I brought my vehicle to them, which had a chip in the windshield below 2 mm in diameter. Upon the completion of my appointment, the repair technician comes to me, tells me that they Attempted to repair, but it was not successful and returned my vehicle to me with a 2 inch crack stating that I need a replacement. They refuse to take accountability that my chip turned into a large crack under their supervision. No solution was proposed when I raised the issue with Rita the front desk associate, I received the most dismissive and unprofessional response. When I called customer service at Corporate, they mentioned to me that I should’ve signed a waiver. I was never given a waiver to sign, nor did she ever mention anything to me about the potential of it, not being successful when I raised that Point with Rita, She replied we don’t do that at this location. My $170 windshield repair is now a multi-thousand dollar windshield replacement. I will pursue this legally.

Outstanding work. The technician came to my house and performed the windshield replacement in my driveway. He then successfully calibrated my system. Safelite also coordinated the claim with my insurance. Pain free and the new windshield looks great!

Easy to set up on line. Decided to take my car and drop it off since it was only 2 miles away from work. Iv also heard that it’s probably better to do that than have them come out because any little delay on the out of folks in the chain affects timing. Had an appointment at 9:00. They finished at 12:30. Didn’t mind since I had dropped it off. If I would recommend any thing is that you get a phone number for the drop off site. You will not be able to get that from the web and I wasn’t able to reach them to check up on the vehicle. Call in is to a central number and ai directs your call but cant determine if you vehicle’ state. Quality of work seem good. Would use them again.

Exceptional Service for my 2026 Genesis G70! I had a fantastic experience with Safelite AutoGlass and couldn't be happier with the results. I needed a windshield replacement and recalibration for my 2026 G70, and they made the entire process incredibly convenient by coming right to my driveway. Why I’m impressed: Expert Tech: My technician was clearly experienced and handled the high-tech sensors on my new Genesis with ease. Full Recalibration: They didn't just swap the glass; they performed the full recalibration on-site to ensure all safety features were functioning perfectly. Attention to Detail: The tech was thorough, professional, and did a final check to make sure everything was in top-tier working order before leaving. If you want quality work without the hassle of sitting in a shop all day, I highly recommend Safelite. Fast, professional, and precise!

⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give ZERO stars to Safelite, I would. This has been a THREE-WEEK nightmare just to replace the back glass on my car. Appointment #1: The technician showed up with the WRONG glass and then told me I needed to purchase an additional $300 part. Annoying, but fine — I bought the part immediately. After that? Silence. No follow-up. No scheduling. I had to call multiple times just to get another appointment because no one could be bothered to contact me. Appointment #2 (today): I stayed up with NO SLEEP — I work nights — waiting during my service window. Ten minutes before the appointment window closed, they called to say they have NO IDEA where my glass is. How does a company whose entire business is auto glass not know where the glass is? Customer service has been just as bad. Long hold times, zero urgency, and representatives who act like they couldn’t care less about the inconvenience they’ve caused. No answers. No accountability. No solutions. At this point I’m left wondering: • Where is my glass? • Why has this taken three weeks? • When will this be fixed — if ever? This experience has been disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I rearranged my schedule, lost sleep, and spent extra money for absolutely nothing. Save yourself the stress. Go anywhere else.

My experience with this company was great! Their techs are always doing great job! My windshield was repaired three times on very professional ways.

I fixed windshield with them using my insurance and they did bad job that after some time water was licking from windshield to my car only good part is atleast they replaced it for free 2nd time since they give lifetime warranty but that store is bad cus I asked the reason and they have no reason to tell me and after saying it will take 3 hours to find problem, switch windshield and recalibrate car it took 4 and half hours, very slow and not good customer service. No tv and no offer of shuttle. Your mistake I had to come again to fix my windshield and I have to either get Uber and spend my money or wait and suffer for over 4 hours.

I was a victim of vandalism. I contacted my insurance, who partners with Safelite, and drove my auto to the 1601 E. Plano Pkwy. location for my appointment. First, the company provided me with cumplimentary “crash wrap” to ensure my auto would not be further damaged by any weather elements. My repair appointment was set, and on the say of service the window that had been vandalized on my vehicle was promptly and efficient replaced. I am very pleased with the results of my new window installment and highly recommend Safite to anyone who needs a window/glass repaired.

