The staff here are very, very nice. My car broke down in the smoky mountains, the tow truck driver arrived with a smile, very nice man. He got my car on his truck loaded it up and ready to go, we talked on the way to this auto shop and he was very friendly and funny as well, nice throughout the entire conversation and was also explaining to me what the problem could be as to why my car broke down. I believe his name may have been Fred, the receptionist as well was very nice and welcoming to me as well. These people are trustworthy, I now work at a shop as a mechanic, and know which type of mechanics are the type to scam/ lie to people, and the people here were not that

These are just some really good people trying to help people who need it. & that’s exactly what they did for me & my husband this weekend. We were in from Columbus for a family Labor Day holiday. We had just finished white water rafting & were heading back to the cabin. We hit a bad pothole in our Tesla & popped a tire. With our unique car we were limited with resources. We are even triple A members. We had called them & they had been searching for a tow option for us for 30+ min when I decided to look at local options (thankfully we had service in the place we got a flat). I called a couple places before Ogles & they weren’t able to help, either we were too far up the mountain or they didn’t have the correct trailer for our car. When I called Ogles they said “no problem we can have someone there 30-40 min” I told my husband to cancel the triple A request we are definitely going with these people! They had a truck to us in less than 20 minutes. The most down to earth service. Cut us a deal for a 20ish mile tow. Treated our car nicely and truly made us feel like we were in hands that would take care of us & what we needed. I feel like we were so blessed to find them! If you are local or stranded travelers like us, I think this place is A+. A great example of honest hard work. Cannot say thank you enough. God Bless

The folks at Ogles are the best. I brought my truck in to have the tires balanced before heading back to PA with our camper. Everyone including Bear was super friendly and took care of my issues for an extremely fair price. Thanks again!

Ogle’s took great (and quick) care of me when one of my tires had a slow leak. They found it and fixed it and I was on my way. Thank you Tina, Harold and, last but not least, Bear the dog, who is a real sweetheart.

Great experience. My car broke down on a mountain and the very kind tow truck driver , Adam, gave me a ride along with my car. They had my car repaired quickly and well for a price that didn’t break the bank. Will always be very grateful for these people at this business. Thank you!!!!

Quickly, 30 Minutes, to pick our van up in the Smoky Mountains! Van was fixed in a day!! This a true family business that treated us like family!! We are so grateful!!

Came up with a group of students for their senior trip, followed a friend to Ogles who had a brake issue while here. On the way to the shop my van started shaking and the engine light began blinking. They were able to get the part and fix it within a couple hours. Excellent service and incredibly reasonable!

Wonderful service. Took great care of me and my car. Super thankful for a good experience and that they were available so early on a Sunday morning with no waiting. If you have to have this issue on vacation, the least impact is the best and they made that possible. Can’t say enough good things! And rescued my water bottle! ?

I had an issue which disabled my car while on a trip. These guys did me a real solid under a time crunch and got me rolling again. I was able to avoid having to go all the way back north to fetch my trailer. Good guys, fair pricing, highly recommended.

We are staying at the campground a few miles from Ogle's. I found a screw in my tire so I looked up a place nearby. Ogle's was the first one to pop up in Google and the reviews were excellent. So, I brought it in. Turns out, it was a very tiny screw which did no damage. They charged me nothing. They were friendly and I would definitely return to Ogle's in the future.

We are visiting from Florida and discovered a nail in our tire this morning and they were able to get us in and out within 15 minutes. Fast friendly, and affordable service. Thank you so much!

Wonderful company. I broke down tonight about midnight on the Gatlinburg bypass. Didn’t have phone service so I had to call 911 and they sent these guys. The guy got there very quick and was very friendly and easy to get along with. He towed me back to my hotel and all is well. Definitely recommend this service if you find yourself needing a tow while in Gatlinburg/pigeon forge

On vacation wound up with a screw in my tire after a 1,400 mile drive. Called to see if they could fix it, real fast service shop fixed it in a matter of minutes. Staff was so nice! More than reasonable price. My preferred shop on visits to the area now.

I can't say enough good things about this business. It's fair it's honest which is not found very much in these dmy car broke down on a Friday evening. They were closing for the weekend come Monday morning. My car was the 1st in line. To be brought to where I needed it route to. They were last polite and did exactly what they said they would do loved it loved it

Me and my family arrived here for Christmas vacation, one day ahead of the freezing temps. We drive 6 hours and just made it to Gatlinburg when the bolt come out of the ball joint on ride side of the car. The owner towed my car to his shop and had the bolt replaced the very next day and also inspected all the other tires, tightened the lug nuts, and found the other bolt to be loose and fixed it as well. He didn’t overcharge for his services and done the work on probably the busiest day of the year, considering all the tows he had to do on the mountain this morning with the snow and ice. We are very grateful for his professionalism and his services.

I had a slow leak on one tire (TPMS warning came on again about a week after I filled the air in the tire) and found a screw lodged onto the tread. Called a few auto repair shops but they couldn't fit me in or wouldn't work on tire repairs. I called Ogle's Neighborhood Services and they told me to come over anytime. I took my car to their shop right away and, upon arrival, Daniel took the wheel off immediately; removed the screw and put a plug in; put the wheel back on and tightened the lug nuts with a torque wrench and put the air in the tire to the factory spec. Entire process under 15 minutes! What was even more amazing was how little they charge for the tire repair! It would have cost me more to buy a tire plug kit and do it myself! I'm very impressed with their customer-oriented service and extremely reasonable service charge. Highly recommend this place!

