I was charged $779.62 for these people to tow my car from a driveway at 119 Sullivan road in Dickson TN. to their tow in lot in Burns, TN. for a total of 3.6 mi, and took them less than a hour to do so and told me that was the very minimum!! This is not business! This is robbery!
Terrible company ran by people who’d never act the way they act over the internet in person. Spent the entire time of the ice storm towing random cars, price gouging the victims, and making life more difficult then they needed. I’d highly recommend taking the others who left reviews advice, find another company
Really nice people, They got me and my equipment off the side of the road quickly. Didn’t have to wait long for them to show up. I highly recommend this company if you need a tow or repair!!!
They came and got me from getting stuck in one of the worst spots during the after effects of the winter storm. I litterally thought I wasn’t going to make it! It was a task to get my car out and they went above and beyond and saved me and my car from going into a dangerous creek! I can’t thank them

If I could leave more than five stars I would premier towing has help me multiple times and every time it’s a pleasure to work with them I’ve had many vehicles picked up from the freeway’s to back roads and every time it is a quick response for pick up. I’ve never felt stranded, knowing I have premier towing solutions just one phone call away if you are looking for true honest, hard-working individuals look no further from tows to mechanics they are great
I have a small business with 5 trucks that Premier has always taken care of for me. After the first time I called and he was very prompt and courteous through the whole process of recovering my truck when no one else would come.
I would be lost without them. They now do all my mechanical work also.

What a great company we were stranded on the side of the freeway called multiple companies that did not have the time to pick us up called Premier towing and within 30 minutes car was off the side of the freeway on a truck and being towed back to the house can’t say enough good things about this company. They’ll be the only ones we’re calling when in a predicament
Not too long ago I had the misfortune of unexpectedly sinking quite deeply in unstable soil while looking at a piece of property in Dickson. The area was quite a ways from the nearest paved road, down a relatively steep hill, and on a narrow dirt road. Access for the tow truck was clearly suboptimal. It took close to an hour for Mr. Hannani to retrieve my vehicle. He was meticulous in protecting my SUV despite the awful conditions. I don’t think there was a square inch of his attire that wasn’t covered in mud. To make matters worse, it was quite cold outside. BUT, when the bill was presented, I was in shock! What I expected was a monumental expense for labor along with the tow vehicle charges. What I received was better than a fair price. More unexpected was his pleasant demeanor despite awful circumstances. Anyway, there is likely no other tow company that I would call other than Premier if misfortune were to strike again. They earned my respect and loyalty!
PS: I even tipped the guy!
I was stuck in my driveway from the snow and Premier Towing came to the rescue and pulled me up my hill and down the road to a cleared patch of road. I was short on money and they only charged me $50.
Premier Towing Solutions is an outstanding company. I’ve used them many times, and they have always arrived on time. They take on jobs that others won’t—small or big, it doesn’t matter. They never turn a customer away and always get the job done. They are honest, treat you with respect, and truly have a heart for their customers. It’s rare to find a towing company with this level of integrity and professionalism. Highly recommended.
During the recent snow/ice storm I was staying at the hospital with my husband. I finally got brave and attempted to get to my home. Not a good idea !!
I slid off my drive ,down a hill and stopped with the passenger side of my vehicle about two feet from a tree. I called Premier Towing Solutions for assistance. They arrived promptly and pulled my vehicle away from the tree and onto the road. No damage to anything but my pride !! They made sure I got back to the hospital safely . The charges were more than reasonable and they went out of their way to make sure that I didn’t have anything added to my already high stress level. Prompt, courteous, reasonable and professional !! I’ll be back and will recommend them to any and all.
How come he used premier towing on many many occasions and we have had nothing but action service no complaints pros very reasonable very professional and happy to have them been using them for years thank you premier towing
I had an amazing experience with this tow company during a really stressful situation. I slid in the snow and got stuck on the side of the road. They initially quoted me $200, which I declined because my insurance could have done it for $159.
They ended up calling back, and they worked with me and agreed to do the tow for $125, which I really appreciated. On top of that, my ride couldn’t make it down the road where my car was stuck, and they were kind enough to pick me up from a nearby gas station as well.
They went above and beyond, were fair, understanding, and genuinely helpful when I needed it most. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a tow—especially in bad weather situations.

Worst company ever! They don't know how to do their job! And of top of that they will overcharge you! Almost 3 times more than what we agreed! If you want to have a worst time and be overcharged you are on right place! Be careful with them!
I was moving my son from Mississippi to Kentucky on Saturday 09/13 when my F150 water pump blew. I called Premier Towing Solutions and they had a wrecker arrive within an hour. And John, the wrecker driver, even let me know they had a mechanic (Justin) that could get me back on the road! There are still good people in this world and these guys really treated me well. I was a blessed man.
Great customer service. Great experience with the driver. Excellent communications between me, the driver. He went above and beyond by bringing my car to his tow yard and then dropping me off to where I can get picked up by family member. I would definitely recommend this to a company to anybody who needs a tow. They're an excellent company
I have absolutely found myself a towing and repair shop for life!! Like many, I found myself in an emergency situation on a Monday evening right at evening rush. I had remembered the business name from the night before…. That’s another story. I called and immediately got an answer. It was Chris, the owner. He never hesitated and told me yes, he could definitely help me. He showed up and had me back on the road in 30 minutes!! He’s quick, efficient, friendly and just a down to earth person willing to do what needs to be done to help. While at his shop, I got to meet his wife and his 2 children and his German shepherd. Great family and great people. This is what every business should be!! I can honestly say that I’ve never been treated better. I’m definitely a customer for life!! Thank you so much Chris!!
Beyond and above experience from Chris with premier towing. Had a flat tire at work. He fixed it within 5 minutes! Thank you Chris and i appreciate you. I recommend premier towing for any roadside or towing service. Definitely 5 star ⭐️ service.
I can not say enough good things about this business! If you EVER need a tow definitely call this company ! Our travel trailer/camper tire passed us on interstate I-40 mile marker 155.2 , All five studs broke off the wheel . It was 10:00 at night and we were stuck on the side of the interstate and the semi trucks were passing by like it was the Daytona 500. A very sweet state trooper came and parked behind us for a little bit but there were several wrecks that had happened around the same time.My husband called Premier towing and Mr Hannani which is the owner of Premier towing said he was actually working one of the accidents but could break free in about an half hour. He came to our rescue in no time! When he showed up he was very efficient. He had our travel trailer hooked up and ready for him to tow in a matter of minutes. He towed us to a very safe location and took such good care of us. I can not thank him enough for his hospitality . It means so much for someone to not only remove you from an unsafe environment but to make sure you are placed in a safe place.The next morning he went and bought the parts , fixed our wheel and sent us on our way. His fees are very reasonable and he’s just a really good hearted human being! This is my most heart felt review I’ve ever posted. There is something to be said about someone coming to your rescue when you have had a stressful situation. Thank you so much for being the knight in shining armor Premier towing! If in that area & we EVER need another tow we have Premier towing on speed dial for sure.
The owner, Chris, was super awesome. He saved me at the boat ramp. My boat trailer blew a wheel bearing out and the wheel was about to fall off when I noticed it at the boat ramp as we were pulling the boat out of the water. I was an hour and a half from home at 8 o’clock at night and I called Premier. Chris came out and took my boat back to his lot very quickly. I came the next day to pick it up and he even showed me what I needed to do to fix my axle. Great customer service! 5 stars for sure.
