Took my truck in believing it was one thing but it turned out to be something else. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Turn around was quicker than I expected even after telling them no rush. Cost was a lot more than I expected but I guess that's Bidenomics for ya. Would recommend to others and will use again if needed. Truck runs great.

I had mechanic to install alignment kit on my Ford F150 and realign wheels. Work was performed quickly and well.

Wilde Auto has the best appliance selection in Caldwell. I purchased a freezer from them and I am so happy with my purchase. The staff was helpful and this is exactly what I was looking for. They also have Speed Queen washers in a black matte color that are to die for, and I look forward to purchasing those next!

Took my Chevy Tahoe to get a tire replaced the guy did it under 5 mins got us in & out. The problem is the tire was not a good tire which I’m a female I have no idea what a good or bad tire is. It should have been the guys responsibility replacing my tire to tell me my tire was bad. I didn’t make it 10 mins driving before my tire was completely flat and coming off the rim!! I have a newborn son who was riding with me! I have an alignment issue on my Tahoe so I regularly have to get my tire changed. So I’ve been to many tire shops and I’ve recently moved so this was my first time trying this company. My tire shouldn’t have been off the rim under 10 mins of leaving that place. This has never happened before. Very disappointed in this company I will be contacting for a refund Monday!

I got stranded in the late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving driving through Caldwell. Wilde Auto Repair got me back on the road the day after Thanksgiving. They were kind and gracious while we waited for a ride to pick us up. Great service!!

Really good service got a oil change & tire rotation took about 45 minutes but all work was done correctly. Called before I went get a quote was told &80.00 + Tax ended up being $93.88 only disappointment. Will definatley recommend them , their store has a large selection of items enjoyed browsing .

Wilde Auto Plus has helped me for years with whatever the mechanical need. Very diverse in their experience. I even brought a tractor in for an AC check and they repaired it by ordering a new compressor and getting me up and going again. I recommend them to everyone looking for fair and honest service.

Typically have good experiences but not today. Checked in promptly on time for the schedule appointment, Tuesday 5/28/24 @8:30am. The appointment was to have 4 items addressed: Front brakes, front headlights, oil change, AC Checked. It was my understanding all items were present and ready for installation Upon arrival at 8:30am.I wa asked if I was staying or leaving the vehicle. Initially I was to stay but was told it could take all day. Made a choice to leave the car for the morning in hopes that it would be Serviced sooner rather than later since I have an 8:30am. Schedule appointment. Upon return at 1:30pm. The vehicle had not moved from it's parked position in the lot. Finally near 5pm. the vehicle was serviced but was told the AC still had not been looked at. I completely understand being busy, but I do not understand what's the point of scheduling an appointment at 8:30am.if the vehicle is not going to be serviced until 3pm. and not have addressed all scheduled items. I would have preferred to schedule an appointment for 3pm and not spend all day without a vehicle just to be told to bring it back to be completed.

I took my car there to have the engine replaced. I hadn't heard from them in two weeks, when I called them they said it would be ready at the end of the following week. It was Friday when I called. Didn't hear from them the following week. I called, on a Friday, and they hadn't started on it. Okay the following week they called to say the engine was in and it ran well but the water pump was bad. I gave them the go ahead to replace the water pump. Again they told me it would be ready in a few days, I believe they said Monday or Tuesday. Yet again no call from them, I called them and was told they hadn't started on it yet. Finally 4 or 5 days later they called to say it was ready. YAY! So you would think. When at I git there the next morning to pick it up, early in the morning, the mechanic was on the way to my car in the parking lot, I asked him if there was a problem and he said no he just wanted to start it. He had a hard time getting it to stay running. When he got it running he drove ot around back to the garage. As I was going in, to inquire and employee came out and told me the car is okay. I paid my bill and left. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I noticed the check engine light was on. I became really angry when I called and told them that the check engine light was on and found out that they knew about it. They said it was throwing codes for the 02 sensor and the purge valve. I asked them if they didn't think they should have mentioned it five minutes ago when I paid my almost $3300 bill. I got no answer. I drove it back to the parking lot and left it there with the keys in it. I called and told them it was there and to finish fixing it. Turns out they found a blown fuse for the sensor. I finally got my car. I firmly believe that the mechanic didn't expect me to get there so early and wanted to have the car warmed up so that when I got there the car would stay running. That was a low blow. They actually sent me a Thank You card, I had a bonfire..

