I would just like to say, that Tyler is the man!! I was so dumb to lock my key in my truck and this company was very much affordable and reliable. They showed up very fast and Tyler was very efficient. I 100% will recommend this company to anyone if you are looking for someone to be on time and very good with communication.
If you need a towing service, this is the company to call. I had a vehicle broke down on me maybe a mile from my house I called the tow service was $90. The original quote well when the tow truck driver contacted me and he asked what did they quote you to bring the vehicle to your home like I said it’s only a block away. He said don’t worry about that $90 original fee. I’m just gonna go ahead and charge you 75. These are good honest People family ran business. I would recommend this company to my best friends even to my grandmother. These people do right by people I’m super Satisfied with my experience great customer service speedy, and on time and the fact that they could’ve charged me $90 and I would’ve gladly paid the $90 but he said no just give me 75 that says a lot about this company‘s characteristics I want thank you Collin‘s towing If I ever needed a tow service, Collins would be the first company I call and I hope people read this review and make Collins wrecker Service their first call good honest people fair price. They’re not trying to take an arm and a leg. They truly are a fair price towing service ….. highly recommend. !! And one more thing every other towing service I called wanted ianywhere from $125 to 150.
My Bronco broke down on 62 and was screwing up traffic. Every tow company was too busy and had no trucks available including Collins. I explained my situation and these guys dusted off a backup truck and came and towed me home. They were very quick about it too. I was expecting a large bill but it was very reasonable. The driver even offered up some suggestions as to what could have caused my truck to die. Turns out he was right. Best service I've had in the 3 years I've been in Tennessee. Couldn't be happier with how I was treated. I would call them the go to tow company in the area.
Car ate shit on the highway. They were there in less than 30 minutes to come get me. Very understanding and patient. Informative, gave advice on what I should do next and who I should call. & Shout out to Tyler for being funny the whole way home.
These folks are the best! They helped me get a non-running car to the car repair shop. Their relationship with the car repair company helped ease the way in getting the car fixed. Gale, who took my order, was a tremendous asset to the company with her kindness and help. Tyler, the tow truck operator, was terrific in loading my car and applying safety measures such as straps, etc. Again, this company is A+.
Young kid named Tyler got to me as fast as he could and wasted no time and even showed me how to properly back my car up while the car couldn’t even turn on just in case I needed to be towed in the future. He towed my car to the mechanic at a very fair price with all the traffic going on in the blistering sun without an AC and still beat me there without a scratch on my vehicle. He was honest and communicated very well and didn’t give me a hard time about any questions that I felt needed to be asked. Don’t confuse it with the other Collin’s Towing in Maryville. These are the guys to go to and I’ll call them overall before anybody else! May seem like a fake review but call them and I can guarantee they’ll get you right.
Got stranded on Broadway. Collin’s wrecker service came and picked me up within 10 minutes and got my car back home safely and efficiently! Highly recommend this company

Collins Wrecker service has saved us on multiple occasions. They were quicker than expected, professional, careful and knowledgeable. The vehicles I had towed were AWD/4WD and they appropriately towed them. One of my vehicles was a lowered sports car and they especially took care while attaching the vehicle to make sure no damage occurred. Quick, professional, priced right. Great company.
I thought he was decent guy I used to tow an I called an asked if he would tow a car for me on Friday it’s Tuesday cars still there I called several times an got the run around!! Not the way you should treat people!! Would not recommend!!
After waiting 2 hours on another towing company, i called Collins and they were on site in about 10 minutes. Had my truck on their rollback and on the way in no time. The driver (i believe his name was Charles) was very good and knew what he was doing, also very down to Earth. He had a slight issue with his tow truck right down the road from my house, but called to update me and had another tow truck on site in a few minutes. Even with the tow truck issue, the total time from call to delivery to my driveway was about an hour. Great company and will definitely use again if i need any kind of roadside assistance.
If I could give them -0 stars I would!!! I called and used them because they were the only ones to answer the phone after midnight of Oct 12 after hitting a skunk and then curb. Towing was $175.The driver of the tow truck said $125. I didnt have the money on hand as of the 28th of this month when I get my disability check will owe the initial 175.00 and 15 day a day storage at 35 dol a dayTotal $700. when I do go to get it. 85% of my check. Yep real good people when it comes to helping the disabled. ..... NOT

Took advantage of a young kid. Hookup to pull a car 10ft never even put on truck and charged 525 bucks for the 15 minute hook up. Knowing they overcharged offered to refund 200 dollars but lied because they never did. And the driver wanted to let them tow to their lot several times when the car was able to be driven off.
I had to get my girls truck towed from Mechanic Shop to my house. I was quoted $85 and a 45 min eta. I waited 30 max and the gentlemen that showed up was extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend Collins Towing over other over priced Towing businesses .

A HUGE thank you to Collins wrecker service. Last night we had a vehicle emergency, and our car was sitting in the street unable to move. We called a few other wreckers who were unwilling to tow us due to it being a long tow to take our vehicle home.. Collins wrecker service said yes without hesitation. I needed a car towed to a location less than a mile away. I called 5 services and was quoted between 75 and 100 for them to help me. 2 of them were out of town on business. I called Collins Towing and Recovery and was quoted 50, on a Saturday and they treated me like family. I will never use anyone else. Good people. Honorable people. The price was reasonable and they arrived in minutes. I needed a quick tow from Knoxville to Pigeon Forge and they got the job done. The drivers name was Cory and he was very nice and polite. Thank you very much for a job well done.

I was in a bind with my broken down car from out of town. They tried fixing the issue on the spot. When they couldn’t, they helped me find a shop late that night that was able to fix my car the next day so I could still make my long drive home. Very grateful for the help!
