Bradley’s is hands down the best! They have great prices, excellent customer service, and they are extremely knowledgeable and careful with your vehicle. The employees are always accommodating and go the extra mile to make everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend enough. I, stupidly, got the UHaul box truck I was renting stuck in some mud during the rain last night. Not only did this gentlemen come out in the pouring rain to help at near midnight, he was extremely kind as well! We both joked around at my horrific luck and in a breeze he got me out of my situation.
I asked where all he serviced, as I was stuck in Seymour but live in Dandridge, and he said he'd go just about anywhere. If you're needing anything car-related than this is the company for you! I will NEVER be calling anyone else!
Also, just to be frank to the people complaining about the prices, they are VERY comparable to anywhere else and TRUST when I say much cheaper than other places (looking at any and all dispatch services DO NOT USE A DISPATCH SERVICE TRUST ME).
It's not cheap to tow a vehicle, just be happy that you have reliable people available 24/7 to do it for you!
Did more damage to my truck after it was already at the shop. Then proceeded to slander the shop my truck was at. Luckily, the shop helped me fixed what they messed up.

My daughter slid off the road...wanted to charge her 400$$ for ONLY pulling her out, she drove her car after, she did only wind up paying 350$$ HOWEVER, 350$$ in the Kodak area...just to pull her out of a ditch?! Taking advantage of someone who is already in a vulnerable situation such as this is ridiculous! Beware, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
These guys are the best in town. After getting the run around from stooksbury Bradley's was here in 15 mins from the call. Don't waste your time calling other companies these guys will be there when they say w a smile. Great communication as well!

Driver came to help, just left without any help at all. Would not answer any phone call from same area code. Answered one from a different area code finally. Gave us a lame excuse of not being able to tow from a certain direction, another company with a roll back came and helped us get out from that same direction they told us they would not be able to help. Overall horrible experience, driver was extremely rude before we had even said anything to him. Said “I might be back”. Never came back, left us stranded in middle of mountain. Anyone expects help from them, I’d be surprised if they actually do help.
Got a truck and trailer stuck going to a cabin on vacation. Called Bradley and he came to the rescue. My guy had us out in no time and was very professional and friendly! Highly recommended!! Fair price too
We was in a wreck over the weekend out of town and the police called them. But I wanna give them 5 stars because the people they have working is extremely nice and helped guide me in what to do. Definitely would use them again if I had to because you don't find a business with nice people like that anymore. The whole process was as easy as could be and they was professional and nice as you could ever want.
They came out to pick up my husbands truck while I was at work and my husband was not feeling well therefore he didn't come down when they arrived.
I called them to apologize and they were very understanding and said they would come back when he felt better. They didn't have to do that but they were kind enough to do us that favor. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing your vehicle towed. Thank you so much for your kindness.
This place charges an arm and a leg and almost your soul to release your car if it gets towed. $350 to tow my disabled vehicle TWO blocks. $250 “standard rate” - PLUS - initially a $100 “city fee” - after I asked what this meant, they changed it to a “mileage fee” — and after I questioned that it was only towed 2 blocks - they then renamed it a “hookup fee”. I’m convinced they’re making up prices as they go, based on the customer. They explicitly told us the cost depended on how kind you are. This business is NOT kind. They were also rude when I told them my car insurance didn’t include towing coverage. They suggested I ask the collision repair shop to lie on their invoice to get insurance to cover the impounding fees — talk about questionable and unethical. The credit card machine conveniently didn’t work when it was time to pay. My experience with this place made an already unfortunate situation much more miserable. Do not give Bradley’s your business.
This wrecker service is the best. The job I requested of AAA and stooksbury to do which turned into a long 2 day ordeal. The ordeal included them not being able to help me and the staff pretty much acted like it was all my fault and it simply wasn’t. I was nice and calm the entire time. Bradley’s wrecker service heard my problem, told me they could come out Monday to help me. Called me back within an hour to inform me of changes in their schedule and were at my location inside of an hour. Very nice, very fast, very reasonably priced! I would recommend Bradley’s everyday if the week!

Called Bradley's Towing and received a quote and an ETA of 20-30 minutes. Terry came in less that 15 minutes and pulled this out of towner right out of my situation. I would recommend anyone to go through this company.

Our truck broke down after having it serviced. Called a bunch of tow services and Bradley's came to the rescue very quick. They weren't as expensive as the others either. Mark was quick and efficient.
Needed a tow back to Knoxville. They showed up 20 minutes faster than the estimate I was given over the phone. The driver offered to let me sit in his truck until a family member arrived to pick me up. Kind and professional people to do business with during an unpleasant situation. Pricing was also fair. A+.
This "business" does not have an office. It is a small lot with a fence around it. When asked to meet owner said he would be late and be there asap, I replied it's okay just as long as you are here asap because I was busy and running late for work. His reply was "I will be there when I get there, and you dont need to be telling me what to do" and there was nothing he could do about it. An hour after I was met with a person showing off he had a gun strapped to his hip. Felt very uncomfortable and the experience was very unpleasant, and unprofessional.
