Will not honor warranty. I bought battery October 2019 for my Mustang. It was supposed to be their best battery as it cost $160. It is now May 2021 and battery completely dead and will not hold a charge. I go for my warranty. They tell me they will charge the battery for me and to come back tomorrow which is a 30 mile round trip. When I purchased the battery I was told I had a 24 month replacement warranty. The reason the little boy there told me he was having to charge is because the battery was too new. I have had the battery for 19 months. Anyway, this review can help you save your money and go to Wal mart and get a much better price and a lot better warranty service.
Second purchase from this store and again give Keith and the crew 5 Stars. They took the time to explain my options and the reasons I was limited with options if I wanted to change my system. Most importantly, while on a trip in South Carolina I had an issue with an Interstate Battery I purchased 11 months prior--pulled in to an Interstate Battery distributor they checked my batteries and within thirty minutes I was on the road with FREE REPLACEMENT. I only have one WARRNING! I keep all of my receipts in chronological order. I understand without the original receipt I would not have been as happy. KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK and happy you will be.
I needed a new battery for my car. I wanted a great battery, so I chose Interstate. The person that was there was really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to install it for me. In and out in less than a half hour! Easy in and out as far as traffic is concerned.
So far so Good. I needed two batteries for my truck, and asked my friend Gregg who had the best batteries, he said Interstate. So I went and picked up two of the Black Top batteries. Man, could I tell a difference from the old ones. They were really friendly and even helped me change them out. Thanks guys
Told them I needed a battery for a 2012 Toyota corolla. They gave me the wrong size. (Left the Corolla at home otherwise I would have known right on the spot!) Now I have to drive 45 mins just to get the battery exchanged.. Ridiculous
Folks in here are really nice, prices are competitive with everyone else around. I’m sorry if you don’t like it go to Walmart. Tip: Don’t forget to call ahead and verify they have your battery instock.
