My husband, my three year old son and I was passing through and was carrying our suburban on a tow dolly. Our dolly weld came undone and my suburban front driver side came over the tow dolly. We had no way to getting it back on or jacking it up to move. We call Tray and he was out on a different job. He wasn't sure he could help with the truck he was in. But he said he would be right over to see how he could help us. Well, grace of God, he was able to help us in a time of matter and need. We didn't know anyone or know anyone in texas to help us. But he was out outrageous on the price for helping us. We want to give him a five star and a big thank you for helping our family we needed him the most.
I had a blowout on 21 between Bryan and Caldwell. They showed up in less than 15 minutes from me calling and towed me to a tire shop in Bryan. Excellent customer service
He did a GREAT job carefully getting my car onto the bed without damaging anything, hes incredibly kind and his prices were great also!. I would highly recommend him if you ever need a tow!
Our family was driving through Caldwell on the 4th of July and our tire suddenly popped. We were frantically trying to figure out how to get the spare when Trey stopped to help us! He was so kind, helpful, and we don’t know what we would have done without him! Can’t recommend this company enough because of their incredible staff.
Trey stopped to help me when I had an accident on Hwy.21. He was very helpful and stayed until it was safe for me to drive home. I would recommend D & S to anyone that needs a caring and professional business to depend on.
D&S Towing did a fine job of rescuing me, my two dogs (a great dane pup and a chihuahua), and my Toyota RAV4 when I had a blowout along a country road near Caldwell, TX. The driver was on another call some distance away when I called for help, but still got to me promptly. He needed only a few minutes to load my car onto the bed of his tow truck. We reached the car repair service I use in Caldwell, unloaded and parked my with -- I understand -- some help from the chihuahua, gave me the option to pay with my personal check to avoid having to add on the surcharge for credit card use, and was on his way in less than 20 minutes of locating us on a country with no street addresses. If I need a tow again I will call D&S.
I own a automotive business and Trey is always my first call when we need a tow, he is very professional and always takes great care of the customers cars that he tows for us. I have tried several other tow companies in the past and they seem to not care on how they move the cars around.
If I could give Trey 10 stars I would do so!!! My college aged daughter was involved in an accident and Trey was at the scene to tow her undrivable vehicle. My daughter said he was very kind to her, that means a lot to a mother!! I had to contact him several times with questions and he was AWESOME!!! Always answered the phone and my questions with kindness!!! I can't speak highly enough of him....DO NOT hesitate to call him if you are ever in need of a towing service!!!
D & S Towing provided roadside assistance for me when I had blowout in the middle of nowhere and pouring down rain. Very helpful and courteous. Prices were fair I'll definitely call again if need ever arises again
I called trey when I needed my sons truck towed and he gave me amazing service. He gave me heads up on when he was on his way so I wouldn’t have to wait!! He even took time out to catch up on some old times! I felt like I was part of the family and not just another number waiting inline.
