Came here before when theybwere constructing the sky bridge and told myself we have to come back to check it iut snd we did just that. Not totally sure the price lines up with what you get here but I understand its a tourist attraction. Is it something nice to see once? Yes. Not sure I'd pay the amount of money I did for a family of 5 to go up the ski lift and walk across tbe bridge again. The views are amazing and this should be experienced at least once.

It could be shocking if you don’t explore much, to get on the lift thing that takes you up and down. It does not stop and there’s not much instruction when you get on, stand on the mat, sit, pull your bar down and think later haha. They don’t give you a chance to think! (Also in the off season so there was no line for anything) normally I’m terrified of heights but for some reason this was a breeze for me. Ended up having a great time. Heads up water is like $4 a bottle and parking in some places is $15-$20 for the day. If there was free parking for sky bridge we didn’t find it. If you go when it’s cold, take your beanie. Bathrooms are at the top after you pay for tickets and go up the lift.

Overall, this experience was very cool and worth it. I had went with my boyfriend, his friend and his friends girlfriend on Valentine’s Day around 1-2pm and we really enjoyed it. However, we had to buy sky pass day-of because they were sold out of regular passes (which was not an issue). The problem was the old man at the outside ticket booth who was very aggressive towards us. We had went into the line for sky pass (skip the line) and he had came off very aggressive asking “do you guys have sky pass” which we had answered yes and then he said “are you sure?!? You are going to have to come back if you don’t.” He was very rude and aggressive. I feel it was a little racially motivated given that the white guy in front of us had went on perfectly fine with no questions. Idk, the rest of the customer service was great but that man was not!!!!

Sky bridge was amazing. Only complaint is the way they explain the cost of pictures is misleading. You will still need to pay more at the top despite us being told we wouldn't at the bottom. Despite the line being long it moved quick. The seat felt safe and secure and moved at a comfortable place. Good yeehaw beer at the top! Havent tried the food. Gift shop is cool. Plenty of seating to relax and the view is so worth it. May as well get the all day package so you can ride up and down a few times for not much more of a charge. Will probably be back at some point in the future.

Standing 500 feet above Gatlinburg on the SkyBridge and wow… pictures truly don’t do this place justice ?✨ From the scenic chairlift ride to the top of Crockett Mountain to stepping onto the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America, every part of this experience feels unforgettable. The views stretch endlessly across the Great Smoky Mountains, and no matter which direction you look, it’s pure mountain magic. The glass floor panels in the middle? Equal parts thrilling and fun — even for those who don’t love heights. Looking straight down into the valley below is such a rush and easily one of the coolest features of the entire park. What I love most is how peaceful it feels once you’re up there. The gentle sway of the bridge, the mountain breeze, and the quiet hum of nature make it the perfect mix of adventure and serenity. It’s also incredibly family-friendly and well maintained, with plenty of space to take photos, relax, and really soak in the views. Whether you’re visiting Gatlinburg for the first time or returning again, the SkyBridge is one experience you have to add to your itinerary. Trust me — this is one of those moments you’ll be talking about long after your trip ends ?

This was truly the highlight of our trip! Everything was beautifully built and decorated for Christmas, making it especially magical to visit in the winter. The Christmas trees at the top, the cheerful Santas offering free photos, and the bridge glowing with lights created such a joyful and heartwarming experience. Every moment felt special, and it brought so much holiday cheer. Absolutely worth visiting and a memory we’ll treasure! ?✨

The SkyBridge is, without a doubt, a must-see, bucket-list experience that delivers on its promise of unparalleled views and a thrilling, yet comfortable, adventure. This is far more than just a bridge; it's a monumental architectural marvel that immerses you in the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Breathtaking views from the moment you step onto the bridge, the panoramic 360-degree views are absolutely stunning. Whether you visit during the vibrant kaleidoscope of fall foliage, the snowy wonderland of winter, or the lush greens of summer, the scenery is unmatched and offers incredible photo opportunities at every turn. The design ensures that even those who are a little wary of heights can enjoy the experience. However, for the adventure-seekers, the heart-pounding glass floor sections provide an exhilarating peek straight down to the forest floor below—a true adrenaline rush! Your ticket often includes a scenic chairlift ride to the summit, which is an equally enjoyable part of the journey. Once at the top, you'll find ample amenities like indoor dining, restrooms, and observation decks (like the SkyDeck), making the visit a complete and comfortable outing. The bridge itself is well-engineered, wide, and stabilized, offering a secure and pleasant walk. The staff are attentive and the entire park is often praised for its welcoming and accessible paths. In conclusion, the SkyBridge is a perfectly executed attraction that blends human ingenuity with natural splendor. It is an unforgettable journey that leaves you feeling both peaceful and exhilarated. Before I close I wanted to mention that 12/12 is our anniversary and we love to celebrate here in Gatlinburg. We were eager to visit the sky bridge today. The only negative thing I can say is that the employees gave us the wrong closing times for the lift. They said it closed at 10 or 11. We purchased the day pass and planned to return at dark. We left to eat dinner and went back. Paid another $20 for parking just to see the skyline in the dark. The employees said it closed at 8 and we had just missed the last opportunity to take the journey. Really a bummer.

