They towed my vehicle, charged outrageous rates without budging on a penny. They refused to let me get my property out of the car after the employee specifically told me that he would let me. They won’t even let me get my car out despite having proof of ownership, the car was just purchased so registration was not done yet. I have the title and sale info. Still nothing. Ray in the office is callused and cruel. If they tow your car, be prepared to pay $500 to a thousand in no time. Moreover be prepared to lose your car. Thieves hiding behind “policy”.

I don’t remember the name of my driver but he was polite and courteous. It only took an hour to get to me. Their price was almost half of what my insurance was going to charge me. I would definitely use them again.

We had Kevin Brindley, he was amazing if I ever need another tow I would ask for him always for him, he made a stressful situation so much better. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would he would get 50 out of 10

Chad an outstanding service call mechanic he determined the possible issue and did all he could do with excellent troubleshooting skills. His determination was the fuel pump solenoid which could not be repaired on the highway. A wrecker was dispatched after the go ahead from my supervisor Josh. Most importantly the wrecker driver Ricky BoB gets an outstanding review also. I’ve met many recovery drivers in the 39 years of driving. Well to make it simple he was by far one of the best if not the most skilled operator I’ve seen in years. STR is very fortunate to have such a skilled operator. Outstanding service! When my RV couldn’t drive forward, Kevin was calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He towed my RV to the dealership after hours, handled all the paperwork, and even made sure my dog Jack and I got safely to our hotel. Truly above and beyond!

Last night I received assistance from Ryan from STR Towing out of Springfield, TN on US-24 and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Ryan’s technician expertise and calm demeanor not only towed my trailer but ,managed to safely maneuver the 6,000lb load without damage to the unit. With careful precision, Ryan’s top priority was safety which mattered the most to me as I was stuck on a dangerous interstate with all of my earthly possessions inside the trailer. Additionally, Ryan facilitated the trailer to get repaired, all while executing flawless customer service by the entirety of STR staff. Undoubtedly, I highly recommend Ryan and STR towing!

You’re tow truck drivers need to learn some driving etiquette. Need to learn the rules of the road before stepping behind a tow truck!

Dalton Brake showed up for me in a very timely manner.He is well-mannered and well-spoken. When he learned my car key dropped into the trunk when i was unloading groceries while I waited, He took the time to unlock my car through the window which had a high chance to crack my window, but he worked on it carefully when I told him it would be cheaper to replace window rather than having my key fob reprogrammed a week later.He attempted to get into my trunk from the backseat to no avail due to a fire wall. Attempts at other means popped my trunk open! He’s a very bright young man and STR is blessed to have an employee willing to go that extra mile. He wouldn’t even accept a tip. It wasn’t even me being towed but this guy got this bus out without a single scrape!! I wish I could attach the video. This man had serious skills.

We had two vehicles stuck in the mud late on a Saturday night and STR sent a tow truck at a very reasonable price as fast as they could. The operator was Ryan Champa, and he was very knowledgeable on the method necessary to get the vehicles out. He offered a very fair price for the job necessary on a Saturday night and pulled us out without a hitch.

Was told the overnight quoted around $300 by the receptionist when I called inquiring. Also said that the drop fee was $100. We discovered the towing and we were told $100 cash only for the drop fee and then immediately after securing cash told it was $210. Place is full of con artists running a racket.

Ryan Champa was Great. Very professional and respectful. I also very much appriciate the photos sent showing delivery to the shop. Only tow service I will use going forward.

While passing through Dickson on my way back to Texas, I had a minor fender bender that left my truck undriveable. STR towed my truck to their shop. The guys were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. Truck broke down and cop called your company to tow my 71 c10 truck. You drove 11.5 miles to my house and charged me 478.00. I didn't know the price A cop called for me because I didnt have my phone with me. The gentleman was nice that did it. When he told me the price once I got it home. He said he had no control of the price. I will never use you to haul anything for me. I will tell everyone to not use it. No the trailer was taken by my son so that's a extra charge I shouldn't have occurred. It was truck only. I should get extra off for a trailer that you didn't tow. I have 5 witness trailer wasn't hauled by you, so it sounds like someone doesn't keep there records straight and over charge people.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and service that I received from your wrecker operator/tech Tiko yesterday (7/16/24). He called to let me know his ETA, he got out of his truck and walked to me to greet me, took great care to properly position and secure my vehicle on his truck's tow bar, made sure to check on objects that may shift inside of my vehicle during transport, checked and adjusted his safety chains that secured my vehicle at least twice during the trip. He also drove with courtesy and concern for others' safety. Tiko took control and ownership of every aspect of the job - from start to finish, and completely put my mind at ease. Very professional and down to business. They made it really easy and hassle free to get the quote, set up a pickup time, and get it taken care of so I didn't have to spend days or weeks having to deal with getting rid of my junk vehicle. The tow truck driver was very professional and thorough, and was quick to get the vehicle loaded up and get me my check. This was by far the highest quote I got for my vehicle out of the 7 businesses I called. They paid me a lot more than any place else even offered. I will definitely be calling these guys again with the next vehicle I get rid of. My one and only complaint, (if you can call it a complaint) is that they gave me a 4 hour pick up time frame. It's hard to set aside 4 hours of a week day to wait. But it was worth it.
