I took my Lexus in to see what was wrong with the A/C. The only problem is that it wouldn't blow cold air. I took it in, everyone was nice, and a couple hours later I get a text saying it's working just fine. I go to pick it up, and they insist it works as it should. The guy told me all he had to do was switch it from blowing on my feet to blowing in my face, as if I was too stupid to know how to operate the car I've owned for 6.5 years. I insisted that wasn't the case and ask if they even opened the hood or checked the fuses. He said, "I don't know, he may have..." Well, I know he didn't because I can see on the app when they pop the hood. I suppose I should be grateful they didn't try to charge me a bunch of money for unnecessary work, but GUESS WHAT...A/C still doesn't work. I'll be taking it to a different shop to fix it since I don't appreciate being made to feel like I'm an idiot.
I don't know where my old review for CS Automotive went but it is still the only mechanic I trust with my vehicles. I accidentally went to the dealership I bought the car from for maintenance and CS had to fix it.
I have written multiple reviews over the last 10 years declaring how professional and considerate I think the folks at CS are. I recently had a problem with the battery in my wife's Lexus, It wasn't a major mechanical issue but it was causing me a lot of stress. The CS staff quickly addressed and resolved the problem. No matter how large or small the issue is, CS gets it done well and at a fair price.
Just used CS Automotive on my 2015 Armada. Highly recommend!!! Was a fantastic experience. Place is immaculate. Folks are very professional. Did not try to upsell me anything at all. I’m definitely going back to them for future maintenance on my other vehicles too!

I had a great experience with this CS Automotive . I really appreciated the convenience of being able to schedule my appointment online, and they had immediate availability. I arrived on time and was greeted by Lori, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. After that, I received a detailed diagnosis of my car, and everything was explained to me very clearly. I definitely plan on coming back for future services. Highly recommended!
I previously left a one star review but as I can't reply to the owners response, which accused me of being dishonest, I will leave another one so that I can set the record straight. The woman who calls to set up service (I believe her name is Lori) called me and said that my alternator was no longer making noise after they put my old alternator back in the car and replaced a missing bolt. She then suggested that I get more work done on the car since I didn't need to replace the alternator (which would have cost like $1300). My car does need to either have a lot of work done or be replaced, so I was weighing the option of getting more work done since I wouldn't have to pay the full $1300 to replace the alternator. When I got into the car, the noise was still there, loud as ever. The reason I seemed satisfied before I got into my car is because I believed her when she said my alternator was no longer noisy. The reason I am not happy after is because I know that was not the case. I know it seems weird that I would seem happy upon hearing good news, then not as happy when finding out the good news isn't true. I am not unhappy with the work, as they didn't really do anything except take my alternator out and put it back in for $400, and it seems they did a perfectly fine job doing that. I am unhappy with the dishonesty, as I wasted $400 that I could have put toward actually getting the issue fixed.
They helped me out a lot! Didn't charge me anything to check my engine out for leaks or wear! And they provided a luxury rental car for me and waived the rental fee so all I had to pay for was the gas for the two days I had the car. 10/10 would recommend to absolutely anyone!
Absolutely phenominal people and service. As someone who baby's his car, I was nervous as hell (like I always am) at bringing my car in for service. I have had a lot of bad experiences with shops in my life, and I believe the auto shop industry tends to bias in that direction, so as usual I was worried. But they treated not only me with care and respect, but also my baby. I get it, not everyone is like me, but with low expectations I was pleasantly surprised. No scratches, no damage, no grease prints on upholstry, no unexpected "oops" moments, no apathy or attitude, and they've even fit me in for a quick diag when I was having a serious issue, with no appointment. These people bend over backwards to try and help. I also appreciate their adherence to OEM.
I think I'll be going here for a very long time.
We were stranded on I-40 and between AAA, awesome tow driver and this repair shop, we were safe. The shop took our note and handled our issue like a pro! End of story is CarFix, fixed the car and they were honest. We live 2.5hrs away and they easily could have said multiple other things to cause the car to act as it did. Glad we know about the company! Would gladly go back.
My only regret is not finding this shop sooner. I brought a recently purchased used vehicle here for an inspection. Their search revealed a deeply flawed car that needed to be returned. While I was sore to discover the true nature of the car, I was impressed and satisfied with their tenacity. My wife and I immediately brought the replacement vehicle here as well. Fortunately this one passed their inspection with flying colors. In addition to going through the car with a finetooth comb, they offered recommendations for a similarly qualified independent shop as we're moving across the country. If I was to stay in the area, they would be receiving all my future automotive business. I cannot recommend CS enough!!!

Im not one to usually leave reviews, but CS Automotive is outstanding. As someone who comes from a family of mechanics, moving across the country and having to take your car into a shop is hard to do. Both Zach and Lori are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The routine service and proposed maintenance is always straightforward and clear after their inspections.
My car began making a noise and Zach was able to get me in same-day to get my car looked at. They were able to fix the problem to keep me on the road quickly and provided options for long term repair. I am so appreciative of them and will most definitely be a loyal customer.

My girlfriend recommended I take my Mazda here, and I'm so glad I listened to her. I brought in my car for a routine oil change as well as a checkup for other maintenance. I also mentioned that the 12V outlets in my car were out. I work in the same area, so I got a ride to my office while they worked on my car. Within a few hours, I got the work order. They replaced the fuses for the outlets for the price of one, and even did a quick interior vacuum and exterior wash, which I did not expect. Very nice people, I will absolutely be bringing my car back!
I have been going to CS Automotive for years and their customer service has been consistently pleasant. What I really appreciate is the communication of what is a priority when there are lots of repairs that are needed with a car. Came here via a Toyota forum recommendation and it met every expectation. Top class group! Was able to see our 345k mile 3rd gen 4runner with very little notice, evaluated it end to end communicating issues via an inspection report that's the best I've ever seen in the industry, and was an absolute joy to deal with throughout.
Paid a $200 fee for the evaluation which was a bit of a surprise, but after seeing the report- it was worth every penny.

It was super easy to get an appointment for an oil change and they were very friendly to work with. Appointment started on time and finished in expected time. Plus they have the most comfortable waiting area I’ve ween in an auto repair shop. I highly recommend them!
This place is top notch. Had them work on both of my cars and although one cost me an arm and a leg which was my fault for not having the proper maintenance they handled it perfectly and very professionally. My second car I took to them based on something another very well know auto shop told me needed to be repaired in fact did not after CS did an inspection. That right there earned my trust in them. I will never take my cars anywhere else. They worked with me and was honest about what should be taken care of now and what I could hold off on for a bit. They have a nice clean facility, the office guy, Zach was so helpful and kind and I love that they clean your vehicle prior to pick up. That was a nice added touch of great customer service.

It was my first time going to CS, and it was certainly a good experience. The personnel were very professional, and they diagnosed the problem on my Honda Pilot within a day (the dealer couldn't tell me what the problem was). CS is an impressive organization that I will be depending on in the future.
I cannot say enough about how GREAT CS Automotive is! Lori is fantastic and helped me get my car in same day and done SAME DAY. She gave me a ride back to work when I dropped it off too!
