They towed my vehicle, I was parked where I wasn’t supposed to be, not my issue. My issue is that I got a notification on my ford app that the vehicle door was opened without a key and the alarm was sounding. So essentially they broke in to tow it, at least that’s what I think. I couldn’t get any straight answers on the phone and I even caught them in a lie when I was questioning them about the scenario. I’m a small business owner hate shitting on other companies but the break in factor is ridiculous

Super friendly and fast service!! Had all the right equipment to get my truck towed!!

Way too expensive for the poor service they provide. It took forever for them to show up and when they did after towing my vehicle, they did the ol bait and switch on my pricing and nothing I could do about it.