Had a blast! Got there early and there was hardly anyone there. The snowy mountain tops were a nice little surprise too

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! 10/10. I have had this on my list to do. The view is phenomenal. The bridge turns to “Glass” halfway thru. There is a smash burger at the top. Unfortunately as good and gorgeous as the view is the burgers are not worth it . Please save your money and go somewhere at the bottom of the mountain on the strip. The place at the top is not worth it

My kids and I loved this. Going up was a little scary but not too bad. They have food at the top. Plus a gift shop. The bridge was a little scary. There's a place in the middle that is clear where you can look down to see high up you are. I didn't look down and tried to get across that part as quickly as possible, lol. Several people laid down to get pictures. Would recommend.

We had such a good time at the SkyBridge in Gatlinburg. The chairlift ride up is easy for those scared of heights, and once you get to the top, its definitely worth it! there are tons of great photo spots — honestly everywhere you turn is a perfect backdrop. The bridge itself is fun to walk across, and the glass panels in the middle give you just enough excitement without being too much for kids. There are also two eating spots at the top, which was really nice. We grabbed snacks, relaxed, and enjoyed the view before exploring more. The trail up there is great too — clean, easy to follow, and kid-friendly. A tower on the top gives a a great view of the sky bridge also. Overall, it’s a really enjoyable, family-friendly experience. Definitely something I’d recommend if you’re visiting Gatlinburg.

What an amazing experience. From the ride up to top was fun overlooking the town below. The walk across was so breathtaking just wish the glass section was a little longer but nothing short of spectacular. Would highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience, definitely worth the walk across the sky bridge. It’s absolutely breath taking at night time !!!

A must for top of the mountain views. A great place to watch the sunset and relax with a drink. The live music was entertaining while just chillin in the rockers. The hiking trails that have been added give you a chance to see the mountains from different views and get exercise. The Christmas decor is so festive and fun. Watching the sunset and then the full moon was just spectacular. Walking across the bridge is exciting and beautiful.

Beautiful sky bridge with stunning views. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly and the staff kept things organized. Looking forward to returning at sunset — I bet it’s breathtaking!

An absolute must do!! But take the time to do it right! You want to enjoy the views up there! The lift is steep but a nice ride. You can walk on the bridge or take the bypass which is not very long to get to the other side. Get up there and get yourself a drink and pick a rocking chair and just enjoy what you came to enjoy, the Great Smoky Mountains!!

Really nice adventure. Beautiful view. The bridge does sway a little bit. There is a clear see through panel half way across. Definitely not for people who are afraid of heights. ?

One of our favorite places during our trip to Gatlinburg! The views were amazing and we walked 2 of the trails. The rocking chairs were really comfy and the SkyBridge was a nice experience ?

Gatlinburg is a charming mountain town that truly captures the heart of the Smoky Mountains. Surrounded by beautiful forests and scenic views, it’s the perfect place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. The streets are filled with cozy cafés, local shops, and friendly people who make you feel welcome right away. Every corner has something unique — from handmade crafts to delicious southern food. The highlight of my visit was the Gatlinburg SkyBridge, an incredible experience that blends adventure with stunning beauty. Walking across the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America gives you breathtaking views of the mountains, especially during sunset. Standing on the glass panels in the middle of the bridge feels thrilling yet peaceful at the same time. The area around the SkyLift Park is very well maintained and offers great photo spots, seating, and little shops to explore. Gatlinburg overall feels lively yet relaxing — a perfect mix of nature, excitement, and charm. Whether you come for hiking, sightseeing, or simply to breathe in the mountain air, this town will definitely leave you with lasting memories.

The skybridge has amazing views. Dogs are allowed as long as you follow the rules although once you are at the top there isn’t much for dogs like grassy areas or anything. There’s a restaurant and drink bar at the top but the drink bar was out of a lot of their drink options when I was there.

