Was 9:02, open sign still on and lights. I needed oil really bad, went to the door which was locked and seen Two guys just stared at me and didn’t even help. They barely do anything there anyways, must have been sooo tired to not help ring up a quart of oil and make one last sale.
I did not stop here but I had my grandparents stop by on the way to our family New Year's celebration. They were having trouble with their Mercedes and Richard was a massive help to them. He got them back on the road quickly and did so with a smile. I highly recommend you stop at this O'Reilly and ask for Richard. He was very professional and polite. I greatly appreciate him helping my grandparents with their issue.
Got refused service because the manager did not like me. I was not disrespectful or anything of the sort. All I was trying to do was get my truck battery charged. Will not recommend coming here
Sebastian and Robert seriously saved the day. Walked in clueless, walked out with the right part and a laugh or two. These guys make car trouble way less stressful. Legends!
Worst an by far the most disrespectful an rude manager I went to buy vehicle paint grab the paint it was only half full not even full took it to counter to pay for it asked since it’s half full could I get it half off he said no he was gonna have to charge me full price then he said is there another one I said no he said u want me to order another one at that point I said forget it told him ima report him he said he won’t go no where Aldo/Sebastian where the employees that need to go

Our son was taking his drivers license test at the nearby DPS office. They told us we had 15 minutes to replace the 3rd brake light, or we would have to reschedule our appointment. The amazing ladies at the shop looked up our car, found the bulb, rang it up quickly, and even came to the parking lot and helped us replace the bulb in record time. We were back at DPS in 14 minutes and now he has his drivers license. Exemplary service!
I’m so grateful for Cassie’s help today. She was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Even when I had a complicated job I was working on, she handled it with ease and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing outstanding service.
We had to stop and see if we could assistance with a battery connector cable. We knew that O’Reilly Auto Parts was not a full mechanic shop. However, a team member by the name of Mal*** (unsure of his name spelling) was extremely helpful! He showed us what tools we needed and what we needed to do. He provided verbal assistance even though it wasn’t part of his job.
He was a life saver! We are so grateful and thankful for his Good Samaritan. Corporate or the manager seeing this review, please make sure you pass along this review and get him a raise!
Awesome people working there and very helpful. Working all day in the heat. You get brain farts like crazy and the guy that helped me was amazing at his job. Everyone there on morning and around 12 are awesome and helpful. Will be going there for my parts and so on for now on.
I went in for wiper blades today and I was given really good customer service. The young man named Perry I believe came outside and assured me with my wiper blades and I really appreciated that he did it with a smile. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
After I had my car shut off mid driving, I was able to get it jumped and drive to this location and let me say!! - I was shaken up a little and didn’t know what the cause was but two gentlemen came out and helped me run a few tests to ensure what the problem was and explained everything in great detail to me. They were so kind and knowledgeable! Malachi and Jathon were their names. They deserve a raise! Thank you guys again for helping me find the problem. (@4:25pm 06/14/24)
If I could give 10 stars I would. On a Sunday, when no other auto parts store was open, and in 25 degree cold, Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty by arranging a mobile mechanic to change a water pump in the parking lot on my F150, a part he located in another town’s store. It was like living in the 1950s with Good Samaritan as the guiding rule—the whole store working to get my truck back on the road. I will never shop at another auto parts store other than O’Reilly’s.
The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable of the store layout and of my needs for what I was in there for. He even told me about rental tools instead of out right having to buy them and only using it once.
Jeremy was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions on the repair. It was late in the evening close to closing time and he was still willing to help us with our issues. I highly recommend this store primarily due to people like Jeremy.
Had a bad battery at 8:30 pm. Jeremy tested the battery and was very willing to help even though it was almost closing time. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Awesome store and staff, I highly recommend.
Been there a few time and have dealt with a person named DJ. Awesome person, very honest, and down to earth. Awesome place to go if you need something. 5-25-23 Was there today and nothing has changed. Still a good place to go and good service.
Jeremy was helping a customer in the parking lot when I pulled up. I waited for his help with my PCV hose. He helped me with great care and a positive spirit. He was interested in my issue, he was respectful and courteous. Thank you, Jeremy.

While heading to Mckinney from Somerville to see my ill 85yr old Mum who ended up in hospital, the intercooler tube attached to my 2015 f450's turbo exploded and blew off. This was on a Saturday late afternoon while towing our rv to stay in while there visiting Mum.
. All other places checked said it was a dealer part and they would not be open until Monday and would need to order it.
We were able to limp into the parking lot at O'Reilly's and were eagerly greeted and asked to show what the problem was.
Not only did they have the part, but were helpful in assisting me in installing it. I had no tools with me but they happily loaned me theirs. My thanks go out to them all, Tamiee, Russell, and Jeremy are some of their names but all the staff went out of their way to help get us on our way.

Generally, I have good experiences at this O'Reilly's.... I got what I needed in a timely manner. Just wish the staff would be more enthusiastic and friendly or at least pretend to enjoy working there. Lacking customer service skills
I was nervous about going in because I wasn’t sure exactly what I was needing or the prices of the items but JOE helped me with finding the right fit for my car and went through all the prices with me. He took his time to make sure everything was correct and I will totally be looking for him on my next visit.
They have a sticker on the front window that says free installation when you buy windshield wipers. When I bought a pair their were two ladies working and no one else in the store. I asked them about the free installation and was told they were to busy and couldn't do it. I'm disabled so I asked my neighbor to help me out.. I won't be back their again...
Went in on a Thursday afternoon, not busy, three employees, we were the only customers, one employee was talking to a friend who was not an employee. Not one employee even acted like we existed for the 8 minutes we stood at the counter not more than 4’ from them. Even answered a phone call and never even gave us eye contact. We left and went to Napa. I’m usually a loyal O’riley’s customer but customer service is generally what sets you apart. Caldwell store will never get a dollar from me. Napa was very friendly and even gave me a discount for my troubles, said their staff had been the best business booster for them, so it’s a common complaint.
