I had an ARE topper key latch go bad and I was beyond impressed by how diligent the staff tried to save the key fob latch. I ordered a new latch through them.
In early December 2025 I had Leonard Truck Outfitters in Johnson City, Tn, install a BestTop EZ Roll Tonneau cover for my Toyota truck and a Bull Bar with lights. The job was done professionally and all the wires and hardware was tucked in neatly. Prior to buying these products and installation I had visited this location and asked many questions that were answered to my satisfaction.
In January of this year I had them install fog lights on my Nissan Once again they have done a fantastic job. Dustin and his crew are nothing but courteous and professional. Because of this, two of my coworkers have had work done there on their vehicles and are very happy with the work done.

SUPER to work with !! Fast service. I had ordered a bed cap for my Ram. They had it installed and ready to go within 30 minutes. And while I was there I also bought a 6x10 trailer. They gave me a GREAT deal. My wife and I went to lunch and when we came back they all the paperwork and trailer ready for the road. They hooked it up and we were on the way.
Clean store. Found what we wanted right away. A member of the staff kindly installed it for us. The inventory is fairly priced. We would return if we need anything else.

Did a great job on my lift kit for my 2009 Tacoma. Everything installed correctly and they are Che king lug nuts at 100 miles and overall at 500 miles. Highly recommend using Leonard for your truck accessory needs. They will be installing fog lights with wiring that has to go through the firewall for me next. Excellent work and done timely. Five thumbs up ?????
The staff and the paint tech were amazing. I took in my truck for warranty work on the bedliner. The spray tech immediately noticed that the original application had been done incorrectly. He took three days to successfully remove the old liner and repaint it. It looks amazing. He also did the bumpers. Already recommended these folks to another fellow veteran.
Very nice people. Went there for a spray in bed liner. The guy that done it was great. Very professional and took lots of pride in his work. He did a wonderful job. I even seen it done. If you have not seen one sprayed in before, you should watch it. Looked a lot different than I thought it would.

They done a great job on my Grand Cherokee had her lifted and all done within a 24 hour period, they ran me a step by step detailed itinerary about the process as they went along! Kevin is an awesome dude and so the whole staff. Recommend 10/10
They supplied and installed an ARE cap on my wife’s truck. All personnel that I dealt with were highly professional and courteous. The cap arrived a week earlier than I had been told to expect, and installation was scheduled and completed promptly.
One of the most professional people I’ve dealt with when making a larger purchase, Dustin was phenomenal. Purchasing and receiving my Leonard storage shed in four inches of snow was unheard of, but these guys did just that! The delivery team navigated the challenging weather with professionalism, ensuring a smooth process. Snow didn’t stop them! The shed's quality exceeded expectations, and it now stands as a sturdy addition to my property. Overall, a commendable service and product.
I had them install Fog/Driving lights on my 18 Colorado Crew Cab, as well as a trailer brake controller system. They did very nice work on the lights and making a small, custom made, panel to hold the light switch and trailer brake controller.
My two complaints are,1. On the trailer brake system, I told them multiple times that the full wiring diagrams for the wiring under the dash and the harness at the back of the truck were in the owners manual. After their one guy took 2 hours to wire in the back plug, I pulled out the manual and showed him the diagrams. He was amazed, and the wiring under the dash went much faster.
2. The job took over 5 hours, when I was quoted 2. I actually had to leave and come back several days later to get the final work done on the lights. HOWEVER, they only charged me for the 2 hours, so I was very pleased with that.
Would recommend them to get work done, just plan on having it take a while...