EDIT My Safelite bill states object hit glass. I never said that! Nissan is denying all coverage. You should never ever put in object glass when that is not what the customer stated. $569 for a new latch $500 for labor $60 for the plastic cover to the lock. No do not go here! If they can't get the glass out just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! I'm out over $1,000 because they didn't invest in a vacuum cleaner good enough to get the glass out of the back. The glasses repaired but I wouldn't visit here again. I had an appointment at 2:00. I was in Texas for a visit and heading home to Minnesota. Since it was December 31st I arrived 30 minutes early from my appointment. I told them that it wasn't planning on staying in Texas and had to to get the window repaired. This meant I had already incurred an extra night at a hotel. I had my dog with me so I walked around the neighborhood for a few hours just trying to pass the time. I got back at approximately 3:30 to find that my car was still in the parking lot with the broken window and nothing had been done. No one called me about this delay. I went in and was told it would be another 2 hours. At this point I needed to take an Uber back to my hotel to get my things out of the room since they had granted me an extended stay but couldn't let me leave my stuff there until 6:00 p.m. When the car was ready I had to take an Uber back. I had an 8-hour drive ahead of me with a no refund hotel. Since I didn't want to drive until 1:30 in the morning I New Year's Eve, I had to let that hotel reservation go and try to find another hotel on New Year's Eve, this was complicated by the fact that I had my dog with me. When I left they told me that the tailgate had glass in it and that they were having problems with the lock but we're pretty sure that they had it fixed. I told them it was pretty important that it locked since I would be staying at a hotel for at least one night and had a loaded SUV of things that needed to go back North. When I got back to the hotel to pick up my things the hatch wouldn't open at all. I stopped at the storage unit and had to load everything in the side doors putting the seats down. About 350 miles into my journey I went over a bump and the lock on the hatch malfunctioned and my car system reported that it was open. This happened several more times on my way home I had to pull over and try and get the latch to close. In addition to how this delay cost me a lot of extra stress and money there's still glass all over my car. I'm finding shards of glass everywhere. I think they need a new vacuum! I feel like I was just some lady out of town that would never have any repeat business so they put me on the back burner and let me sit there until closing time.

Excellent customer service from initial call to job completion. Facility was clean and I was provided an effective space to work while my windshield was being replaced.

Terrible experience with this specific location, my initial installation was done at the beginning of December and as soon as service was completed I noticed there was an air leak in the window that was replaced and as one does, I scheduled a warranty service. 1 week later, tech comes to service my window, says there is nothing he can do that I should have just taken it to a shop (why would they offer mobile service if it’s not available) he also mentioned my glass replacement did not arrive and would have to reschedule me and to wait for a call. Couple weeks passed, never heard from anyone and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone at the shop, I contacted customer service they also tried to call and no one answered, she sent an email to the manager for him/her to follow up with me, which they never did. Again, I followed up with customer service and the new agent said there was never any ordered part, but that he would order it and reschedule me. At this point I was so fed up with the Plano location I asked to book for the Inwood location instead. When I arrived I asked if the glass had arrived, which it didn’t but they said they would still try to fix it. They got the air leak fixed but immediately came back out and I was shown pictures of how terribly done the glass replacement was done, wires hanging out of the door when they took it apart, this caused the rear window to not go up/down. They had to call a different technician to come out and service my car, which left me car less and lost a day from work. They still were not even able to fully fix, they still had to order another wire and now the wait begins AGAIN. It’s truly been a DISASTER, I do not recommend this place to anyone. You would think after such disaster I would have received a call/email from management, but not once has a manager even tried to reach out to try to address the situation or apologize. This really shows how much they value their clients, it is very disappointing. Just save your time and money, go somewhere else or at least not this location.

Needed a windshield replaced on my Armada. I scheduled an appointment at the Plano shop. I got there a little early, they got it right in and did the replacement in around an hour. Job was quick and work was done well. Great experience and low drama!!!

