Great company, Great people! Fan of the channel and was in Gatlinburg at the Margaritaville but couldn't get over to the lot. We live in East Tennessee so we'll just have to make it a point to drive over.
My four year old knows about Gatlinburg by watching Everything Auto on YouTube. When it was time for his birthday he wanted to go visit. Our plans were to stop by the front gate and take a photo. Our plans changed while hiking in the National Park when we came across EA performing a move for the Park Service. They were gracious enough to pose for a photo and gifted a hat to my child. What a day! Thank you for the memorable experience.
It also appears as though the tow was successful for the vehicle and the smiling Park Ranger.
Love the YouTube channel. Jeff, thank the Lord you have mastered the art of patience. This channel shows both sides of the coin. Some people have humility and can admit they're wrong. Then, the other 75% of people are disrespectful and entitled adult brats. Keep up the good work.
Excellent service from start to finish. My car was out of range in the Newfound Gap area, and they quickly towed it to Pigeon Forge. The team was professional, caring, and made a stressful situation much easier.

Congratulations, they are a family that knows how to do their job well and help people. My husband and I spent hours entertained watching his videos. ??????✌?????
Amazing service! Battery died while waiting for our table at the Alamo Steakhouse in Gatlinburg, but they jumped me off and got me back on the road. Very much appreciate them!

I’d give 10 stars if i could. They went above and beyond to help us with a tow on a very steep mountain road with very little wiggle room . Even gave us a ride to Firestone so we weren’t stranded. Very professional, honest team !!

Towed my car a while back after I busted two tires. They got there very fast, were professional and quick hooking up my car, and had me quickly to the Firestone down the road. Highly recommend if you need a tow or winch
I’m giving this company 5 stars from watching hours of videos to see how they work and how they handle getting cars/trucks to semis out of some bad areas. They protect your vehicle. They’re yelled at and insulted but they keep calm and respectful. This is good service. People if you park where you are not allowed don’t get all mad at “Everthing Auto”. They get the call to take your vehicles.

Great videos! Love the way that lady with the blue dodge pick up claimed you broke the trans and they drive away! They sure did look pretty stupid! Great job EA! That lady with that red dodge at Walgreens needs to get a horse & buggy too! Jeff you have more patience than anybody I've ever known!

Thank goodness you record everything! All the reviews about this and that going wrong....all these people had to do was 1 of 2 things
1) PAY TO PARK
2) Drive better
Also...you people should be so lucky he and his wife come let you get your car after hours! TOWING is 24/7....NOT pickups. The complete arrogance and entitlement from many if these people is astounding!! If it were my tow company, not a single rude person would ever get their car before 11am the next day. I dont care WHO ya got with you or what time you have to check out. 20 crying babies? See ya at 11am. Checkout at 11am? See ya at 11am. Be nice or 11am pickup! ZERO people owe you any favors ESPECIALLY when you are behaving so vile. Cant be mad at anyone else for your lack of reading, driving or understanding skills.
Charges insane prices and ruins people's vacation. They enjoy people's suffering while making videos to also make more money. With the money they make on YouTube they could being helping people that accidentally parked in the wrong spot. Instead they profit 2x off of people... 5 Stars because I respect the hustle. They found a glitch in the system in a good location where people HAVE to pay you.
I'm leaving 5 stars for im very upset ? I went to Gatlinburg and never got towed by EA. I payed to park and never got a single hook ? and booked. They where busy that day. And just glad to see them working hard. Atleast they are there for us to help when we can't see the driveways have a 3 foot drop. But great company to have in your favor if you need them. Now let's see where I can go to get towed. Lol ?
Love Jeff and Kristen!! No nonsense and professional full service towing!! Anybody who leaves a one star review are just butt hurt they got caught parking where the didn't belong or a cheapskate trying to weasel out of paying for their winch out. You know who you are!
Came up to G-Burg for a famdamnly gathering. My Sister slid off the mossy driveway at the cabin as she backed down it to the road. It was kind of late at night. We called around, got some quotes. These guys were able to come pretty quickly. they were very chipper and generally positive. Equipment was pretty good, def not some fly by night operation. Anyway he got my sister's car back up on the driveway and even backed it down to the road safely. He charged us pretty reasonably and arrived very promptly within an hourish. Safely recovered my sisters car without additional damage, There were lower quotes, but I've been lowballed over the phone before and stung with a huge bill at the end of the job. This company seemed pretty honest and up front about things. Sister went from distraught to beaming at the end I think she was kind of sweet on the guy. They also have a youtube channel and you can see how they operate, and how transparent they are. Don't take my word for it google the name and watch for yourselves. I've followed them ever since that evening.
Not a customer but their YouTube Videos are great. I love their complete cover of all the videos and phone calls associated with the vehicles being towed. In fact, though I’ve never received a parking ticket, these videos make me more attentive as to where I park.
In full disclosure and transparency, I am rating this business without having utilized them (or having been "utilized by them" - lol). I am writing this purely predicated on the professionalism, kindness, courtesy, candor, honesty, integrity, and comedic entertainment (while never compromising respectfulness) with which these folks conduct themselves. As a small business owner, I'm in absolute admiration of these folks' personal / professional brand, as it resonates deeply with how I conduct our company -- very personal touch, very hospitality-focused (even in an industry where people "don't like you", by towing people's cars). I appreciate you, you're awesome, don't stop doing what you're doing. You're the best.
Do not read the negative reviews from MAD ENTITLED people. Watch Jeff on YouTube and decide for yourself. He is patient, professional and helpful. Not sure when Jeff and Kristen get sleep as they are more then helpful all hours of the night to return your vehicles. Own your responsibilities illegal parking humans!!!keep up the great work Jeff and Kristen. ♥️
As a tow and Repo driver, I wouldn't put up with half the abuse Jeff puts up with. He is supper patient and allows people way too much time to make up their minds. Abuse me verbally and you would have to wait for regular business hours.