I have been having problems with my car, they were able to find out what the problem was and fixed it right away. Also, the staff was amazing and very helpful. I 100% recommend Wilde Autp Plus for any car needs or even home appliances.

Wilde auto is hands down the best place in Caldwell Texas for auto repair and also mower repair. I love Wilde auto because they have a little bit of everything. They also sell speed queens. I just brought a pair and it was the best decision I have ever made. Andrea made my decision easy and answered all of my questions! Amazing staff!! My lifesavers..I was stranded 80 miles from home at 7:30 in the morning when my alternator went out. They were kind and went beyond to help me get the repairs needed to get home today. Kaitlynn receptionist was excellent and awesome customer service. Facility clean and the mechanic was nice and helpful. My sister & I visited Wilde Appliances on today, 2/12/2024, in search of a new washer machine. We spoke with Andrea Wilde, who was very friendly and accommodating. Andrea emphasized the service benefit we would receive from her after a sale of an appliance from her store. Instead of calling the service department of a big box store, and getting a runaround, we would make one call to Andrea, who would then intervene and make certain service would be scheduled in a timely manner. This promise alone is what has swayed us to purchase from Wilde Appliance, and not Lowe's.

It took me all week to get my car to them so thy could put new tires on, I kept canceling,they said no problem. Wilde is very easy to work with and friendly and do quality work.

Was on my way from Texas, home to Colorado when my vehicle broke down in Caldwell Texas... by the grace of God I broke down just a couple of blocks from Wilde Auto... thankfully I was able to jump in with a couple of co-workers who are just behind me headed to the same destination in Colorado so I had to leave my car over the holiday weekend but when I returned, it was diagnosed and repaired! Couldn't have been an easier more pleasant experience! Things could have been a lot worse but thanks to Jeff and the professionals at Wilde Auto, I'm back on the road relatively hassle free! Chelsea is super nice and knowledgeable. I thought I needed a wheel Alignment but it turned out one tire needed to be balanced. I love the service and the customer service. The wait was so short. I got to walk around and look at all the other wonderful stuff this place has. Thank you guys so much. Please keep up the good work.

I have experienced both the store and the shop and am satisfied with both. Shop: My truck had some traction issue with a light coming on. I brought it in and they were able to “fix” the next day. The issue wasn’t actually fixed but I don’t blame the shop for that. They fixed one of a few possible issues that was causing the light and I was leaving town otherwise would have brought it back to get fixed. They were good at explaining things and clear about costs and what was being repaired. Fair price and nice staff. Store: In Caldwell you don’t have the best selection of stores but this one has saved me many trips to College Station for various things. The staff is great at helping and even if they don’t have exactly what you need they can order or recommend a nearby place that might. If you buy a mower or lawn tool they will fill up the gas/oil and make sure it’s all running good. Great people.

Finding a new mechanic when you move to a place is always a bit of a struggle, but the folks at Wilde Auto Plus finally put an end to that search. They have acceptable prices and great customer service and I will definitely be visiting this place for my repairs when I am able. I didn't need to use it, but I noticed that they offer a buy now pay later (presumably in installments or something) option that doesn't go off of your credit. I haven't seen such a thing at a mechanic's store before and I feel it is worth noting for those that need a car repair done immediately but have to 'wait for the next paycheck' to have the money. At any rate, I highly recommend this place for auto repair needs for anyone in the area.