Making an online appointment was easy, but both the online information as well as the in-person information shared confirmed it would be a 30 minute wait. My service today took an hour and 45 minutes. I had a small crack, one inch wide, on my windshield repaired. The technician did a good job and I could just see a little spot where the repair was made, which he warned me about. The most difficult part about waiting was that the room was at least 85 degrees and the multiple plug ins created an overpowering smell that gave me a terrible headache. It would have been helpful to get updated progress or more importantly, a realistic time frame for the repair. I could have left and returned if I knew it would take so long. I also didn’t like that they make you pay before the service is even discussed. I would think looking at the repair and discussing it with a technician would have been helpful and then, pay once the service was complete. Paying before anyone even looks at the repair makes you feel stuck there, no matter how long it takes, which is how they keep folks from giving up and leaving, I suppose. Upon completion, I was send a text with my receipt attached. There was too little communication overall.

I had an appointment scheduled today from 8am-Noon. It is now 2pm and no one has showed up or called me. This appointment was booked almost 2 weeks in advance. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EDIT: I would love to add they NEVER showed up. Called a corporate number and FINALLY spoke to someone who could actually help. No updates were made under my account to explain why they never came. This place is a joke.

Avoid! Go down the street to Titan or somewhere else! Anywhere else! I booked an appointment with them on a Monday at 3:30 for a rock chip repair, arrived at 3:20 to be told there was no technician was available to help me and it would be several hours. I then had to reschedule for the next day, Tuesday. They were supposed to come to me this time with a window from 12-5. This was now set with the Frisco location. No show...No call. I called back the next morning, Wednesday to ask what happened, and was told they didn't know. I will never use this company or recommend them. Very disappointing.

James did an absolutely wonderful job with my wind shield today. The craftsmanship was excellent, the customer service was superior, and he kept great communication throughout the entire process. Thank you, James!

Service booked easily on website. Mobile technician did clean quality work at my home in my driveway. Job took only about 90 minutes start to finish. Not an OEM replacement windshield, but new glass was good match for OEM at much lower cost. Overall a good job at a very reasonable cost.

Faulty Glass, Terrible Warranty, and Zero Accountability I will never use Safelite again. The windshield they installed was faulty from the start, and less than two weeks after installation it already had rock chips—something that has never happened so quickly with any other windshield I’ve ever owned. Now, only a short time later, the glass is lifting up and has noticeable air leaks, making it unsafe and poorly sealed. When I contacted Safelite about it, they refused to replace or repair the windshield because of those small chips—using that as an excuse to void their so-called “lifetime warranty.” That’s nothing but a loophole to avoid taking responsibility for bad materials and poor workmanship. It’s ridiculous that a company of this size hides behind “policy” while ignoring obvious installation defects. The glass was clearly low quality and improperly installed, yet they expect customers to pay again for something that should have been done right the first time. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money. Do not trust Safelite with your vehicle. Their warranty means nothing and their customer service will not stand behind their work.

I scheduled a windshield replacement mobile appointment. When they arrived, the replacement glass was damaged and couldn’t be used. The next available reschedule appointment wasn’t until 10 days later. When they came out the second time, the replacement glass was once again damaged and couldn’t be used. The next available appointment was another 5 days later. On the 3rd reschedule, they were finally able to replace my windshield. What was meant to be an easy replacement turned into half a month long ordeal just for a windshield replacement. I was able to get some compensation for the inconvenience, but took time to get a hold of someone in order to do so. It seems their process for checking glass before it is picked up for jobs needs improvement. I also think having to wait as long as I did for another appointment when it was at the fault of Safelite was extreme.

I'm so frustrated with this company. While on vacation driving from Texas to California we got a Crack in our windshield. We went through our insurance company to schedule the replacement. Everything seemed fine after the technician replaced the window. But apparently when calibrating the windshield, checking to see if the speaker for the wireless calls still works is not part of the process. I hadn't noticed until a couple days after the fact when someone called that no one could hear me anymore when I picked up the call on the car. I called to schedule someone to look at the car when we returned home. The technician from the Plano office said he couldn't fix the problem but that either he or the office would be calling me to schedule a time to bring the car to the shop. MULTIPLE weeks of calling and no one ever got back to me. Finally the customer service rep said she was going to escalate my problem to the supervisor. Well a couple days later I finally get an email back from Stephanie from the Reseda, CA shop requesting a picture and saying her technician didn't report any damage when he did the replacement. Of course he didn't. The window is fine. Like I said I'm guessing checking if the calling feature is still functioning isn't part of the process. Anyway two weeks now and she or whoever this Andrea person is she copied on to the email haven't had the courtesy of calling or emailing me back. This has been going on since the end of July. The communication with this company is a joke. If you have a choice, go somewhere else for a replacement. *Edit to add someone responded to my review two weeks ago. I did what they said in their response and STILL nothing. I don't know if the insurance company can help me reach them but that's going to be my next try.*

A golf ball hit my windshield, and I was able to schedule service for the next day! Highly recommend doing things online. The technician was very communicative and called me prior to arriving at my house and once he was finished. I was at work, so this gave me the peace of mind I needed.

