I got my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The staff were professional and easy to work with. The location is super convenient, plenty of places close by to kill time while you are waiting on your vehicle to get serviced. The only negative is the pricing is a bit high.
Never ever will I allow Firestone to work on my car again. A few years ago I dropped my car off for an oil change only to find out a month later that they never put the air filter in where it belonged. They left it on top of the motor. It was a good thing it didn’t fall off because I would have gone two more months without knowing I had no air filter. And that’s just the beginning.
A year and a half ago my alternator went out. Had it towed to Firestone. They said it was just my battery. Replaced my battery and that evening I had to pay yet again to have it towed back to them where they admitted the alternator was bad and replaced it and the battery again. A month later I had to have it towed back, same issue. The alternator they put in was a refurbished alternator that they never even asked me if I wanted a new or a refurb. All was fine except here I am, with another bad alternator and battery. This is my 3rd battery and 3rd alternator in 1 1/2 years. Oh and that’s not all… my mechanic notified me to let me know several bolts weren’t tightened. One bolt was completely missing… one of the other loose bolts was a bolt to the tensioner.
If I could give zero stars, I would!
My splash guard started dragging as soon as I pulled my car out of the parking lot after work. I couldn’t drive on the highway like that, so at 5:30pm on a cold, icy Wednesday I walked in, ready to beg someone to snap it back in place or just take it off so I could deal with it later. They were the nicest group! They pulled my car around right away, we chatted about Judge Beans’ southwest egg rolls and Corkys bbq until I was hungry. Soon enough, thy were able to clip my splash guard back on and wouldn’t charge me anything for their time or let me tip.
That’s a good group of folks over there! Highly recommend.
Shout out to Brentwood Firestone! My son hit a curb at 30mph and caused a pretty severe curb rash on the right front wheel. I assumed that the alignment was out, so I took it to Firestone Brentwood to have an alignment done. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that they checked the alignment and an alignment was not needed. Brentwood Firestone reported this to me when I picked up the car and let me know there was no charge. I would recommend this company for your auto needs.

Stopping by Brentwood Firestone on this particular day, and at that time absolutely worked out very well for me. The guys were not too busy and were able to get right into fixing my issue (ignition problem/starter going bad). Tim took real good care of me - got me fixed up and good to go within about two hours. So far, so good with the new starter!
Needed a check of my vehicle after running over debris in the road. They were super busy but James made time to come out and check the tires and under the hood. He suggested getting the alignment checked but gave me piece of mind to head back from Brentwood.
Man this place looked out for me for the second time in a month! Got my AC running good after summer killed it and they just now got me 4 new tires! The gentlemen inside i believe RIP and John went above and beyond to help save me money and make the trip fast. A++++
Tim and Cooper were AWESOME!!! Really had my back when I was in a jam with a nail in my tire…Will absolutely be buying all my tires in the future from these guys, and you should consider doing the same—phenomenal customer service!!

We were shopping around for tires for our son’s truck and had been comparing prices at Costco, Sam’s Club, and Tire Discounters. On a whim, we stopped by the Firestone in Brentwood, TN and we’re so glad we did!
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Cayce, who had the most welcoming and positive attitude. She immediately made us feel at ease and took the time to listen to what we needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help were truly impressive.
Even though we had found slightly lower prices elsewhere, my husband and I both agreed that Cayce’s outstanding customer service was worth far more. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood all of our options and left completely confident in our choice.
Thanks to her, we’ve already decided that when it’s time for new tires for both of our vehicles, Firestone in Brentwood will be our first and only stop. Cayce’s skill, warmth, and customer-first attitude make her a true asset to Firestone, and we can’t say enough good things about her!

Went in on a Saturday morning before a 5 hour road trip as I noticed a nail in the tire. Fortunately it was just stuck in the tread and no puncture. They filled up my washer fluid, checked my battery and put air in all the tires. Didn’t charge me a dime. Great service and will be back again when car trouble comes my way.
All the staff with whom I interacted were very courteous and helpful. The facility was spotless and the ease of having my tire serviced (looked like a roofing nail, not out of the question as our next door neighbor had a roof installed) in an acceptably timely manner.
Wonderful experience, everyone was kind and professional. They handled my emergency service very quickly and had me back on the road in less than 24hrs even though I dropped my car off late in the evening. Tim, John, and all of the service professionals here at Firestone are amazing 10 out of 5 stars!
I've been here multiple times and the team is always very quick and very helpful. Today we had an issue with a car battery and John went above and beyond by letting us borrow a charger for no cost. It's great to have a place that cares about you, and I always highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic.
I am so impressed with how I was treated today! When I came in John and Cayce took great care of me. I was in and out in no time. Lobby was clean, bathroom was clean. The technicians were polite. Huge thanks to the Firestone Complete Auto Care team for saving our road trip! We were driving through from Texas when we realized our alignment was way off. They got us in super fast, fixed the problem, and even let us hang out in the waiting area with our kids. They were so nice and got us back on the road in no time!
I had a flat tire on Saturday and had to have my car towed to Firestone. The gentleman who helped us was so nice and on the ball! He immediately called another Firestone to find a tire for my car. He found one, suggested checking my alignment (to which we agreed) and my husband picked me up. Within a couple hours, he called to let me know it was out of alignment and called a short time later to let me know it was done. When I went to pick it up, I was out of there in no time. Thanks for fast, genuinely courteous customer service. He made a stressful situation less stressful.
Kris is the man! After no shops were willing to touch my car due to it being too low and wanting stretched tires. Kris was able to get done exactly what I needed and mounted a 225/35 on my 9.5 inch wheel. Will definitely be back in the future when I need more tires!
