These people are very understanding and work with you. Good called them out today to bring me a big 15 yard dumpster for Tree Work and it was no problem. Will be arriving soon.

Excellent customer service! Brad Davenport called to confirm delivery as he was loading up the dumpster and called again at the delivery site because the drop off spot we had requested was strewn with grass seed and straw (new house construction); he wanted to confirm that it was OK to place it on top of the seeded area. Other people would have dropped the dumpster there without a thought. We greatly appreciate Brad‘s consideration and we’ll definitely be recommending him to others and calling him again should we need a dumpster in the future.

I’ve used these guys twice now, once for a clean out & again for unloading my moving truck when I moved. These guys are efficient and the treated my stuff kindly during the unload process. They emptied out an almost full semi truck box in under 3 hours. You guys ROCK! I highly recommend! These guys do what they say they’re gonna do & at the price quoted. I could not be more happy with the job they did for me! They cleaned out an entire house full of left behind junk and trash that would have taken me weeks to do! Including taking out the carpet and pad, old appliances and a monster amount of garbage. Thank you so so much! I’ll definitely use them again if I need anything hauled away!

TJ and Daniel did a professional job! Arrived on time and didn’t wast a minute loading my items. Reasonably priced…second time I’ve used “ Just Junk It” and I’ll use them again as the need arises! I’d recommend them to anyone!!!

We rented a dumpster and the process was super easy. Brad Davenport dropped off and picked up on time. My yard was actually in good shape after removal even though the grass was wet and ground was soft. We will definitely use them again!

Edited to add that Brandon called me to discuss and I am updating my review. Brandon did a great job with delivery and pick up and I appreciate the follow up. As far as the dumpster goes it’s a dumpster … the delivery and pickup have always been fine and we have done this twice. My only issue is that it took me six days to get them to even call me back and they kept saying same day same day and I ended up missing a huge deadline and it’s costing me money because of this

First off, let me save you some time and let you know out of the 3 places I called locally, JJI had the best rates. Secondly, they were super communicative and prompt. Kim answered all my questions, and even had someone drive by my place to make sure the dumpster would fit in my very narrow driveway with a retaining wall. Brad Davenport, the technician responsible for drop-off and pick-up was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family, and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Just Junk It - Tri-Cities delivered the dumpster we rented for clean out some storage areas. Brad Davenport was the delivery man and did a wonderful job communicating with us on the delivery time and was very accommodating in achieving the best placement for the dumpster. Highly recommend! It was very easy to schedule. They answered all my questions and were very friendly! Brad called the day of delivery and offered to bring it earlier than scheduled, which worked out great for us. He pulled up and had it in our yard in no time! He's very good at his job! Zero issues. I am so pleased with this entire transaction. I called one afternoon, the next morning I was contacted by one of the super kind employees. They had a cancellation. They were at our home within 25 minutes of our conversation. All the junk was carried away within 3 hours. Both of the gentlemen were respectful and their efforts are commendable. My experience with Just Junk It was nothing short of fantastic. I called around 10am and they luckily had an open dump trailer available. They delivered it around 2:30 on the same day. Brad called and let me know when he was on his way so there was no unexpected show up. The automated text messaging about window times and service was great too. The payment process was easy also! Overall 10/10 service and anyone that needs a dump bin for junk should use this company. Not to mention everyone was incredibly friendly!!!
