These guys always show me what I’m doing wrong!

It’s always good to see when a manger has great relationships with staff. Normally I see the staff at the counter and disappear when a new customer walks in, but this shop helped everyone as soon as they came in. Clean store as well.

Had an awesome experience at O'Reillys today. The manager, Joe, went above and beyond to swap the dead battery in my Ford Escape, even though it was buried deep in the engine. It was a slow day, so don't expect them to be able to tackle difficult engines during busy periods/weekends, but I got lucky on a Monday morning. Also shout out to the random certified Ford mechanic who happened to stop by to buy some oil and lent us a hand!

This location has been my neighborhood auto parts store for over 10 years. The staff are always very helpful, and they always have all the basic parts I need for three different cars. This is a good shop.

Had a battery issue with my car and stopped by Oreilly at custer and Hedgecoxe in Plano, Texas. Assistant Manager Jon was super helpful in helping me fix this solution as my car broke down on the road twice. He helped me change my battery, tested it with me multiple times to make sure me and my vehicle was okay, provided all the tools and input as well. He also had a good sense of humor, and was a very friendly, but serious guy. If there were more people like Jon around the world would be a better place!

Really helpful, Hispanic, driver. He said he just helps the register when he doesn't have much to do. He got me the alternator that I needed in no time.

My go-to place for auto parts. Great prices and friendly staff.

Earlier today, my truck overheated and coolant splattered all over my windshield—an hour away from home and completely stranded. I decided to start with replacing the reservoir, so I went to the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Hedgcoxe Rd in Plano. Shawn was incredibly gracious and helped me install the new reservoir right there in the lot. I thought I was good to go and felt so relieved—but the moment I started the truck, the coolant poured straight out onto the ground. Without hesitation, Shawn jumped back into action, Shawn and John went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue and make sure I was safe to get back on the road. Thanks to their kindness, expertise, and persistence, I made it home safely to my kids. Absolute lifesavers! Shawn and John are the kind of employees that deserve recognition—thank you both so much!

I just want to say that John and Shawn are too very outstanding employees. They both went out of their way to help myself and one of my friends who’s pick up truck had broken down. John had treated us exceptionally well when it came to finding the parts and purchasing. He even helped with reading the diagnostics of my car. While Shawn actually helped with installing the coolant reservoir on my friend’s truck. That was amazing in itself But, he also showed another act of kindness that should be deemed as heroic….You couldn’t have asked for 2 better people. O’Reilly you hired two gentlemen that actually care about people. We are extremely grateful for the kindness they displayed this afternoon. -Edd

Jon (without an H) was a great help tonight. He confirmed my battery had gone to meet its maker, and hooked me up with a replacement in just a few minutes. Much obliged Jon!

Staff went above and beyond i really appreciate all of their help. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Incredibly friendly. My alternator and radiator crashed out on me and they helped me and my mobile mechanic out a lot. They definitely took ownership from start to finish to ensure that i was set and good to go. Oreilly is definitely my only go to part store and as long as im in the area it will also be this specific store.

Great staff, told me what I needed which AZ store don't have down the street (wiper blade for my BMW). They even have good pricing on Brake Rotors/Pad combo I ended up buying to put them on the car soon.

Manager Shawn went the extra mile debugging the A/C system in my car. Other places would only consult on the phone, but Shawn actually got under the hood and performed several checks. I'll definitely return in the future and recommend this location to anybody.

These guys are great. They've helped me find and replace bulbs and a gas cap for my car and today they helped me fix a panel cover that had fallen out from under my dashboard. This is why I love this place so much is because they genuinely help you get what you need done.

Great service. Trust their tool with lifetime warranty. I had an issue with one and they help me replacing it. Also recommended additional service.

The big box store’s website claimed it had the bulbs I needed, but several locations were, in fact, out. When I called your store, you confirmed that the parts were in stock. And when I walked in the door, I got fast, friendly service. Thanks!

I came in this evening needing oil for my car but not knowing which one I needed . Paul greeted me as soon as I came in and helped me identify which was the correct oil for my car . He proceeded to pop my hood and show me how to top the oil off in my car AND it was raining !!!! He helped me in the rain , with no hesitation! That is grade A customer service ! Thank you so much Paul for helping me out !

i love this store. The employees are super helpful and kind. Jon Rudinger in particular is a wealth of knowledge- and not knowing anything much on cars I ask pretty basic questions but he is very patient and he always gives me great guidance and helps me pick out the right oil or parts for my car. Kudos!!

Honestly such a great store, every employee was very polite and made sure everyone was taken care of! Jeremy was kind enough to install my new battery for me and make sure everything was okay before I left. Will be making this my go to place!

My car developed a bizarre issue with its alternator tonight, so I went by this Oreilly’s store for advice. Tyler and John were fantastic and tried to help me diagnose and fix the issue. John, in particular, spent almost 2 hours outside the storefront with me trying to help diagnose the problem with the alternator. He remained outside the store with me for over an hour after the store closed. He went above and beyond, and he was very helpful, and very kind. Can’t recommend this O’reillys enough.

I always love coming to this kwik Kar location. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. They are always honest and up front and take of my vehicles with respect. I would completely recommend bringing your vehicles here for all of your automotive needs.

The staff was very helpful, and knew how to help, they were not there just to sell something. They can and are will to help customers with their issue. Felt like going back to an old school auto parts store, instead of the generic big box auto parts retailer.

Highly recommend this location. Super impressed with the customer service. My 17 year old wanted to do oil change for the first time. We went in there to buy oil filter wrench and Mr. Ike was the most knowledgeable, friendliest and helpful customer service professionals. He even “FaceTime”d with a few tips while he was doing it. We are not going to any other place from now on.

Kat is a great sales person, she is very knowledgeable of the items that she sells. Prompt, courteous and customer oriented. She offers all the extras such as anti freeze to go with a water pump or brake fluid to go with brake pads. She is never to busy to help a customer....wait to go Kat. So refreshing to have good quality customer service.

My battery died with my car in the garage. I called yesterday and got excellent service. The guy I spoke to recommended a charger and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him I would come back the next day to buy a battery. Today I went and my experience was completely opposite. The lady who I spoke to just showed me the battery options on the screen. I asked if they could install the battery and she said that people were coming into the store and could not install the battery when they got busy. That was disappointing so I took my business somewhere else.

Had to get a new battery and they were really helpful and walked me through everything. Tested the old one to make sure it was bad, showed me a few that would work just fine and didn't try to over sell me. The guy helping me always let his partner know when he was stepping outside which as a retail worker I appreciated since I've been in situations a bunch before where I look up and the other guy is just gone. Installed it for me, less than 20 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled away. Over a month later and still doing fine.
