I had a great experience here. They quickly took care of my car’s issue and did a comprehensive look at all parts of my car. They also washed it and cleaned the interior which I did not expect, and it was greatly appreciated. Prices are fair and transparent and you can approve / decline any service. Staff were very friendly too. I will be coming back.

Major Automotive is one awesome place. They showed me what all was wrong with my car and which ones were a priority. Jordan and his team are wonderful and you get treated with the upmost respect. No tienen seriedad. These people don't take their Jobs seriously, they don't respect possible clients, and they don't treat you with any cutorsy at all! I was talking with them online and agreed to come here from hours away to buy a car, when I got there at the agreed time they SOLD IT! The guy wasn't even there, a stranger working there had to tell me. If I could I'd give them negative stars!

Wonderful place with great service. I’ve been bringing both of my cars here for the past two years, and they’ve always done a great job. Every repair has been done right the first time. They are honest, trustworthy, and fast, stand behind their work with a guarantee, and they even washed my car. I highly recommend them.

Very competent staff and they work efficiently and thoroughly. Prices are reasonable for services and their online system keeps customers in full control--each individual service on the estimate can be approved or declined. If a potential service doesn't make sense based on the cost, they won't try and push it to make a sale. They'll actually tell you it doesn't make sense.

I had a wonderful experience with major automotive. Customer service was great. My service advisor was Jordan. He explained everything from the time needed and the cost of the repair. They even have financial options available, which was very great in my case they even did another check to see if there were any other issues with my vehicle and I do have other issues that I am going to again trust them to do that work as well. I have already recommended major automotive to others that need their vehicle repaired.

I always have a good experience at this shop. I believe the mechanics to be knowledgeable and efficient. I love that they give you a free Lyft to and from a destination of your choosing so you can go on with your life while they work on your car. Their diagnostic is always accurate and their prices, while not the lowest, are still a good value.

I visited the shop about 3 weeks ago to get my rotors changed. The work was pretty good but the 2 stars reflect the price. I paid over $1200 for rotor replacement only, as you can see in the screenshot, my brakes were good but; even if they were not, that is still a steep amount. According to Kelley Blue Book, parts and labor should not exceed $600 for all four brakes and rotors. Also to add, if these were top notch parts, I was not given different options to choose from. I am not trying to talk bad about the business because they are good at what they do; however, I do think there are places to get work done on your vehicle that are accurate to the amount it takes.

Tremendous service! Jordan has taken care of a 120K mile service, oil leak, exhaust leak and tire pressure sensor replacement for my Subaru. He even found a nail in my tire I hadn't noticed and saved me a future headache with that. They are extremely competent in all the work they do. Bids are given ahead of time and pricing is reasonable. They have answered any questions as to why something should be fixed, risks of not fixing it, etc. I don't know much at all about engines and feel completely comfortable asking for things to be explained. I could not be happier. Thanks guys!

I had a Honda Pilot 2007 (198k) giving transmission issues. Major automative inspected and told me there was a good chance of fixing the issue by fluid change and also fixing the leak. After the fix the drive was smooth and I was able to trade-in the vehicle for a new purchase. Great Service! Ryan was very helpful!

Excellent service! Ryan was the one who helped me, and his service was outstanding from start to finish. The communication was great—they kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. They even provided Lyft rides to and from the shop, making everything incredibly convenient. These guys have restored my faith in mechanics. Jordan took care of me from day one. The communication was excellent and I knew exactly what to expect and timelines. When my check engine light came on and it was determined to be the catalytic converter, they replaced it and went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired. When the engine light reappeared and the replacement part was found to be faulty, they replaced that immediately and ensured that the new part was working properly. They did all of this in a timely manner and most importantly did not take advantage of me with unexpected costs! I can confidently say they’ve earned my future business and my recommendation.

They are honest, and fair mechanics. Excellent customer service from Jordan. They payed for my Uber after I dropped off my wife's vehicle. They replaced spark plugs and fixed an oil leak. They replaced the Starter. My wife needed a new battery and they even called autozone to see if I had warranty for her battery which I did and they replaced the battery for free. They only took a day to do all that, and it was a bit more costly than I anticipated but her car needed it as it had high mileage, and it was not drivable for a few weeks. They work with companies that offer payment plans, and we went with one of the companies that approved us for zero down, and zero interest if we pay in 3 months. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle repairs. I will also will be back for any future repairs.

