My daughter and I were recently traveling cross-country to move my two cats to our new home in NC, and on day 3 we hit a giant pothole on the highway, blowing a tire. This put us in a very precarious spot between the hwy and onramp, where we called AAA and within 20 minutes our knight in shining tow truck arrived. Knowing the predicament, with the cats and a fully loaded car, this gentleman got us towed to a local tire shop where he called ahead to ensure they had our tire size in stock and were prepared to take care of two shook up ladies. And the entertaining conversation on the way really took our minds off the situation. I would give Casper's 10 stars if I could! (P.S. we made it to our home in NC)
Very prompt service and he made sure that my car was protected from damage in removing it from the place I got it stuck. He went over and above by checking to make sure my tires had the correct amount of air on the problem side and added some to get them where they needed to be. I was very impressed
Wrecker driver, Thomas, was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had begun to lose faith in AAA bc it takes so long to get a wrecker driver, but Thomas called me immediately after I called AAA and arrived 30 mins later, which was GREATLY appreciated. He made the whole process effortless.

Chris was great! Kind and professional. Our rental Jeep, the keyfob went missing somehow within the travel. Due to these new "Keyless" start button vehicles, not even a locksmith can make us a new key due to coding technology etc. I get the evolution of it but when an unforeseen issue occurs, a locksmith is a blessing!
We were able to drive nearly 80m til we stopped for our kids to use the restroom. Suddenly truck wouldn't start. Christ is King and that's all that matters.
Back to Casper's...great guy. Appreciate his demeanor and understanding. We are just down a large SUV vehicle for our family of 9 traveling for family vacation. Enterprise again tomorrow.

The guy who towed my car was super nice the price wasn't to expensive for the miles I had it towed ,over all they are fast on getting to me price was reasonable great job!!!
This was through AAA. He arrived in a timely manner. Was nice..but, did seem to be in a big hurry..couldn't get us out of the way quick enough! Reguardless..we appreciated the help. He delivered the truck and we've already been in contact with the mechanic..so all's good.
Came Within a few minutes. Was knowledgeable, helped me move my vehicle so it could be towed. Then towed it safely To the shop that I preferred. Very effective and timely .

The drivers were super friendly. They were able to make it a quick process while it was cold outside. They were able to get to me quickly and were genuinely just super sweet and helpful.
They came to get us after just 10 minutes of making the call. They also billed our insurance directly so we didn't have to deal with the tow bill right that second. It was a relief not to have to worry about the tow on top of being broken down. I will definitely reuse thier service later on when we are in need again. And will also recommend to our friends and family.
I bought a truck and found this company because it was closest to the address the truck was located at. So I didn’t need it towed but simply loaded on row back and put on my trailer for me to haul myself. I called them and asked what it would cost, the lady asked me for all my info , address they’d need to go which was mere minutes from they’re location but anyway she simply scheduled a driver to meet me at the location with no quote on what it would actually cost. My thinks was $46-$75 bucks and I always tip drivers if they’re pleasant and willing to actually help more then just hooking and dragging. Met the driver he was nice , respectful, helpful, he took good care of me so my complaint has absolutely nothing to do with the driver just simply the outrageous over pricing. We finished up I asked what’s the damage and the guys says $100 dollars. My response was surprise. $100 dollars to put the truck onto my trailer seems a bit expensive so the guy double checks says they quoted me the price before hand. No they did not because you wouldn’t be here doing it had I known it was that much. I literally could’ve had it towed from Talbott to my house in Brockland Acres and put on my trailer at home for $125 and I could’ve stayed home and not drive completely across town. So anybody when you call this place check pricing because it’s about double what you’d expect other company’s in town. I always use the same people except for this time right here. I guess it’s like cheating on your barber. Fellas don’t cheat on your local towing company looking to save a dollar because you won’t. I wanna stress that the driver did an amazing job and I have nothing bad to say about him. I still tipped him $30 .
Office attendant was polite and understanding. Driver was dispatched quickly and arrived promptly and got the job done. Respectful of me and my vehicle.
Came very quickly within 30 mins and done all that he could do to repair the old spare that I had that did get me alll the way home (40miles) very much as life saver and I’m sooo grateful

After finally getting in touch with AAA, they were able to allocate Casper towing service due to my cars engine overheated about 40miles from my destination.
They came within 15 minutes and gave a look under my hood and offered some advice, just out of a courtesy. Which I really appreciated because their assumption turned out to be true once getting bringing to mechanic.
I cannot recall the drivers name but he was uber nice; we were sharing stories about the area both from out of state showing appreciation. He even managed to get my car into a parallel parking spot between cars.
Very Professional, very reasonably priced. I needed a jump start. Even though I was given a forty minute ETA, he actually showed up sooner. Got me going
in less than ten minutes.
I had Larry the recovery driver actually hook my tractor and trailer and tow me back to Columbia,SC from Hartford,TN , and Larry took extra care to make sure my equipment was handled correctly and hooked up timely. I really enjoyed talking with Larry as he let me ride along in his cab. Upon arrival , Larry disconnected trailer in trailer bay, and set tractor down and made sure it was good enough to roll to the shop so all I had to do was leave a write up and reminder to install and torque the drive shaft bolts after repairs were done . Excellent work, very experienced employees, and Larry even has more certifications than just about anyone in the recovery business. Casper's can also hold or repair, but this was a situation of moving a broken company truck and getting a driver home in as short a time as possible to his ailing wife , and Casper's came through in flying colors. Thank y'all so very much .
What an excellent experience! The price was reasonable, the tow truck driver, showed up at time estimated.
Brennan was friendly and helpful and really took his time to make sure my car was loaded and offloaded with care. It is obvious that he really cares about doing a great job.