This is worth your time and price of tickets. You first ride up the mountain on a chair lift that brings you up about 1,800 ft (there's a sign that tells you but I forgot the exact number). Once you get to the top, there's plenty of places to sit and take in the views. Then you get to walk across the Skybridge! It is the longest pedestrian cable bridge in North America at 680 feet long. Walk across the bridge to another area to take in the sights of Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. One of the best parts, you can go as fast or slow as you'd like. Along with the ticket, there are hiking trails included. My wife and I were more interested in taking a leisure time to take everything in.

Had the best time with the kids. We paid online in advance, and got to skip a large group which was nice. On the way up we saw dropped items. I recommend making sure all personal items are secured. The views are breath taking, and we loved the fans with mist. They cooled us down, and my kids enjoyed playing in them. There are benches to take a rest on through out the park. Food, and drink are available at different areas. We spent a lot of time here, and it was so pretty to see it at night all lit up. I highly recommend the night view as well. Pay extra and get an all day pass. It’s worth it.

Great views interesting experience walking over the bridge 140ft above the ground. Worth doing but be prepared for alot of walking and take water with you if your able. As they are priced very high for things like bottled water. Which I found to be a little aggravating. Felt that part could have been priced better considering your already paying for the experience and there is a ton of walking between the bridge and sky trail. However the views are beautiful.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because you can only go once. Now you can purchase an unlimited pass, but it's more expensive than I think is necessary, where the one time pass is more reasonable ($40 vs $53 per person). Also for what's there (besides the bridge), it seems a tad steep. The skybridge, lift, and trail are all amazing and worth your time. Highly recommend going but if you're getting the single pass, since you can't leave and come back, definitely go early or in the evening. The bridge lights up at night and is gorgeous. If you go during the day (summer) it gets very hot, but plenty of places for drinks. The small restaurant on the non-gondola side of the bridge has free cold water. Easy to miss, just letting you know, especially if you have refillable water bottles.

Love the skybridge. I have been here before and there was still construction on the opposite side of the bridge. It looks amazing now with a food place on both sides of the bridge. The trails are amazing as well. The bridge is fun except for those inconsiderate people who decide to run or jump on the suspension bridge while others are trying to cross. Always a great experience on the bridge. The lift to get up to the bridge is awesome.

You have to brave heights. Family loved it. Beautiful American views ??. Just get the discount to order before you go. Didn't realize you could bring your own water bottle etc so do that to stay cool. Fans and misters are so smart. People are kind.

This place truly offers a one-of-a-kind experience! From the moment you step onto the smooth and scenic gondola ride, you’re treated to breathtaking views of the mountains and city below. The ride up is peaceful and relaxing, with comfortable seating and picture-perfect panoramas at every turn. At the top, the real adventure begins—walking across the unique suspension bridge is both thrilling and unforgettable, with stunning views in every direction. It’s the perfect mix of excitement and serenity. The hiking trails nearby are well-maintained and offer more chances to soak in the natural beauty of the area. The gift shop is a great surprise, with cozy indoor and outdoor seating, fire pits to warm up by, and a variety of snacks and drinks to enjoy as you take in the views. Whether you’re looking for an exciting experience, a relaxing afternoon, or just a great photo opportunity, this attraction has it all. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone who loves nature and a bit of adventure!

Here on family vacation. Even though I'm scared of heights, this was on my list to do. More than met my expectations. Designed well. We enjoyed the different ways to see the views from the bridge to the sky trail. We did not do the hiking trails because of the shoes I was wearing but love that is an option! We got a snack to share of chicken tenders and fries. We were surprised with the generous portions given the price. The fries and chicken tasted great too. The gardens and decor were beautiful. Highly recommended!

We went here in a group of 6 of us, and half of us have fear of heights. We made it through it, though, and all were glad we went! The views are absolutely amazing from the top, and it was so peaceful to just sit and relax after making it across the bridge. The bridge has a mat all the way across for good traction, and it has cables tying it to the mountain below, so it sways a little with a lot of traffic on it, but not much. We felt pretty safe and secure. The gondola ride up to the bridge was awesome and smooth going. There is a lovely gift shop with indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and eat snacks or just enjoy the views and firepits! I would definitely go again if ever back in the area.

It was a busy weekend, but we still wanted to go on the sky chair. The wait wasn't too long. The sky bridge was interesting, it definitely sways and there were a lot of people on it. Then the clear bottom in the middle was cool. The views were amazing, but very crowed up there. Loved that you could get 2 different sets of souvenir photos. One before you go up and one on the way up. Add this to your must do list.