Quick, kind and got the job done. Hard to find straightforward mechanics who feel trustworthy. I’ve recommended them to those in area. I will say the cost was high. I went for a replacement horn that came out to over $280 - average horn replacement for my car type is no more than $150. I did decide to add on an oil change which was fairly priced.

I went there today sep 24 2025 for annual state inspection. There is another business in front so go all the way to the back and you will see Major Automotive. Despite my internet appointment not going thru they took me anyway. There was 1 other person getting an inspection too. The inspections didn't take a long time. While waiting in their waiting room there was a TV, free mini bottles of water, mini bottles of coke, and free make your own fresh cup of coffee. By the time I finished my coffee, my car was passed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming that you came. If I need car work done, I think I'll take my car here.

Major Automotive is the best! I’ve had a specific reoccurring problem with my vehicle for quite some time. Had it inspected with several different car repair facilities including the dealer, but was told they either couldn’t find the issue or were unsure what was causing the high pitch roaring sound when car was in idle mode and in drive making it very difficult to drive. I later found Major Automotive on my Nextdoor app (rated highly recommended by my neighbors) and a google search showed the same highly satisfied by customers results. Although, they are located at a bit of a distance from my house, I will say they are 1000% worth every second of the drive and even dealing with the traffic. I called & spoke with John at Major Automotive, explaining the problem. Took the car in and they had a solution to my problem with a few hours after inspection. They were able to replace the part and have the car back to me the next day. The car runs and sounds like it’s brand new. It has never been this quiet and this smooth of a drive! I am immensely grateful to all the mechanics and the entire team at Major Automotive! Their quote in parts and labor was also very reasonably priced. They solved a problem in one day that’s been an ongoing mystery for me dealing with it for 2 years! They are the best! Highly recommend and won my business for life!

First off, the repairs were done and everything is great. Both catalytic converters had to be replaced. It was also done on time. The interesting part was the personal service. The shuttle service to and from work really helped. I will certainly pass the word regarding my experience. Thank you

They took care of me and gave me peace of mind. I usually don’t like shops, but since I’m traveling with no tools I trusted them to do a major pre-purchase inspection, significant suspension repair, and new fluids for my truck. I even drove 30 mins back from Garland to have them do custom exhaust on my truck, which is fantastic by the way. Even though I am moving down here over an hour away, I might still prefer to deal with Major. They’ve definitely earned my trust. And they were very nice giving me rides around or asking me if I was okay while I waited.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I originally came in for just an oil change, but what brought me here in the first place was their Facebook ad campaign featuring Ryan—it really stood out from the rest and grabbed my attention. Out of all the ads I saw, theirs made me stop scrolling. What started as a simple oil change turned into a few additional repairs that my vehicle needed, and I’m honestly glad it did. 9From start to finish, the service was professional, transparent, and efficient. I left 100% satisfied and confident in the work they did. Highly recommend!

All the crew are amazing with their caring, honest approach to diagnose and not change good parts out, but be precise. I went to 6 shops, including Audi Plano service center Major's identification of the low voltage from the ecm to the A5 Quattro camshaft position sensor. They swapped parts from left to right to confirm the cam parts were good, but the ecm was not . I got an estimate, and insurance covered my bills, too . My car was waiting on parts at their lot for weeks with no parking fees when parts were ordered. The staff will earn your trust . The manager will follow up to make everything right also.

I took my car in last week for brakes. I ended up also getting new struts and mounts and rear lower control arms. I was referred to Major Automotive by someone and I am so glad they told me about them. The customer service was was amazing and now my cars runs great. Thank you.

While visiting friends I had a tire blow out and my power steering went out. Dustin and the team took great care of me and got me back on the road within one day. I received honest and reliable service! There were no attempts to sell me on things I didn’t need, they just handled the problem quickly and provided great service! Highly recommended!
