Bought a motor when got home noticed had cracked water jackets called them and got told to jb weld them then pulled oil pan it was full of crud and milky oil again was told motor ran good I don't know how with the milk and sludge all oil galleys were clogged but one so that was sign of it having low oil pressure but same as other calls its a good motor so went ahead and put it in my van replaced all gaskets and put Rotella 5-40 motor started and ran fine but at 1000-1500 rpms had a knock was told by them oh it could be a piston slap lol so ok after hooking everything up double checking went for drive 15 miles from home motor locked straight up without question mind you oil pressure stayed 50 psi whole time got motor to turn over again finally and sounded like bricks inside called them back and tried to blame the oil I used lol so I junked my whole van because after 1200 spent on a junk motor I was done I paid them 550 for engine and rest was replacing parts when and only when I said I junked my van was I offered a different engine but was to late I'll never buy anything else here I only went here because everyone said they were good place to go because I never buy anything local engine wise I learned my lesson hard this time. I used 5-40 t6 not 15-40 t4 my second call I made I was told piston slap

Nicest people you will ever meet. They had all the parts I was looking for. And trust me mine are hard to find. If you like to dig , this is the place for you. Unfortunately I’m moving away but if I come back and need anything I’m headed there for sure ?
I just wanted to say that as in customer service hands down this was a very helpful and patient business/person that I dealt with, by no means do I have much of a clue other than the basic knowledge of my vehicle and these guys never hesitated to answer all of my questions or concerns even though he knew that he couldn't help me. Point being is even though this person that I spoke with knew that they were not going to be making money off of me they were still very very helpful and also recommended options that were possible since they couldn't help me. Anymore its hard to even get someone's opinion if they can't make money off so for them to go above and beyond it really meant a lot to me and these are the kind of people that we need more of. So again thank you guys for all that you've done.

Went down there to buy a transmission that they swore by that it was good and come to find out it was trash. Asked them to fix this situation and they basically told me to screw my self.
Very biased business, and when it comes to them losing money on their mistake, they will make it your fault. Your better off going to professionals who know how to have a professional customer service rather than a lack luster one
Horrible place.. they sold me a transmission an guaranteed it had 72k miles an that I had 7 days to bring it back if it didn't work.. well todays day 5 an my mechanic said it had well over 72k miles on it an that it was shot.. called an got the same guy that sold it to me. He called me a lier an cussed me out.. very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone going threw them.
Everyone that works there is a piece of s*** I can't never get them to answer you and when you do they hang up on you or put you on hold till you do hang up I've been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks to ask them about parts they won't pick up the phone they won't give me a price I rather go to the dump and try my luck than going to them and they shouldn't even get one Star

Had Same issue as alot of people! I could never get connected with anyone on the phone and when I did they would pick up the receiver and nobody would respond whatsoever! but I can hear everybody talking in the background and laughing! What kind of business are they running? Just plain RUDE!
I have tried calling this place over and over. They never answer the phone. Instead they pick it up and set it down like they aint there. I heard the whole transaction the guy was making with somebody while he pretended i wasn't on the phone.
They will tell u a motor works and is so sure of it til u get it home and put in your vehicle not lose all new oils not parts not the cost of paying someone to put the motor in only to have to take it out because it's a bad motor and when u try taking it back up will be accused of doing something wrong to blow it up.No apologise or anything.They actually wanted us to pay more for another one when it had the oil pan smashed and it was like take it or leave it no cash refunds if another is in stock.Took two days for them to get us another one and this one so far works.Please get a three week warranty or longer on all motors WRITTEN DOWN.Take pics of their rules on their office door and u may need EVERYTHING IF U HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT.I HAD IT ALL.RECEITS WARRANTIES,EVERYTHING.Its all good to cover your own hard earned money incase this happens to you.Thank God I practiced law in the past.
