I am not a business sometimes takes me 2 to 3 years to collect a load worth hauling from Lenoir City I used to like this center when it was psc next time I will take Logan's advice as they have great reviews also check out indeed about how they treat employees 1st time I sold them scrap after it changed hands they gave me 19 dollars and change for 643 pounds of batteries pretty sure it should have been $190 something I wish I had gone back or could find that ticket to put a picture on here for proof yesterday I took them 56 pounds of aluminum extrusion and 89 pounds of sheet aluminum that said 95 percent aluminum I spent 3 days putting this load together all perfectly clean aluminum I also had an overflowing hopper of crushed cans and 54 pounds of clean cast I only got $140.35 for this load I was probably the last customer there yesterday as I was leaving I stopped outside the gate to to dump and load my pipe and an Aston Martin tore out of there flying I'm making someone rich and it ain't me I did wreck my elbow making that aluminum clean for them though also they are to cheap to fix the ATM it won't pay you unless you get help
I HAVE TO TAKE A MOMENT AND BRAG ABOUT THIS SCRAP YARD!!!! VERY CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. IN AND OUT QUICKLY AND GIVE YOU VERY GOOD MONEY FOR ALL YOUR DIFFRENT METALS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Our check got mailed to the wrong address and Charlene immediately started working on sorting it out. She kept me posted about her progress and was extremely apologetic and friendly. We will continue doing business here because I’m confident that Charlene has her customers best interest at heart.

Extremely Rude service. They never gave me my ID back after I gave it to them to scan so I got to drive back up there now and 12$ for 190 lbs of copper wire seems wrong to me don’t think prices are fair here I recommend going to lenoir city
It could use some more signs for first time visitors, the guy at the aluminum can scale was friendly and efficient. The lady at the initial building wasn't particularly helpful at all as she ignored me standing there for 2 minutes.. made just about 2.50$ off a garbage bag of cans, probably not worth the trouble of recycling. People in Knoxville prefer to throw their trash on the side of the road, I will probably just use the dumpster..
The people that only rely on websites for hours of operation should not complain when the business is closed. Use the phone that you most likely used to access the web and call.
They ripped me off. I brought 6, 50 gallon bags of cans, crushed up, and they made me put them in s hopper. It filled the hopper up! They put the hopper on a broken scale. The number never changed. They said it only weighed 70lbs. They gave me 30.00 for 6 bags of crushed cans! Total scam!
