Edit: After getting my vehicle back, there were missing tools. The dealership claims that there weren’t any tools in the truck upon arrival. Can’t say 100% who took the tools - tow truck driver or dealership, but just beware!!!

My tow was a very tough one because of mechanical reasons. The operator paid very close attention to detail, was very careful in loading & unloading. Far more professional in respect to customers vehicle than I’d ever experienced. Outstanding company to do business with.
My car got hung up on a piece of rebar on one of those yellow parking blocks. I couldn’t back out for fear of tearing up the underside. Called these guys and he was there in about 10 minutes. Jacked up car, got the rebar out and had me on my way. Charged me a minimal fee and was so kind to this 75 year old woman. Of ever need roadside assistance again, I’ll call them.

Shout out to American RTS my 17 year old Audi got stranded on 35 with tons of traffic as a mother of a teen my heart was breaking by the sec. Marcus the owner rushed out of his way to save the day!!! Joaquin did an amazing job tonight!! My girlfriend’s car died on her at Walmart and we were so worried about how to get it home but thankfully I have AAA and they directed us to American RTS. We waited about 30 minutes which was beautiful! Joaquin was so helpful with the tow and telling us what could be wrong with her car. After getting home, he put the car where we asked and wished us a good night. He is the best!!!
Our Wrangler's transfer case blew out on I-35 coming home from the redeo. We called American RTS and they were super friendly and easy to work with. They arrived promptly and towed us back home. The driver was awesome.
Had a flat tire and did not have my Key to take off tire from rims. Had my Special Needs Son with me and was in panic mode. I Called American RTS and Steve was out to help us in a flash, under 30 minutes. He was helpful and even helped out my oldest son, because his battery was dead . I was in a bind and needed help. Transmission fluid leaked out on I-35 and truck wouldn’t shift. Every tow company in New Braunfels was 2hrs out due to heightened service calls. Marcus gave me a call back and said he could have a driver there in 5min. That’s a big deal when you are on the side of the road and you need to get back home to your kids. Steven towed my truck to my mechanic and then drove me home. Fast response time. Exceptional service.
So. I just have to give the biggest of shout-outs to this guy right here. The genuine MVP. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. I sat on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for my people to get a tow truck, they called Marcus and he was there quick fast like a bunny. He even called me to tell me where he was and how long it would be and asked if I was okay and reassured me he would be there asap, and he was. It MAY have been 20 minutes, IF that from the time my people called until he got me. And he was incredibly nice and professional when he arrived. Asking again if I was okay and talking me through what he was going to do and was personable and just amazing all around. And he can whip it man, he knows exactly what he’s doing and is truly just good at his job. I cannot express enough how thankful I am. He made my day, not just because he saved me for the side of the road, but because of who he is as a person. So cool. I literally am going to call him for anything and everything I need and you should too!
My daughter blew out a tire due to shoddy road work. Her rim was damaged. With my husband not being in town, I called and was referred to this company.
I don’t waste time and I put a price to my sanity. Everyone wanted me to take the car to their shop but no one heard me when I said I couldn’t drive the car due to not being able to change out the tire for the spare. I have an elbow injury and my daughter had taken one of my other vehicles to university.
I called and inquired about roadside assistance since my insurance company reports your roadside assistance as an insurance claim. No thanks. I’ll pay someone to come change the tire and rim so I can drive the car to the shop.
I told Marcus what I needed and why: With my busy schedule, I didn’t know when I’d be freed up enough to go for a new rim and tire, plus alignment.
Marcus said he would be here in about an hour, give or take a few extra minutes due to school zones. I’ll be here. No worries.
The honesty about arrival and possible delay due to school zones was professionalism at its finest. He arrived and got straight to work. He loaded the tire onto the back of the Rogue for me so I wouldn’t have to do it.
I thanked him for his military service and professionalism. It was an excellent price because it took so much anxiety off my shoulders. He was extremely courteous, professional, helpful and cautious when handling the vehicle.
I highly recommend calling this company if you need a little of a lot of help. I’ve got Marcus and American RTS Towing on speed dial if I ever need them again. But who doesn’t need or want excellent service?
