If I could give them zero starts I would!! They will take advantage of you. I see the scale said 55pounds and they only paid me for 24pounds. They ripped me off! Make sure the scale matches your receipt.
If I could give this company a ZERO I would! Horrible attitudes and mouths towards customers who have minors with them!!! Then when I called was extremely disrespectful when I was asking genuine questions! Go ANYWHERE but here!
They are disrespectful and Petty to that customers would never recommend this scrap yard I would recommend Bordeaux Metals in White bluff!!! Acre iron in Dickson TN their scale are all by a few hundred pounds already been tested and they're given 25 cents when Bordeaux given a dollar fifty on the same item rather give a negative star
Maybe wouldnt be so bad if i hadn't went by the website that says it t closes at 5:55 i had a truck and trailer full of stainless and shredded for them but im headed to 191 salvage where they close at the same time as website dont really to think they deserve a 1 after that
I've been dealing with these fellows for about 6 years, I'm not a big computer person as I imagine most scrappers aren't. I'm not to pleased with the other two reviews that have been written here. They are proffesional and knowledgeable. I know what I bring and have been compensated fairly as of market prices. these other two clowns don't know jack about scrap.
Called about price on aluminum this morning the lady quoted a price of.15 per verses updated prices of 49 cents per lb.thats less than half with their thumb on the scales !!!!very disappointed in our "LOCAL "SCRAP YARD.
I've been there 4 times. They have always been pleasant and helpful with me. Better to take you metals and cardboard there and get a little cash plus the stuff gets recycled unlike taking to the dump. They weren't paying for cardboard but it still gets recycled and it was much easier than taking it to the transfer stations where they recycle.
I took a car to the place in white bluff and didnt have the engine and wheels on it and they told me it had to be a full car so i took it to Acer Iron and Metal, i had no problems there, the guy who took my info was super funny and vary helpful since it was my first time there
Don't waste your time here. Very low return prices and horrible attitudes, especially with the lady on the phone. I would recommend Bordeua's metal in white bluff, they give $150 a ton on scrap where devandrys only does $100 and the prices for everything else is the same outrageous difference. Devandrys is a horrible place with horrible people and horrible attitudes. NOT WORTH GOING TO!!!!
