I had been setting aside old computers, peripherals, and various electronics for some time, wanting to properly recycling them, but not sure of the best way to do so. A Google search brought up City eWaste. Matthew and Erin were extremely helpful on the phone, with specifics about materials they accept (hint: almost everything!), and setting up a time for pickup, as I had a bit too much to simply drop off at their facility. Robert arrived spot-on-time with their truck, collected everything quickly on a very hot, humid day, and couldn't have been a nicer guy. The modest cost for pickup and a few extra items was beyond reasonable. Bottom line, I'm delighted with City eWaste's services, and with their people!

City eWaste participated in an event we had at FiftyForward Donelson collecting old technical equipment. Many of our older adults had no idea how to properly dispose of their tech items and had hung on to them for years. This was such a great opportunity for our members and the Donelson community. I love that I've found a company that will accept my unused electronics and knows how to dispose of them properly. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have two locations. I had no idea they also accept equipment from businesses and a pickup can be scheduled based on minimum requirements.

This was the second year that City E-waste joined me in a community bulk drop off event. Once again they went above and beyond expectations! As hot as it was, and trust me it was hot, they greeted people with a smile and helped them unload their items. The event would not have been nearly as successful without City E-waste!

Was super easy to drop off. Dropped off a TV, laptops, speakers, and some cables, they took it all! A little hard to find as it's right behind the Breakout but everyone was super nice.

UPDATE: They no longer accept residential e-waste and will only work with business customers. Signs at the business advise individuals to take electronics to county hazardous waste recycling.

Dropped off several computers/parts today. Everyone i met on site was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me with unloading. I will definitely be back next time I need to drop off for recycling!

I had a bunch of computers and old cell phones collecting over the years. This company recycles these old products and took them off my hands. The customer service was excellent for answering my questions about my privacy and explaining the full process for ensuring everything is taken care of with care and consideration. Great company!

Best place is Franklin to have your old electronics recycled. They'll take cords, computers, flatscreen TVs and much more and keep it out of the landfill.

Best place to recycle computers or iPhones if you own a computer repair store or want to securely wipe your data. Anyone can drop off there for free, but there’s a small fee for box TVs.

Best computer recycling experience in the Nashville area, bar none. Drop-off is a cinch and the communication on my questions was informed and timely. Best part is there’s a real effort to put that old junk to use with a thorough process to ensure all my scraps don’t just end up in a landfill. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-notch electronics recycling in Franklin or surrounding areas.
