New Braunfels Towing is the absolute best in town!! I have known Joe and Joey for years and they have always been so amazing and professional in their work. I recently reached out to Joe for a tow of my personal vehicle. He was quick to say we will be there just send me the location. I knew my car would be in good hands. The entire Medellin family has always been the nicest and most kindhearted towards me. Each time I have dealt with NB towing and the family they have always made me feel like part of the family and very well taken care of. Called NBTowing. Spoke with Joe. He said call back in 5 mins. I had nasty rear tire blow out off 35 took my fender and all my fuel lines and gas filler neck out in the process. Had my 10 yr old daughter with me. Called back and Joe said he had Joey on the way. They where there in less then 20 mins. Joey was very professional and experienced! Poor Joey stepped on a nail not 30 seconds out of the truck. He didn’t miss a beat, got my F350 service truck on his flat bed quickly out of harms way. Dropped my truck off at Discount Tire to be repaired in the Am. Thank You Joey& Joe !!
No one enjoys car accidents or repairs on their vehicle. However, Joe and his staff are amazing! From beginning to end, it was an unfortunate but enjoyable experience. Found the best body shop in New Braunfels
Joe at New Braunfels towing went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and cared about after my sons car was stolen and then impounded at New Braunfels towing. He was helpful, kind and gracious...even calling me to let me know when my son was on his way back to Austin in his truck after long and grueling ordeal. It was quite a comfort to know someone was looking out for us even though I was all the way in Ohio. Thanks Joe

They towed my van about 45 miles after it broke down on the side of the road. Great price too! Overall, probably the best towing experience I have had. Highly recommend!
After an accident New Braunfels Towing towed my vehicle. They were extremely helpful the next day for me. They helped me get my items from the car so I had everything before my vehicle was taken to the collision center. The entire staff was extremely friendly and some of the best customer service I have had. Thank you all for making a stressful situation much easier to handle.
Went to take my friend to pick up her car because it got impounded. The owner told her that her insurance card was not in the car when clearly it was. He kept telling my friend that it wasn't in the car but my friend was smart enough to bring a copy just in case. I told the owner that my friend has all documents and now it shouldn't be a problem to get the car out. He then asked who I was and what my name was. I told him he didn't need to know my name but that I was just there to drop my friend off. He told me to get the hell out of here and said that he was recording everything. So I took his business card and started walking out. As I was already pushing the door open his idiot assistant said he was calling the cops. They took a description of my car and myself. I left and hoped my friend got the car. My friend then texts me and says the cops showed up and the owner said I was yelling and cursing at them. Well if you said you have a camera recording everything then you would know that I do no such thing. The owner then asked my friend why I left and didn't wait for the cops. He even asked if I had warrants and that was my reason to leave. Ha no. You told me to leave so I did. Why would I refuse and stay? Horrible service. The owner name is Carlos.
Having to tow your vehicle is usually a stressful experience. However, working with New Braunfels Towing and their management proved to be painless and efficient. While visiting New Braunfels from out of town, my vehicle ran into some engine trouble. Despite being after midnight during the week, New Braunfels Towing responded quickly and had me off the side of the road in no time. The owner has this business running great, and I will definitely keep their number for friends and family in the future. Keep up the good work!!!
If I could I would rate them with a negative! I was stuck in the mud at my campsite with 3 kids in the rain with no food. I called and asked how much they would charge to winch me out about 30 feet and the guy told $250 dollars ! Are you kidding me ? I wouldnt refer anyone to this company if it was the last tow service on earth! Thanks for nothing ! Call The Wrecker Man Towing if you want fast and reasonable towing!