Had such a great experience at this location. I had an appointment at 8am to replace my cracked windshield and was running behind due to traffic. I called the safelite number and the operator on the phone was able to move my appointment to 8:30 which was perfect. I showed up and was greeted by a kind man working the front desk. He checked me in and collected my payment. He offered me coffee and water while I waited. It took them an hour and a half to replace my windshield and recalibrate it. The technician was great and my windshield is perfect!

Safelite replaced my windshield a couple of days ago and done an amazing job. Daron was great they came to my home and he was finished in under the estimated time that they said it would take. My windshield looks amazing thanks to Daron and Safelite in Plano.

The gentleman at the front was thorough, explaining the process and what to expect. I had a small nick in my front windshield that needed repaired. He let me know that Dallas (?) would be out shortly and get it taken care of. He was right. The technician came to meet me in the lobby, said to please give him 20-30 minutes, and ensured I knew what to expect(if everything was explained to me). Within that time frame he returned, handed me keys and took me out to my vehicle to show me. Excellent and fast, with great customer service. I would definitely recommend. 💯👌🏼 Thank y'all!

I had my car’s window replaced here and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My vehicle was scratched during installation and some parts were not properly fitted. It’s unacceptable to return a car in this condition, especially when paying for a professional service. I left feeling frustrated and let down. Definitely not recommended.

If they can take a short cut and make a 2 hour job into 30 minutes or less they will. I don’t recommend their services. Our tech decided to break the side window even more than needed and the shattered glass got all in side of my door panel.(the window was held together by tint btw) The tech didn’t care to clean up after him self and even left the plastic attachment parts of my last window in the door panel as a surprise. Didn’t vacuum the inside or even care to put in any effort to do the job correctly and remove the complete covering/panels to access everything inside.

I woke up this morning with a long crack in my windshield. I didn’t even notice a rock chip yesterday evening when I got home. I filed a claim with my insurance (GEICO) and they directed me to their glass partner, Safelite. I got appointment the following day. I did the on-site appointment. They also have mobile options where they can come to you or your workplace. On the day of, I got done with my day an hour earlier. I called them to see if I can drop my car off early. They allowed me to do that although my car would get service on the appointment time. I arrived an hour earlier and waited in the car. The technician approached me and let me know that they had an opening spot and could start the work on my car sooner. I checked my car in. The wait time is around 2-3 hours. Their lounge area is small but has clean restrooms and some basic beverages. I didn’t want to wait there, so I went shopping to kill my time. I ordered a Lyft to Marshall’s near by (5-10 mins away = $5-10 ride before tip). The plaza is on the other side of the highway. They got a few big stores and restaurants. Once the work was completed, they called me to pickup the car. Payment at pickup. They helped dealt with my insurance company. I just paid for the deductible and insurance covered the rest. Since I got in an hour earlier, my car finished an hour earlier than planned schedule as well. It’s pretty smooth visit. I could tell that it’s not their first rodeo!

Absolutely the best service ever. Insurance scheduling did not provide an option to schedule other than drop in the next day. I got there and was told to drop and come back at 5, ouch. I look back room packed, it will take a long time. The super nice attendant said you can schedule to bring another day and assured I could drive the car with the crack for a few days. Ok. When is the next appointment I asked. She looked up and said someone cancelled so they have a 1pm opening today. Without hesitation, I’ll take it. I went back to work , came back at 1 sharp. A nice man took my keys , I got into work call. 50 mins later the nice gentleman came back and handed in my key , all ready. Just don’t pressure wash for next day and take the tape off windshield after 2 hrs. I paid and went back to work. Highly recommend their service and attention to customer service satisfaction
