I called on a Saturday around 3pm after the biggest snow of the year a night or two before. There were downed trees and wrecks everywhere but the owner answered, we agreed on a price for my Mini Cooper in about 3 minutes and he told me his driver would call me Monday morning. I was skeptical. That said, at 9 am Monday morning my phone rang. The driver was there with a check for the agreed amount and had the Mini towed out in 5 minutes. I was impressed with all of it.
