I’ve been taking my Tesla here for years. I like having the lifetime alignment. This is one of the few Firestones that does do alignments for Teslas. They have always been great especially when they get busy.
I always call for an appointment and they’re really good about getting me in and done in the estimated time. They do a great job!
My wife’s tire was deformed (likely due to hitting a pothole) and we didn’t realize until late on a Sunday while out shopping. We dropped off the car an hour and a half before close and they rushed to get it fixed. Excellent customer service! Tire was under warranty and we only paid $50.
Zach came out and helped me with my car. I accidentally spilled oil in it the day before and was experiencing a lot of smoke from the exhaust and caused my check engine light to come on. He came out and ran the error code just to find out that it was an air leak caused by me not putting the cap back on correctly. Zach was willing to jump in and help even tho there wasn’t a charge associated with what I ended up needing. A lot of mechanics would have brushed me off and made me pay to look as well as drop it off and leave for something that was VERY minor. Big S/O to Zach Will definitely be back because of him

Recently purchased a vehicle from Carvana. Had a small issue with it, and Carvana's insurance company, SilverRock, sent me to this Firestone location.
They were easily able to fix the issue, but Jacob noted that the tires were ten years old: 5 years past their "expiration date" according to DOT standards! He notified Zach, and we went to work on getting the tires replaced.
It took over a month of fighting with Carvana/SilverRock, but we finally got them to do the right thing. Zach really went to bat for me, in a way you almost never experience anymore. SilverRock finally had agreed to replace the tires, but wanted to put the cheapest possible junky tires on, and Zach refused. He told them that we'd been hassling with this for a very long time, and he wasn't going to send me out the door with poor-quality tires.
What a great shop. They've definitely earned my business going forward! Thanks a ton, Zach and Jacob.
I wish I could give 6 stars! I always get great service at this Firestone, but today was exceptional. My wife's car picked up a screw in her tire that could not be repaired and I was heading out of town the next day. I didn't want to leave her with a car with a bad tire even if it was still holding air. The Brentwood store rushed a tire from Smyrna so that they could replace it for me ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON! Problem solved. I've also taken advantage of their lifetime alignment special on my car and that has to be the best bargain in the car world. Go to the Brentwood Firestone! You won't be disappointed.

Set up appointment for 8am, 4 days ahead via online. Did not get any confirmation. By lunch called the location, next available slot was 10:30am. On Dec 12, day of appointment arrived 30 mins ahead, I was informed it will take 2 or more hours due to short staffed. Oil changed done 12:15pm
This is the best Firestone location I’ve worked with. Zach and his team are attentive, explain everything and are overall great to work with. It’s the first and only place I’ll think to bring our vehicles.
The guy taking intake was pleasant and efficient. Job was finished quickly and, by all accounts, done correctly. The one thing that would make the service better was if the fellow changing the oil could have reset the oil warning setting.
No matter what’s going on, whether hectic day or difficulty in their parts being delivered, these guys are always excellent. Zach , Jacob , Jonathan and the guys always go above and beyond. They never let me down. Thorough communication, great customer service, pleasant waiting experience and genuine care from these guys is always exceptional. I recently moved to Old Hickory and still drive to cool springs to see these guys. Aside from working on my own car, they are the only ones I trust touching it. Thank you for such wonderful experience over the years. I appreciate all of you 😀

Constantly making weird growling noise couldn’t have resolved by dealership and other repairs so I have come back to previously 10 + years visited this professional auto care. Ray fixed it in 2 hours impressively after quick test driving. Jack was a very reliably knowledgeable and cooperative and all staff and technicians were friendly. For now my 8 years old car is running like a new one. Favorite services for decades in area.

This is the only place I'll bring my car- good people who ensure the job is always done right the first time. The prices have always been reasonable, and really appreciate that they let me know about specials to help me save a little $.
For almost 15 years, Johnathan and his crew have always treated us like family. They have taken care of not only our multiple vehicles over the years, but family members as well. Their honesty in issues that they may find, you know you can trust them. Most shops will try to sell you things that you don't even need. Not these guys. They will always be our go to with our vehicles with issues that I cannot solve on my own.
The gentlemen working at the bakers bridge location were awesome.

The most professional Firestone I’ve EVER been to! Because of Zack, I go out of my way to drive 35-40 min just to come here because that’s how GREAT they are. They know what they’re doing and don’t try to scam or make me feel forced to do anything. The staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and treat you as a person or family and not money. Easily the only place I recommend to anyone that needs their car serviced. 10/10!!!

I have been going here for 6 years. This is the best Firestone in the state. The are honest about what’s wrong with your vehicle and are always willing to to help in a timely manner. The manager helped me personally on my truck alignment many times. Would recommend ten out of ten times
Zach was able to get me quickly for a tire rotation. His team noticed my breaks needed attention and was able to get that taken care of for me. Service was great.
Jonathan the store manager is amazing. He always gives a happy vibe, regardless of how busy or chaotic things might be. He is a pleasure to work with and always does the little things to make it a good experience. I am offered opportunities for additional maintenance when it makes sense and neither my wife nor I ever feel pushed into anything - yet we know Firestone will take care of us when we do need something. The Baker's Bridge store in Cool Springs, TN is fantastic and I frequently recommend it to others!
Zach at this Firestone location is awesome. I thought I had a major problem and he ended up finding the problem in 5 min that was not serious! Prices are good and the customer service is remarkable! I will 100% be coming here for all of my furniture car needs.
I highly recommend bringing your car in for Maintenance or repairs to Firestone complete Auto care. I’ve brought in both a Ford and a Kia separately and they’ve done great work. They are professional and their services are affordable. I will definitely use them again!
Outstanding! Came in with a leaky tire and left a very happy customer. I was on the road trying to get to a wedding and Zach prioritized my tire. So happy with the crew here.
Zach, Jacob, and Luke were all courteous and patient with me.
Long story short, my AC compressor broke and I needed a new one. The freon and the compressor were quite expensive but service made up for upcharge. They cleaned the inside of my car; and after the repair, I noticed my driver's side door sensor stopped working. I took it in and they fixed it, no questions asked. I appreciated that.
Will be coming back in the future for sure if there are any issues with my vehicle.

The staff at the Cool Springs location have been servicing our cars for a few years now and we won't go anywhere else. Johnathan and Zac (I believe that's his name) are both awesome. They always keep us informed of the progress on our cars as well as help us to take care of the items that are most necessary to do immediately. I would refer everyone to this location.
Zach and the team did an amazing job, super quick service given the issue, and very clear communication. The store is also very clean and this is one of the better locations I've been to.
Got my car in around 7:30 for an AC repair. The diagnostic is way overpriced in my opinion, over $300 just to refill refrigerant and find out what the issue is. But the staff were great, they checked me in quickly and had the car in the bay within minutes. They kept in touch with me about what services were needed and times expected. I needed the car by 3:00 for an appointment. They had the car ready at 2:15. It did take longer to get checked out than in should have. But the next day my AC works so well I can’t turn it all the way up. Good work matters most to me and these guys did it for me. I will return next time I need repair work