This Company are Professionals. Just wanted to get on here to say that Jeff, Christian and their son take care of your vehicle while its in their possession. Great people. If your going to park illegal your going to pay for illegal parking don't take it on this company. There is places in town to pay for parking. "Pay to Park" . Watched their YouTube channel. Camera they wear to protect them self. DONT PARK IN A NO PARKING ZONE and you won't get TOWED. Its cheaper to pay to park than get towed to a inbound lot. $20 is cheaper than $350+ . Don't be mad for your mistake.
Jeff and Kristen are outstanding people who bend over backwards to help others and are very professional. The bad reviews are from people who are flat out LYING. I understand people get aggravated when something goes wrong but they're looking for someone to blame except the person responsible. Themselves. As a medic, I'm extremely familiar with people who think the world revolves around them alone. That's where the bad reviews are coming from. People who think they should be waited on hand and foot. And the constant wheedling and whining by people looking for special treatment and discounts is ridiculous. I applaud Jeff and Kristen for their patience. Great job folks.

Jeff and Kristin are Gatlinburg's hometown heroes, and the most professional towing and recovery services I've ever encountered. (After decades in public safety, I've seen more than my share.) They invest in top notch equipment, and take the ultimate care when it comes to moving vehicles. Yes, they record encounters, and often share those videos on YouTube. But it is their legal right to do so, and a breakdown could be your chance to become a YouTube celebrity. Their family represents the best in what people should aspire to.
Just got back from a 2 day getaway in Gatlinburg. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Jeff but that's probably because we PAID to park. We did drive by the lot because my wife was hoping to get a picture with him. (She loves his videos on YouTube). Keep up the good work guys. Be Safe...
Unfortunately ran into an issue with my car in a 20ish foot ravine during this last snow storm. After trying to figure out the best way to get the car unstuck, I ended up contacting Everything Auto Towing. They set up a date and time and were actually a bit early getting to the vehicle! Were able to get the vehicle back on the road with no further damage! I was actually able to drive the vehicle back home afterwards. Couldn’t be any more happy with the service I was provided. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody!!!
Could not have asked for a better towing company. My car fell back onto the side of a hill, and i originally called a different towing company & when they didn’t show up after over an hour, I called Everything Autos. They showed up in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!! They did an amazing job & they got my car out safely!!! They were very sweet & the price was reasonable! Thank y’all so much, I wish I could give them 10 stars!
