into San Antonio from Dallas to drop off my daughter at college. I had no clue what to do. I called B2 Spirit and got a fair and reasonable quote. I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour which I was scared about since I didn't know the area but Anthony showed up in less than 30 minutes, took me to my hotel and even looked under the hood to see what was wrong with the truck. He was super professional, knowledgeable, and his calming spirit made me feel way better about the entire experience! Anthony was so helpful! My transmission went out on my Ford F150 as I was driving down the road. The weather was miserable and I called B2towing. I have used several towing companies over the years, but this was my first time using B2. Without a question, B2 is the best, no comparison. So very helpful. Gave accurate and honest ETA and kept me updated. And despite the heat, they had such a positive and lovely attitude. Hands down, they are the best tow service I have used. Highly recommend. I know that I will only use B2 towing from now on.
Anthony, his wife and 4yr old son came out to Gruene and picked up my 2013 Harley Street Glide 15 minutes after I called them. He was super careful loading it, not to scratch or rub anything and his son helped crank down the straps. He hauled it over to the Gruene HD shop and dropped it off for me. Anthony really helped me out! I was in a bind and he got to me working 30 mins for a tow, when no other companies were answering the phones. He was nice to talk to and I felt safe for the trip. He even waited while I talked to the mechanics!
Normally, I don't write reviews, but the service I received from B2 was beyond exceptional. While loading my car, Anthony and I had interesting conversations like I would with my close friends, and also was very professional as well. They were quick to respond, documented the condition of the vehicle with pictures, both at pick up and delivery, and was very reasonably priced. Wow! What an amazing experience. Usually I dread calling tow companies because of shady practices and overcharging, but B2 Spirit Towing was a real breath of fresh air!

I would give more stars if I could driving back to San Antonio from Austin. I get notified my right Rear is low which I thought it's only but then goes from 30, 25, 10, and so on. Literally had to park on my left shoulder so no way I could change myself. I called him and explained my situation. He was super nice & courteous. Drove to a near by truck stop where he could change my tire. Overall great, experience! Just glad I eventually made it back to San Antonio!
My poor Smart found a large pothole in Comal County, and ruined a rim. A friend recommended B2 Spirit Towing and Recovery. A phone call and a few minutes later, he was there, and I was out of the sun.