On June 8th 2107 we were leaving Canyon lake when my boat and trailer slid off the road at the top of Skyline drive, and when it did, it dragged my friends 2006 chevy duramax flatbed truck with it sliding down down the steep embankment until it stopped just short of going off the cliff and crashing down on the highway below. My friend was able to get out of his truck and thankfully was not injured. (I had been in front of him in my own car) . but there was plenty of damage done, and my 8000 lb boat was precariously balanced on it's side, the only thing holding it back from going over the cliff was my friends truck it was still attached to it. Comal county called New Braunfels towing to do the recovery and I am so glad they did! It truly looked like a scene from "ice road truckers" only this time it was MY boat that was in danger. Joe and his crew worked diligently into the night and wee hours of the morning to recover our property without causing further damage. No one on the scene that was familiar with that particular intersection (fire, rescue,police) thought that it would be possible to salvage everything without having it go over the cliff. It took 4 wreckers 5 hours to get everything back up onto the road, and Joe, with his 22 years of experience in the field was there directing the whole operation, even though he had already put in a full days work prior to our accident. The next day Joe worked with me to get my friends truck released from impoundment, so he could use it to get back to work. He also gave me some tips on how to file the insurance claim. Unfortunately, my friends liability insurance denied my claim, and so I was stuck with the whole bill of the recovery and storage and then later towing fees to get my boat back. New Braunfels Towings motto on their business card reads "making friends one accident at a time", and I can truly say that I believe I made a friend in Joe, as he was agreeable to work with me to help me get my property back and yesterday, 3 weeks after the incident, Joe brought my boat and trailer back home to me. I sincerely thank Joe for working with me during this traumatic time in my life. I was faced with losing everything and still being responsible for the recovery fees but Joe made sure that i got my boat back, without causing any further damage to either it or my friends truck and only a true professional could have achieved that! Thanks Joe!
THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS. We had a truck break down on a service drive in New Braunfels TX. The police officer who came to the location referred us to this towing company. I called and spoke with the owner and I told him I need to tow a semi and a trailer two miles from the break down location to the truck stop. He told me it would be $600 for the tow and I agreed to the price. When one of the employees came to the truck logically he had to disconnect the drive shaft from the transmission in order to tow the truck and trailer. For somebody who knows what they are doing that takes about 15 minutes max. However, it took this guy almost 4 hours. Once he was finished and hooked up he calls me and tells me this can go one of two ways, either I will pay him $550 per hour on the books or $350 per hour if he goes off the books for him having to drop the drive shaft plus the $600 we agreed on or he would impound my truck and trailer. I told him he was crazy and asked him if he was building airplanes out there or towing trucks. He then told me that he was not playing games and that he is going to impound my truck and trailer and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner right after and told him we had a deal why are you trying to charge this crazy amount. He proceeded to answer that dropping the drive shaft was not part of the tow which baffled me. Not only are these guys scam artists for changing the price on me when they hooked up to my equipment they are also inexperienced and have 0 knowledge about what customer service is. The employee also accused my driver of shoving him and yelling at him when all my driver did was ask him why they are charging so much for such a small job. I ended up having to pay $1250 total for a 2 mile tow and I only did it because I had a load on the trailer otherwise I would of let them impound it. I was so mad that the first thing I did the next business day is contact my lawyer in San Antonio to sue these guys for breaking a verbal contract and scamming me the way they did. Needless to say they should be getting served soon. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
Called for tow, guy answers super unprofessional. Asked me from where to where no customer service at all. Ask me what's wrong and what kind of car. Then states o that's 75 dollars. I explained I'm going less than a mile down the street, doesn't matter flat rate. So I said ok thank you but I'm.... the guy just hangs up the phone. From start to finish worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I would recommend this company to a drowning fish. Stay away!
Horrible service and charge for extraneous things. Towing fee of $250 for flat bed and additional $35 for winching! Clean up fee of $35 even though the driver did not do any of that. My father in law and the officer picked up all the pieces and threw it on the flat bed. Notification fee of $50 for which they never actually sent anything for notification. They didn't need to, we knew exactly where the vehicle was because family was involved in the accident and on scene for the tow. Was promised $10 /day for the impound fee, but when we went to go pay for it, the owner could not be reached and the employee ended up charging us $20 / day. Owner stated that we had to give them an hour window to arrive at the storage facility. They informed us that they would be there between 0800 and 0830 the next morning. We arrived at 0800 and they did not get there until 1040. All in all a total rip off.
They is the worlds worst service. Been waiting for three hours to get belongs out of my vehicle
This really can't be a legitimate business state law requires one hour notice New braunfel towing doesn't comply with this they operate above the law for reasons unknown. Don't call them do yourself a favor
