I recently visited Napa Auto Parts to find an alternator for my 05 Ford F-150, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly identified the right alternator for my truck and even checked to ensure it was in stock. The pricing was competitive, and I appreciated the quality of the parts they offer. I felt confident in my purchase, knowing I was getting a reliable product. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto parts.
I wanted a window washing squeegee on a stick, I figured they'd have 1 or maaaaaybe 2 to choose from, but then he presented me the 3rd option... I was actually surprised.. both employees spoke when I came in, both were polite, and attentive.
Instead of backlashing at people for posting their honest reviews you should address the rude attitude of your employees, after dealing with the guy this morning with the dark curly hair and beard, I would never step foot in there again. You don't like your job, find another one!!
Ordered a part, special order. Promised in 4 days, now on day 8 and still no part nor do they know when it is supposed to arrive. Canceling my order and going elsewhere.

Since Logan isn’t there it seems as though no one can answer questions and that coming in is a bother to the people there. Quality of service has gone way down. How hard can it be to pick the right part from a computer screen
They got rid of their one good parts guy and the people that are still there don't seem to care about helping customers anymore. Seems I get the wrong parts more often than not now. used to only shop here but I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Seems they are more interested in helping their truck rental customers than they are the rest of us now. Also can't even shop there on the weekends as there is only one employee there and he is usually too busy by himself to help everyone properly. They need to have at least one more person working on the weekends.
Way too expensive (& I use to deliver their stock to them several times a week for over 3yrs so I know it's international & dirt cheap). The outrageous retail mark ups aren't fair at all, especially to any loyal customers they may have.
I might be biased but Logan is the only one worthwhile to see when you go there. Just be prepared as everyone else knows it and you will have a waiting line
We've been going here for years for car parts. They're very informative, helpful,friendly. It doesn't take long to recieve parts. If they have to order it. They make working on your car less of a chore. I highly recommend this place.
Great help, fair price. Enjoy giving the new guy weird things that I need and he does great with both finding out what it is and the ribbing. He's learning fast and won't be long before I can't stump him.
Its a good place. They are reliable and stand by there stuff. Napa in caldwell tx sends me there when they dont have the part i need. I like napa in caldwell better cause they know me, know how much money ive spent there , and go out of there way to help.
