Horrible. Not even a one star. Took truck in for valve cover gasket replacements. It took About twice as long as promised to make a sloppy repair. Tore one gasket and tried to silicone it. Blew out 3 quarts of oil in 40 miles. Took back to replace torn gasket. Excuse after excuse why he couldn't get to it. Left my keys in ignition and unlocked in front of shop overnight . I went ahead picked it up and took to another mechanic. He refuses to refund my money with other very poor excuses. Also broke a part that I had to pay the other mechanic to fix. Do not take you vehicle there. Very poor mechanic as well as basically stealing my money. Heading for small claims court shortly.
My son brakes were done by this shop and his brake light came on before he left dude said he would fix it the next day no answer nor is the open, we reached out to the mechanic and he has not been answering the phone it’s been two weeks we came by the shop and he has not been opened my son shouldn’t have to ride around with his brake light on or beeping after getting his brakes fixed and the mechanic not responding.. the mechanic will never touch a car from us again! We shouldn’t have to go to another mechanic to fix his error.
Absolutely the best place to take a vehicle in Burleson County. Went in with a dead AC and I got the good bad and the ugly on this old car. Honest, personable, and hugely knowledgeable.
Bad experience with this place. Was told 2 weeks before replacing all 6 starter ignition coils and plugs was $178. Brought vehicle and was told it would be $191 to pick up the vehicle. Now I explained when I dropped off the car that coils 1, 3 and 4 were bad. Come to find out, #3 became unplugged and was fine. 1 and 4 were replaced (I brought all the parts). I ended up being charged for a diagnostic fee and 2 coil replacements. No parts needed. After expressed my disappointment in the price it was adjusted but still paid $170. $85 for diagnostic fee and $85 to replace 2 coils and plugs.
Highly recommend Apex Auto. Bryce And his team are stand-up guys. They were able to help an out-of-towner and repair my car in a couple of hours, with their busy schedule, when everyone else needed weeks. Thanks to them my mini camping trip with my kids was saved from being a disaster. I really appreciated the effort and great customer service.
