I've been there many times for a varity of different parts for different cars. Always very helpful. If they don't have the part u need they will find it for u and call u back and tell where you can get it .
Not sure about reviewing the services or anyting else but hands down was very impressed with the customer service that was received over the phone even though that the gentleman did not have what I needed or knew that he could not help me he's still went above and beyond I'm trying to help me locate or receive the service that I need much appreciated and hard to find anyone anymore that if they can't make a dollar they aren't going to help you or give you a suggestion. So again thank you for all that you did.
Do not waste your money here. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I took a mazda 3 in two years ago because it was knocking and he's had it till 7/23/21. He charged me almost 1,000 to do the work on it. Made it worse than what it was and said he'd fix it for free since he messed it up worse than what it is when I brought it in and now charging me for the new computer in it. They sent it to another place because all the wires were messed up because they were rough on them. He said his mechanic messed it up and the mechanic admit to messing up on one of the engines that went in it. They tried 4 different engines and finally found one and said that the computer wasn't working for it but it was because the whole time it was one of the sensors that they messed up. He bought another computer because they thought it was the computer not working but the whole time it was the sensor wires they messed up. He put the wires on backwards for the sensor. Not only did they mess up the wires in it they put the wrong oil pan on it, it doesn't have a dip stick, the lid off my power steering pump is gone, the whole cover off of my driver side mirror is missing, first and 3rd gear don't work, exhaust leak, one cv axel is zip tied, missing bolts. None of this was wrong with the Mazda when I took it to him. The only thing wrong was it was knocking.
Rod I've been dealing with him for years he is a very good guy and his wife is very nice to. But Rod please quit sending people to transmissions are us cuz they are making you look bad because they're _RUDE_ and _HATEFULE_and they need an attitude adjustment. They tell you one thing on on the phone and when the customer goes our is completely different. And again this is not rods fault. It is transmissions r us. I'm just letting Rod know.
Great place and great prices. He has always been the cheapest place to get anything you need for any car, van, suv or a truck used and new if you want new parts. Great people employees are always nice happy and polite makes you feel like family. If for some reason he don't have the part you need he will do everything he can to get it for you. Rods is the only place I'll go for used Auto parts.
The gentleman and his wife, is very friendly, helpful, and if he don't have what your looking for he will call around and help you find it. Would recommend to anyone and will be going back if I need something else.
