I took my car in for service at Davenport after Sewell didn’t honor a warranty. Not only did Davenport complete the repair, they honored the service and labor on the repair. I highly recommend Davenport as not only knowledgeable, but also trustworthy.

Decent shop with fair pricing and same-day turnaround on my 2013 Avalon Hybrid but the invoice indicated the wrong fluid may have been used in the transmission. My invoice listed part number 00279-000T4-01, which Toyota confirmed is not compatible with my vehicle. The service advisor assured me the correct fluid was used but billed under the wrong number. I'd welcome a follow-up from management to confirm and provide corrected documentation. Happy to continue using Davenport once this is resolved.

I’ve been using Davenport for all my car repairs for quite some time. I have always found them to be honest, reliable and very professional. They always send you their assessment report for future repairs that are needed so you can keep them in mind for budgeting purposes. My battery was dead one morning when I went to start car. I was able to get a jump then gave Rudy a call at Davenport and he asked me when I would like to bring it in. They worked me right in with no delay and I was on my way in 30 minutes. I've been doing business with Davenport for over 2 decades and have always been treated fairly. I highly recommend them.

They thoroughly inspected everything from front to back and top to bottom, then went through their checklist with me. This gave me the confidence I needed to move forward with my purchase. I recently took in a 2007 Lexus ES350 to Davenport Motor Company after receiving a service estimate of over $10k from a well-known local Lexus dealer. DMC thoroughly inspected the vehicle, confirmed the necessary repairs, identified a few additional items that truly did need attention, and completed all of the work promptly, and at roughly half the cost of the dealer, while still maintaining Lexus-level quality. About 24 hours after the repairs were completed, the alternator unexpectedly failed. Understandably, I was frustrated given the amount of work just done, but DMC handled the situation with genuine empathy and professionalism. They listened, communicated clearly, and worked with me to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable way, something that really speaks to their integrity. I would absolutely recommend Davenport Motor Company to anyone looking to service their Lexus efficiently, honestly, and at a much better price than the dealer, all without compromising workmanship or standards. A truly customer-focused business.

Tech Javier Rodriguez did a VERY thorough pre-purchase inspection for me on a used vehicle, complete with photos and a copy of all the findings. No stone was left unturned. They tell you what needs immediate attention and what will need future attention. Front of house staff, Rae Kendall, was very knowledgeable and personable! She went over the report with me in detail and was very helpful. I bought the vehicle after getting the peace of mind I needed from the inspection!

Our 2001 Lexus RX300’s automatic door locks quit working and we took it to a nearby automotive center for repair. When they still didn’t work we took it back twice with no success. Davenport Motors correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all for the cost of a diagnosis. We have been Davenport customers for 30 years. Although we now live more than 25 miles away, it’s worth the drive to get the best Lexus service available. The Davenport brothers are absolutely trustworthy.

I really appreciate the thoroughness of the team here to correctly diagnose an issue before recommending a solution. Davenport was able to correct a coolant issue and other things that another shop in town was not able to figure out. 5 stars for sure!

It was our first time using Davenport’s services after being referred by a friend. From the time we walked, the staff was very attentive to our issues. They took the time to listen to our problems and made us feel right at home. Their communication was great and they were able to diagnose and solve our problem quickly. I would highly recommend anyone with a Lexus or Toyota particularly. These guys were great

Great Service from start to finish. Brought my 4Runner in with an issue. Rudy Young got me all set up and my car dropped off. I was kept informed step by step as to what was going on. Problem was quickly diagnosed, got a great price on the fix. Quality job done all around in a timely manner. No pressure upsell on the trivial things like air filters and such. Everyone there was nice, professional, and great to talk with. Just heres the issue that we see and how we fix it. I couldnt be happier with the service and even have recommended them to several friends and colleagues for work on their cars. I'll be back with any future issues for sure.

Excellent Service. Explained exactly what was going to be performed. Provided easy scheduling via telephone with Noel. Estimate of 2 hours waiting. Diagnosis of suspension noise, no repair recommended. Last time I took my car in for 120 k mile service, the tech didn't reset the service required dash message. I got on youtube and learned how to reset it. This was a pretty basic miss. Glad they have loaner cars but they kept the car 2 days for a test drive and diagnosis. Must be very busy at the shop or short of techs.

I’ve used Davenport with both of my Lexus vehicles and they are amazing. A dealer originally told me I needed a $2000 repair (because they had to replace an entire housing for a single part), but DMS did it for $700 (replacing just the part). More recently the dealership (newer car) said I needed a $1200 repair. DMS looked and said nothing was wrong…. They easily could have made something up to “fix,” but instead there was no charge AND they gave me a car wash! Go HERE!!!

I scheduled a 144 mo/120K service for my 2013 Lexus GX, one of the bigger ones recommended in my Lexus guide. When I arrived, my loaner was ready, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Later that day, I heard from Noel regarding a radiator leak they found, and my brake pads needed replacing. I green lighted repairing both, after hearing the cost. My car was ready the next morning. And yes, the bill was substantial, but in my opinion reasonable, for allowing me to continue driving the best car I ever had!

Great experience. Stopped by on Tuesday to see when they would have availability and a loaner car so I could get to work. Brought the car in the next day and they provided the loaner. The quote for the fix was reasonable and I picked the car up. Communication with Noel throughout the whole process was nice and car is now functioning as expected. Will be using then for all repairs going forward.

Super satisfied with my service. Came in for a 30k mile service on my Lexus. Raelyn told me it would take some time and didn’t want me to wait and put me into a loaner for the day, car was ready the next day and pickup was fast and easy. They’re also a very honest repair shop, simple services like engine and cabin air filter replacements I could handle myself so they removed the cost of that from the service. Definitely recommend.

If you own a Toyota or Lexus, this is a good shop to do business with. They aren't cheap, of course, but they know these vehicles and do quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Davenport Lexus Repair is exceptional. Our service last week was to replace the lower front control arms on our Lexus RX350 along with some other routine maintenance. The work was “perfect” and the car drives like new. Rudy at Davenport is amazing and always kind, professional and helpful. The same work at the Dallas Lexus “dealer” would have easily been an additional $1K. Free loaner car as well. Davenport should definitely be a choice for you if you drive a Lexus, especially an older or higher mileage model.

I took my car in to have the under carriage checked as Toyota told me something was bent after they did an alignment and my car started pulling to the right. I had Toyota redo the alignment then asked Davenport to check the car. They were very responsive, prompt and friendly. Car was fine, nothing bent. Would highly recommend them for your Toyota or Lexus servicing.
