This was an amazing experience! Once you get up there you don't feel so far away. Very safe ride up and they do regular maintenance checks on everything! I would suggest only the photo on the ride up and not the second set of photos they try and see you again when you cross the bridge.
This is fun but expensive. It's worth a visit for sure. I enjoyed it in the day and the night. The Christmas lights are pretty. Food at the top is basic and overpriced.
Definitely a must on your to do list! Get the pass so you can go up the entire time your here. Once is Definitely not enough. Dogs are welcomed on the chairs. Our dogs loved it!
We were there on New Years Eve. Our fire pit went out and Maintenance told us this has been a problem for weeks. They should of had outdoor heaters for all the people that bought VIP passes. The views were nice but too cold to enjoy it.
Very fun! The ski lift is a great way to get to the trail system. The bridge was beautiful, lit up for Christmas! The trail is an easy hike. We did not eat at the restaurant at the top, but the drinks and food looked good for items like pizza/burgers.
One of our families favorite spots in Gatlinburg. We get the ski lift photo every year to help capture each trip. The view from the top never disappoints. If you can handle a walk across the skybridge it is a fun experience, especially the people watching. We like to go when it opens (usually 9am) to avoid long lines.
I love tram rides and this was not disappointing. Especially the ride down with all the fall colors on full display. At the top there was a nice gift shop and viewing area. The walk across the sky bridge was breathtaking. Especially where they had a stretch that had a see thru floor. On the other side there were souvenirs and they had someone taking pictures of you while you were in the archway as you were stepping off the bridge. At the end, there was also another nice viewing area where you could sit or stand and enjoy the view.
It was amazing. Breathtaking views, the lift operators were super nice and took a picture for us. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The gift shop staff big Zero on friendliness & hrlpfulness. The bridge was very easy to walk across and back. The city & mountain views were amazing.
Well, this turned into adventure. We got a 1 ride pass after lunch and rode up the mountain. We had only been off the lift for 10 minutes when a thunderstorm moved in and the lift was stopped. Everyone squeezed in the building as storm moved through. We still got some beautiful photos & had fun.
The sky trail, and sky park are a MUST when in the area. And they are dog friendly! Skypark was extremely dog friendly. We even rode the chairlift with our pros. 10 outta 10 recommend!
Me and my wife came to the smoky mountain on our 1 year anniversary . She was scared at first to get on the skylift , but she loved the view . We had a great time .we will be back .
I was very hesitant on doing this due to the height, which I am not fond of, but I did it and so glad I did. Beautiful scenery! Although, the walk swayed a little, I felt safe.
Well worth the cost, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Take advantage of the trail at the top that takes you through the forest and you'll see a giant mountain man that's been erected. Beautiful views!
Fun, beautiful and worth the money. Not cheap to do. They did honor ID ME for a discount. I would suggest paying for the option to go back as many times as you want. It's worth the extra money.
There is an option to walk on land to get to the other side if you don't want to walk across the bridge.
Look straight ahead and not down if you are scared to cross.
We ate lunch up top and it was $100 for a family of 4. The food was great and it was a fun experience to see the views.

The whole staff was very kind and understanding. I was a bit apprehensive I’m afraid of heights and the ski lift. They took very good care of me.
The sites were absolutely amazing. We walked across the bridge and took the little trail back, there are info stations on the trail I suggest taking it back to learn the history of the bridge.
They have live music and plenty of seating all around. They also have beverages and food.
It’s a must see if you’re going to Gatlinburg Tn.
We loved the skytrail. Plenty of trails and the longest sky bridge. Very beautiful at night. I recommend the full day pass so you can enjoy it in the morning and at night. We also bought the tickets in advance so it was quick to the lift.
A must do but have a lot of walking and stairs. The skyline up the mt. Was pleasant but you need to move quickly to jump on. They had live music ? a after you crossed the bridge and very comfortable seating. Food and drinks on both sides of ? bridge. Loved the views.

Very nice views from the top... The ride is quiet. The sky bridge was very cool to walk across. The views are fantastic. It appears that they're still putting in some upgrades too. Very enjoyable.
Do remember, they can't control the weather & you might find yourself & your party delayed at the top if a storm pops up... Like us.
From parking literally right behind the place to on a lift chair was less than 15 minutes, the ride up the mountain was a little dicey since my wife doesn't really care for heights but she conquered the lift and the bridge. Now the bridge is definitely stunting you should take a moment to admire it design and history. Now pricing on items and drinks are definitely inflated and sometimes outta line in my opinion, and you'll get hounded everywhere turn to pay for pictures that are even pricier. We just asked another guest to take a picture using our phone and offer the same in return. The view from the top is definitely worth the trip up.
I'm scared to death of Heights but enjoyed the entire park.... even accomplished the Feat of Crossing the Glass & Grates on the SkyBridge!! Terrifyingly Beautiful!! The Tulip Tower was really cool to go up into even having to cross more smaller suspension bridges! The Views are Worth It All!!
The sisters at the ticket counter were so sweet and fun. The views were beautiful! Love the chairs and for pits. It was so calm and relaxing! Favorite party of my weekend!! (5/4/25)
