The only guy there today 11/29, my husband was unloading in the dumpster leaned over and didnt realize the guy wasnt done. Turned around and told him "can you not wait " he said im sorry I didnt realize and backed off. This guy continued to mumble under his breath. Husband walked away to another site. Laid one of the boxes down to cut it and went to pick it up the employee came over and STOMPED on the box. Mt husband told him to knock it off basically or there would be problems. He ran his mouth some more and then ran away. What in the heck kind of employees do you have running this place ??? No excuse. My elder mother was with us. Theres people who have children there as well with them!

Great resource and a value to the community- terrible employees. The man at the cardboard center yelled and cussed at me because I was new and didn’t understand the process. The other employee told me I needed to be more understanding because they only make $14 an hour and stand in the heat all day. I can imagine that it’s a thankless job, but that doesn’t excuse him being so nasty and vulgar.

Convenient! And the staff has always been great …. when you treat them with the respect they deserve for being out in the elements all day, dealing with everyone’s crap…literally.

And recycle just about anything here. There's trash and cardboard compactors, as well as large bins for metal and old appliances come in another for landscape clippings. There's also a Goodwill trailer here where you can drop off donations.

Very clean and quick. The Goodwill truck attendants very nice, friendly and helpful.

We use it all the time. It gets busy on the weekends. Leaves, limbs, construction debris, metal go in dumpsters. Also has a Goodwill donation site.

Its pretty easy. Follow the rules and its a great experience. If you aren't sure ask. For what the staff gets paid they to a terrific job cudos and three cheers.

is there a no star option? these guys are the rudest and most disrespectful group of individuals. there is 2 older guys work there that like to yell, and are just rude. lack of communication is obvious from one employee to the next. and they act as if its everyone's else's fault. will not go again. its worth the drive elsewhere.

This is the recycling center I frequent most. It's usually pretty efficient and well run. Make sure you properly dispose of your recyclables. There are many people who don't, which costs the center money and obviously makes the employees less "pleasant" as some have said here. That being said, I have had employees get on my case about recycling plastics (presumably because I am a young woman and I think they make assumptions about me not knowing what to do) shouting at me that it has to be a 1 or 2 plastic. I always check my plastics before tossing them - I don't need to be shouted at condescendingly. I think better signage could help with this problem. The most frustrating day was when I had to move my car on two separate occasions for the trucks. If you're going to have me move my car, tell me where to put it so I don't have to move it again. Regardless, it is not clear where you are supposed to park when unloading your recyclables. So, that's another thing they could improve. Overall, I have had a good experience here. There have just been a handful of not-so-great experiences.

Here’s where you can take all your trash that the city won’t pick up. They have different areas for dumping all kinds of stuff, so it’s easy to see where to put it. I’m glad we have this close by! Attendants could be more friendly, though. Some of them act like you’re bothering them by being there.

One of the most amazing conveniences in the Franklin area and very efficient.

Generally clean area that receives trash, recycling, yard debris, construction debris, and metal. Goodwill also received donations on-site.

Most of the people that work here are nice. However the guy on the cardboard recycle dumpster isn't nice at all. He also smokes the entire time you're there and you have to breath that in. Not professional at all

Employees are always friendly and very helpful. I actually enjoy chatting with them every time I go. Would recommend to any WC resident. Edit 11/12/20: STILL a great service. Borrowed an out of county truck to haul old decking. Just show ID and no problems at all. You get what you give. Be friendly, they are pleasant. Act ugly, get rude and rightly so. Some of these complaints are baseless.

You never know how it’s going to go. The employees may be friendly or they may be some of the rudest county employees you’ll ever meet. Today must’ve been rude day because some micromanager was cruising around like the straw boss from Cool hand Luke talking over folks and getting up in people’s faces with no mask on. The least he could’ve done was be rude from 6’ away.

I am fairly new to the area and I am so impressed with the men and women that work at this facility. They are always very kind and polite!

A-holes working there, tried to dump some stuff for my elderly mother, with a utility bill and they said no.

Quick and Easy dumping for a Saturday or Sunday Morning No complaints except that I wish Brentwood Point 2 had that availability for a family of 5 going on 6 due to the fact we go through a lot of trash but this place is awesome and convenient for us!

It's not about the guys. They do their jobs. If you follow the rules, then they are great. If you try and break the rules then the get after you. I've done both.

Guys are polite and sometimes even help you unload your stuff. Also, surprisingly clean for a dump. I like to see my Williamson Co tax dollars being spent well and this is a useful public service.

I recently moved to the southwest part of Davidson county, I had a cardboard boxes to recycle and they turned me away because my license said that I didn't live in Williamson county. I live about 3 miles away and the next closest center is about 15 miles away. I thought it was really rude they wouldn't cut me a break and just take a few boxes. They weren't busy or overloaded or anything. I felt it was in poor taste. I wasn't asking very much.
