After smashing my bumper rather well, I knew I did NOT want to file a claim but would prefer to just pay out of pocket to get the repair/replacement handled. I visited no less than six other shops within an hour from Hazelwood's before it was super clear that this was the only shop I'd seen who cared more about taking care of the customer and the work than bowing to some nationwide corporation or the will of insurance companies. The work took just two days (even faster than they had promised) and they made look brand new what other "experts" told me was not fixable. Ronnie took great care of me and the entire team has proven to be the kind of operation that will always have my business.
Excellent Body and Paint shop! I took my 17 year old Jeep Commander to have body and paint work done. Came out fantastic…These are really nice people that came highly recommended from Kirby’s Garage here in Franklin. Support local businesses!
Had a small fender-bender in a parking lot, just involving the bumper, but it was smashed in pretty good on the drivers side. I took it to Hazelwood's for an estimate. Because we have a fairly large deductible. we asked if it could just be straightened out. Brad looked at it, and fixed it in like 15 minutes and then charged us nothing for it! This is our second repair in their shop. He fixed my husband's Honda some years ago. They are the nicest people around! Highly recommend! Local people and kind.
I went there to get an estimate. They told me that they don’t work with Allstate insurance and I would need to pay them direct which I agreed to. Then he decided that he really didn’t want my business and not provide me with an estimate. The person I dealt with was very abrupt and unfriendly. What ever happened to businesses that actually wanted your business?
Been coming here for years mainly to take care of multiple body damage events too small to claim with insurance but still important enough to get done out of pocket. They do excellent work for a reasonable price, and are good and honest people. Highly recommend.

A deer took out the entire left drivers and front end of my Toyota Highlander. I thought the car would be totaled and was amazed how great it looked and drove after the shop fixed everything.
Last week we had an issue with part of the bumper coming loose and causing some damage.
Owner of the shop ordered the needed parts and will get fixed right away. They are customer oriented for sure!!
Could not be happier with Hazelwoods. I drove my full sized cargo van into a parking garage with not enough clearance and crushed the roof in places. Other body shops quoted me 2x of what I ended up paying - they really tried to do the best job for the least amount. Couldn't be happier with them.
Really love Hazelwoods, if you have to have work done, these are honest, quality work, communicative and really nice folks. It's hard to find this kind of business these days.
Bashing and scratching up your automobile is never a good idea but sometimes it happens. When it happens to me and my family, we take our vehicles straight to Hazelwood’s. They always fix us up fast and with a perfect finish. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I took my car in on a Thursday and they have to replace a finder and the bumper cover and I got my car back the next Tuesday!!! Super fast service and very professional staff … did a great job and got my car back to me super quick !!!!
Hazelwood body shop is a very busy place for a really good reason. We took our car in two weeks ago to be fixed after hitting a deer and it was picked up yesterday. They did a wonderful job fixing the dents and the painting is wonderful. You cannot even tell where they blended it in at the door Hopefully, that is the last time we will need repairs, but if not, we will most definitely come back to Hazelwood’s! Highly recommend!
My VW had extensive damage. They had to replace the roof due to a tree falling on it. They did a poor job fixing it. The inside, along all the doors and trunk, have come unglued (or however they put it together). They had my vehicle for almost 3 months. There’s no reason for this.
This is our family's go-to shop for any and all body repairs. Over the years they've done work on my daughter's car, my father's truck and most recently on my car. They've been consistently fairly priced, trustworthy and do great work - refreshing for sure in this line of business.
This is a great family owned business and they took such great care of my car after a minor wreck!!! Not only did they fix the damage but they made it look brand new!!! So pleased with their level of workmanship!!!! I’m happy to recommend them!!!
I would strongly advise against using this shop. I took my truck to them for a small dent. The quote was over $1,900. Before getting this quote, I was going to pay for the repair myself as I thought it would be $500. When I saw this quote, I decided to submit it to my insurance. The insurance company estimated the damage as less than $600. When I contacted Hazelwood, they said they would get more money from the insurance for the repair. About a week later, Hazelwood said they repaired the truck and that the bill was equal to the insurance quote. Since I had a $500 deductible, this meant that I now had my first claim on my insurance for less than a $100. Now, I'm applying for a new policy on a new vehicle and I'm being told that the new policy is going to cost $300 more a year because of the claim against my policy. If Hazelwood had given me a fair quote from the beginning, I would not have had a claim against my policy. Now, because of Hazelwood, I received less than a hundred dollars from my insurance and am going to pay $300 more a year for several years. Furthermore, I felt the repair was just so so. I would not use them again.
I have utilized these folks for over 40 years, a true family run/owned business. With 3 kids I have unfortunately been in their shops more than I would like to. The work is always done perfect, if you dont think so, tell Dale, he will fix it, at fair reasonable prices. Just good folks, period !!!

Giving Hazelwood's 2 stars at this time due to slowness to get a quote, slowness to get work done and poor communication.
To keep a long story short- my car was dropped off at this shop on 12/18/20. A quote was not provided until 1/4/21. It is now 1/21/21 and the work is still not completed. I have called twice to ask for updates and ETAs; the given ETA was not meet each time.
When I eventually receive my finished car, if the work is good, I may be able to raise to 3 stars. I would definitely hesitate to recommend this shop based on my experience so far.
I needed some paint repair on the nose of my 5 year old Infiniti. Everything was done on time, and it looked new. The quote they gave me was exactly what they charged. Very professional group here
We have lived in Franklin TN for almost 28 years. During that time, we have owned a few different vehicles. During this same time, we have had a few dings and bruises to repair. The place is always booked a few weeks out. The customer service is very good. Family based operation with a down home folksy atmosphere. The offices are not fancy -- most furnishings are probably from the original set up. But that shouldn't matter --- what matters most if the end product comes back to you as good as new. We've never been disappointed.
I would not advise that you take your car to this place, they needed to pull a fender straight and wanted to charge me $50 extra for removing two screws, when I queried it, I was asked to leave.
I was advised to take my car to Hazelwood's for body work. I am so thankful I did! I had to wait a little longer for my appointment, and the cost was just a bit more; BUT it was definitely worth it. The work that was done was over and beyond my expectations. The attention to details was incredible. I am quite fond of my car, and they returned my vehicle to me with a "new lease on life"! Thank you so much. I am grateful.
These guys are awesome! I was referred to see them to fix a door that was damaged and not closing all the way. The guy took a look at it and said I think I can fix it. He came back 5 mins later and it was totally fixed.
I tried to pay him but he wouldn't take anything! I will definitely be coming back for any issues.
Unfortunately, I have had to have body work done on four different vehicles. After the work that Hazelwood did on my first vehicle, i'll never go anywhere else. Every vehicle i take into this shop leaves looking better than it did before I ever needed body work. These guys do it right, and they know how to deal with insurance companies. They are highly recommended.