Our van went dead and coasted to a stop about a mile from Ogle's shop. We called them to tow us in, and the preliminary assessment was the timing belt inside the engine. We called for a taxi ride back to the home that we were renting for the week. The next day we found out it wasn't just the timing belt, but it also bent some of the engine valves. It was not going to be a quick fix. I could sell our whole vacation experience to Hollywood for a family comedy movie, which had nothing to do with Ogle's, they were great. After using a local taxi service (shout out to Gerry with Elite Taxi Service) and renting a van locally, we needed to rent a car to get home at the Knoxville airport (no out of state rentals in Gatlinburg). We crammed 7 of us in the rental car home, leaving most of our luggage in our own van at Ogle's. Once I was home, I was in contact with John Ogle with the status of the repair. He wanted to make sure it completely fixed and thoroughly checked out, because he knew I had a 10 hour drive home. The call finally came that the van was ready. John and his son drove my van to the Knoxville airport and met me there 2 days ago. He went over what he had to do to the engine, and wanted me to call him when I arrived home. The van ran great and I let him know when I arrived. There are not a lot of auto repair businesses in the Gatlinburg area, but you can feel confident that Ogle's will take care you.

I took my stepmother's 2018 equinox here to diagnose an oil leak that I was having a hard time finding after replacing nearly the entire top end. They had it for over a week and tells me it's damaged PCV valves causing to much crank case pressure and forcing oil to leak out. They quoted me a price of almost $650 to replace all 3. I got all 3 valves and tunes for less than 60 dollars and it took me 15 minutes to replace them just to find out that wasn't the problem. Luckily I got outta there only having to pay $50 for diagnosing the wrong thing. Wouldn't recommend.

I was visiting on vacation and noticed an unusual vibration that felt like something in the drive train was wrong. It was a Sunday so we went back to our rented house and started looking for mechanics. I found Ogle’s and decided to visit them first thing Monday morning. I showed up at 8 and someone was already there. I told him my problem and he immediately went to work to determine what it was. They determined that my U Joints were failing and ordered the parts. They got the truck repaired later that afternoon and picked me up from my rental. Better yet, the price was less than I expected. Can’t say enough good about everyone here. I was so happy that I left them extra money to buy pizza for the gang. Thank you Ogle mechanics!

What a delight to work with. We had just gotten into town on vacation and had a wheel bearing go out. Being 700 miles from home and near a tourist town is a high anxiety situation. I was very lucky to find Ogle's a block from my campground that was already not a great experience off the bat. It was early in the am, I stopped in, they put it on the rack, confirmed what was wrong, had one delivered from the local Napa and had it installed in 2 hours - for a reasonable price too. Thanks for the great service!

I couldn't have asked for friendlier service. They ended up having to do more work than originally thought, but my final bill was very fair and reasonable. I usually do my own car work, but if I run into something I can't do again, I'll definitely be going back! Great job y'all! My car runs better now than when I first bought it. Thank you!

This is the best place to get your vehicle fixed anywhere in Tennessee. Very nice people. We had our truck break down in Cades Cove and he was there in no time and fixed our vehicle within 2 days that could have took a long time to fix. Very considerate and overly friendly people. I definitely recommend to anybody around and if we ever have anymore issues while in Tennessee we will be coming back to him! Very responsible prices also! He even worked on Christmas Eve and went above and beyond to make sure we had our vehicle back before Christmas!

Phenomenal service! Broke down outside of gaitlinburg in more rural area. We had nationwide tow it to them because we didn't know anyone, and our airbnb host told us they were the best. They put up with us calling for updates and were very kind since we were without a car, and made us a top priority, because we could see how busy they were and we were visiting. The price was extremely reasonable for a fuel pump with labor. We found all those living in east Tennessee were kind, friendly, down to earth, and appreciative even to those of us visiting, They left us with the same impression and we were so appreciative of how they took care of us, even picking us up. I highly recommend!

My family was driving the Roaring Fork Motor Trail (narrow/single lane trail) when we started having transmission issues. We called Ogle’s and they had a tow truck out quickly. The driver (Andy) was very skillful maneuvering through the narrow roads with multiple cars pulled over on both sides in many places. Very impressive! We ended up getting towed 60 minutes to a shop that was able to get us in today. Andy accommodated my family and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for saving our trip! I definitely recommend this company.

I can't say enough great things about this place. We were vacationing and concerned we were gonna get raked not being locals. I spoke with John on the phone first and he said I could stop by and he'll take a look. He took my car for a quick test drive, confirmed the issue, ordered the parts and got me in the next morning. Despite having to spend a couple of hours in an auto shop while on vacation, the lady in the office was super friendly, the mechanics were as well.. they got us fixed up and the price was definitely right. I was pleasantly surprised. They really made what would typically be a frustrating situation... a pleasant one. The only problem is, I wish I could bring them with me to my hometown :)
