I went to Oreilys because my A/C wasn’t getting cold and other stores wanted me to pay for a diagnostic. The gentleman Adam helped me out a lot better than anyone on the phone with me. He showed me what I needed to buy and helped my car go back to normal, plus gave me advice on what to do if it happens again! So glad there’s someone that is willing to help and explain to me as a girl that doesn’t know cars 😊

Had to wait for $6 in change for over 15 minutes because the manager/employee with the keys to the drawer went home while clocked in cause he lives in the neighborhood behind the store (I was told he does this a lot). When he showed up with the keys finally he was flying through the parking lot at outrageous speed in his Tesla and then looked like he was mad at me. I tried to make small talk and he literally glared at me, ignored me and just walked past…. Terrible business practices going on.

Salah was super! He came out in the rain and helped me with my tail light hitch on trailer! I had never driven one before and had no idea what I was needing! He was so helpful, honest and understanding! He gets 5 stars and More if they had them! We need more people like Salah in this world :)

What lazy people that work there!!! My mother took her car to this location to get her battery checked on her 2018 Honda Civic. The man advised her battery was bad, would not sell her a battery or change it out. He said the cars had "battery cables." If he was trained properly he would have seen it's all connected and you literally lift it off the terminals and pull the old battery out and then place the new battery in and slide it on the new battery terminals. The man wouldn't sell her a battery and told her to go to Tire Discounters. What ill trained lazy people. As someone who has worked in automotive for years this is not rocket science to change this battery out and they fact that they are turning away $300+ sales at this store is crazy to me!

Had my check engine light come on while I was driving and Wayne was able to tell me what was wrong and helped me get back on the road! The rest of the staff were very friendly. You can tell they ensure their customers leave satisfied and are knowledgeable!

Salah was very helpful guiding me to find a headlight bulb. He also made sure I was able to change the bulb by offering me a screwdriver. Salah went out of his way to ensure that I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back in the future.

Ok lol I don’t know why I’m having so much bad luck with O’Reillys. I’ve always like the store this store had one employee. I asked him if he could plug his scanner into my car and tell me what the code was well I have my own code reader at home, but I had forgotten to bring it with me. He plugs it in. I know for 100% you need to turn The ignition to the position and scanners maybe I’m wrong. Maybe their scanner is different but he didn’t do this then proceeded to tell me that my computer was messed up because it wasn’t reading so I turned the key on farm and said try that I know on my scanner you have to push a button to make it start. He never pushed anything. He just plugged it in and stood next to the car so I gave up on that then I asked him about a radiator cap for the car. My car is sitting 5 feet from the front door with the hood open. He tells me there’s two different radiators in that car. I said well how do I tell which is what well most employees at O’Reilly would walk out and maybe look at my radiator. He never even thought about it or budged remember only employee in the store. Nobody in there not busy at all. He was doing nothing but looking at his phone when I walked in so I pretty much told him never mind walked out to shut the hood. My four-year-old son said hey it’s this type of radiator. I don’t know why this kid couldn’t have done that maybe I could have but I was gonna spend my money with this company so I figured this guy might run out there and look real quick but I understand you hire kids to sell oil and depend on the customer to know exactly what they need who exactly does the interview on new employees in this company? Does the computer also do that because my problem never really seems to be the parts. It’s always the incompetent employees that you hire and don’t get me wrong. You have some great employees but if you have a slow store like this one maybe you had to put somebody in there that’ll make it something that cares that has experience but anyway, thanks for nothing. I fix the car myself. I had to go to a competitor, but they got my part and the guy even walked out and looked at my radiator cause I forgot which type it was.

The staff was a huge help. I broke down on the highway, barely made it to the shop. They helped me get the parts and a mechanic close by. In two hours I was back on the road.

I need to replace the headlight bulb in my Yukon XL. I encountered a problem with removing my old bulb and Adam offered to assist. He identified the problem and we were able to get the new bulb installed. Adam provided exceptional customer service today!

I don't know what I did to Wayne, but as soon as I walked in, it was stare down while other customer that walked was greeted. After searching for the car battery that was in the store, he kept whining say things like "oh no", tell me that it's not good idea to put the battery I used for 3 years without me asking. He kept at it even after I told him that's what I wanted. After he brought the battery out, he asked if I need installation, and I asked it's comes free with the battery right. He started laughing erotically, which was so weird, and told me it was. He added that he had to make sure. By then, I was very annoyed with this guy and asked him that he has been very odd since I walked in and that if he doesn't want to help, he can let me know. Left the store because by then, there is no way I would trust his services. This experience can be one in a million, but Wayne is extremely unprofessional and needs to do better than to chase out customers.

They need to put somebody have some knowledge of tools and parts. This company used to have a good people who knows their work. I went there Saturday to get some tools and I needed a special kind of spark plug socket for my Mercedes-Benz. This young man came out and tried to convince me regular socket is the one which is fine it fits, but the problem is Plug inside of the channel there’s no way you can extract that you unplugged when you left. It will not come out either rubber seal inside of the socket to hold onto a spark plug or magnet the way they especially design seems like to me this guy did not have any knowledge of anything , he even tried to fit the spark plug backward to make it fit to measure the diameter. I think Raleigh auto parts can do better.

I would give zero stars if it was an option… Walked in to an empty store with two employees doing nothing but talking with each other.… After seeing me, Brandon, the one employee continued to talk with his coworker instead of asking his customer in front of him, if I needed Help; basic customer service etiquette. I guess the training combined with the lack of lower level employees shines through at this O’Reillys. He fumbled through the computer for the battery I gave him the specific details of the vehicle. After basically doing his work for him, his coworker rudely asked me to move out of her way, because she was sauntering by attempting to do work in the store… I guess trying to look busy… That was enough for me, and I walked out… Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Very disappointed in this store. After having my car battery give out and getting a jump start I drove right to O’Reilly. The sales clerk could not explain the differences in batteries and only could show me the compare screen on the computer. When asked what AGM meant he said I don’t know- no offer to find out. After agreeing to buy a battery then then said they don’t have anyone who knows how to install a battery and the manager wearing AirPods had to leave to make a bank deposit- they then went on to say that the battery should be installed by professionals and they were not professionals in installing batteries. Luckily my car started OK and I drove down the road to Advanced Auto. They had a similar battery for less money and were able to quickly install it for me with zero issues. The professionalism at Advanced Auto was so much better the. o’Reilley. Will not return to this store again- there staff even admits they are not professional and do not know what they are doing.

I came to this location to make a core return, struggled for 5 minutes to open the double door to get my cylinder head inside while the lady on duty watched. I was not greeted upon entry, only stared at. Eventually, the lady working came over from next to the door, stared at me for another good minute, before asking what I wanted. Once she found out I was making a return, I was told it was store policy that I had to make said core return at the location I bought the part at. Immediately after telling me this, she walked off to the back of the store. Never coming back to this location, I'll stick to the one in Franklin.

Nice store with that new car smell. Crew knows their stuff in the limited capacity I could experience in one visit. The one drawback is that this location is very difficult to see from the road and thus easy to miss. The foundation of the building is built atop a hill right up against the road. And with the abundance of trees just before and after it, even the signage is obscured. Hopefully this will be remedied.

Great new location with trustworthy and helpful associates. Ellis tested my car battery and had Alejandro come out for a second try after seeing a bad test. They didn't have the specific car battery I was looking for (since they just opened) but Sabrina the manager coordinated a pickup location for me and had me squared away. Top notch service, super clean and organized store, and very trust worthy and helpful team members. Thanks again!
