Had a tow today Ashton was the driver. Super nice guy. He did what he could to help make the process as smooth as possible in a stressful situation. Highly recommend will shout this company’s name from the rooftops here on out. Excellent service!!

Was stranded in Churchill, TN and got towed to Johnson City. No one likes having to be towed, but if you have to be towed, the experience could not have been smoother. The operator/driver was excellent and professional. Very good experience.

My tow driver Ashton was a really nice and chill dude and was really patient with my situation and helped me get back on track the same day. (flat tire no spare, took to multiple tire shops until we found one that had my size.)

Ashton is such a lifesaver he did amazing job let me know when arrived on site let me know when they dropped off on site and took very good care of my car really appreciate it I highly recommend

Had an amazing experience with this tow company! Ashton was my tow driver and he did a phenomenal job getting my car from where it was to where it needed to be! He was such a kind person as well and had conversations about our families while he was unloading my car which was very nice! ☺️ Not just someone who wants to sling it off and get out of there! I will absolutely be using this towing company again if I ever need another tow! I hope not, but if I do I know who to call!

These folks are lifesavers! Locked my keys in my car and they were out to help me in half an hour. Service was fast and Derek was extremely friendly and happy to help. I absolutely recommend calling them up for your towing and locksmith needs.

I highly recommend Appalachian Towing & Recovery!! I was traveling from out of town to Johnson City, TN and locked my keys in my car while at a gas station. It was late at night and I was e haunted! AAA reached out to Appalachian Towing & Recovery and Derek came to my rescue! He was very professional and unlocked my car after a few minutes!

Derek from Appalachian Towing did a great job towing my vehicle. From dispatch to drop off, this company made the process as seamless as possible. Derek was professional, proficient, knowledgeable, and reassuring when I thought I needed a flatbed for the tow, but he towed my vehicle just fine with a wheel lift and dollies. I definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

We broke down on our way home from Bristol TN. Charles was a great help and so was the dispatcher. They helped get us to a rental car company and then drove our car all the way home to MS. He proceeded to make sure it was in the best location to work on. Cannot recommend this company enough for all their help.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, even though I wasn't in the best mood. Called several companies before I called Appalachian towing. They were the only company willing to help. Driver patched an air hose and got the rig out fast and competently. Highly recommended. Thanks Rick

Came to Bristol from Ft Bragg, NC for the twins birthday weekend in my brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado ZR2. Made it to the TN Welcome Center Rest Stop and apparently bent a pushrod or had a lifter fail in the brand new truck. It’s got 4,500 miles ?. Needless to say Chevy Roadside set me up with these guys who showed up within 35 mins. Quick, easy, drama free. Took my truck to Bristol Chevy for me. Quick arrival and tow was a blessing in a stressful time. The driver, Rich I believe, was a consummate professional. Great work guys, it’s appreciated!

Broke down in my Cargo Van in Johnson City Tennessee and was in desperate need to get home to South Carolina which was 2.5 hours away. Top notch service couldnt have been more thankful for Benji & Charlie.... unfortunately the "tow" my son needed was a recovery due to where he slid off a "road" and it did take us 2 days due to weather but man honestly I didnt even think we'd be able to get it out when I saw where it was. Benji kept me informed of every step along the way and honestly went beyond what his job description entailed prob to get this out due to it turning into a specialized recovery wench out.... hand down no questions asked if u ever need assistance with towing lock out or specialized towing needs this is the company u need to reach out to!

Benji was fast and great with his job, beyond courteous he stayed in contact with me at all times and even though it was raining a wet outside he's still arrived with a smile and was quick at getting the tow done! Even gave us great advice on a mechanic!!!

My car broke down today and I happen to call Appalachian towing good thing I did pricing was outstanding. They were on time loaded my car with care. I was really upset, but the driver calmed me down made me feel a lot more better. I believe his name was Philly. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody super reliable. They do a great job.
