Had an unexpected flat that bent my rim in the middle of no where. Found Mid-South towing through my insurance app and boy did I luck up!! They were FAST, easy, professional, and nice. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. A woman alone at dark needed a hero and found one with these folks!!

I was broke down and called almost every tow truck I ever used, I run cross mid-south, on time, professional, really good attitudes, I'll definitely be doin business with them in the future. Thanks Mr. Chris ill be in touch with you guys 1st next time.

Truckers and large vehicle operators be WARNED… their service is outrageously expensive, so only use as a last resort. I was about 8 miles from their location, easily accessible in a truck stop parking lot with tractor/trailer needing a very simple pull forward out of a mud puddle. Since I disconnected the MT trailer while trying to get out, it needed a very simple pull/drag to the side (no air needed for brake release) which took about 5 minutes… the total actual labor time was about 20 minutes. They charged $750 for tractor PLUS $750 for trailer… plus over $50 for using a credit card. I am a Company driver, and I told them I was personally paying- NOT my employer- since I felt responsible for making the dumb parking mistake… this was well over a week’s pay to me. There was nothing tricky or complicated about what they did… over $1,500 to get pulled out of a mud puddle in less than 30 minutes, plus time and mileage for total 16 miles round trip to reach me. Absolutely no sympathy or break for this hard working under-paid truck driver, but DOUBLE the $750 fee for an extra 5 minute front of trailer drag to the side of about 10 feet. They take advantage of those in need by charging unreasonable, FAR above market fees to people unable to price shop due to immediate, desperate circumstance. You really maliciously damaged me with your utter GREED. I graciously gave you an extra star for at least being very basically competent… if not at all fair.

Bubba got out here to get me fixed and rolling. And he did it quick and got the parts for my trailer late on a Friday when Noone else could. Thank you Bubba. Thank you Mid South ! Give these guys a call. They are fair, there when they say they are going to be there and went out of their way to get me back on the road.

Come on I understand business is business but if someone has a car stolen and this place is an open on the weekends and people have no way to get their car although they want to and they're trying to. this place is still charge going to charge you although it's completely their fault you can't pick up your car for those other days because they're not in the office and then once Monday rolls around you get there when they open but the person who is supposed to be at the office is off somewhere running errands just not a good experience and I would just say their money hungry and they're getting it

I called Mid South instead of going through Nationwide and let them route a tow. Mike was to me in 40 mins and it was 30 from Somerville to me. 7pm on a Sunday and they were on it!!! Thank you got make a rough night not nearly as bad!!! My family thanks you all!!!

Highly recommend!!! Called Mid-Towing on a Sunday. They were there in less than an hour and on the way to the shop. Mr. Wilkerson was fast and friendly, took very good care of my Torrent. Thank you so much.

They are the absolute BEST!!!!! Our car quit on 385 north....my children were with me...one of which is a 20 year special needs adult with the mindset of a 2 year old....I called my insurance company and they had a 6 hour wait....so I called them and they said they would be there within the hour!!!! The driver was very helpful...he move debris out of the way so that I could get my daughter in safely and he was very patient!!!!! She had a melt down...didn't want to get in the truck etc....however, we made it to the truck and arrived safely to our destination!!! Would definitely recommend!!!! The Dispatcher was very nice and helpful as well!!!

Don't know about towing , however I understand how they can arrive fast. At least until they get involved in the accidents they must cause. Truck flew past on right squeezed in between car in front and me, nearly hit me . Sounded horn he turned all is rear facing white lights on. Moved over got good video of truck and a couple pictures while operator weaved to intimidate and when went to get behind, operator hit brakes. Road widened tried to get video of operator wasn't willing to drive speed it was doing to pull away from us. Called company to report, asked for supervisor or manager, person answered said, i can help you. Guess I'll file report with whoever has oversight of towing company. Already called state police to report aggressive vehicles and towing company

Our truck broke down and we was towing our camper in Tennessee. This tow service was quick to help us, they towed us to one of their lots, went above and beyond to place our camper on their lot also povided electric plus water.their hospitality was amazing. We got through the holiday weekend and today Justin was amazing and towed my truck and camper home to Indiana. 500 miles. I can't say enough about this company. Everyone we met was team players and took very good care of us.

These guys saved us on a trip. I’m still a bit new to driving our 38 ft motorhome. I lost my rear tires when I tried to pull into a driveway with deep ditches on both sides of the drive! Mid South Towing came out and made wenching a motorhome look easy. They took care not to damage her! Oh and this was at midnight. Of course this cost some money - but it was worth it to have help that was efficient and careful!

Mid South Towing took care of my wife and I today. We needed our car towed 75 miles. They took care of us, which I really appreciate. I don't like to complain, but I was a little shocked when he dropped us off and said I owed $562. He said it was $6 per mile, plus hook fee. I just had our 36 foot, 10 foot wide boat professionally loaded and trucked here, 580 miles including permits for $900. Point is, I thought that was very cheap, but $6 per mile? I almost felt like I had been robbed. I do appreciate them getting my car towed, but your mileage charge is ridiculous. I understand if you're doing short / local tows, but the rate should go down some on longer distances. I'm sure you're going to tell me I have to consider you could've, towed several other vehicles in the time frame so your charge reflects that. It's your business and you can charge what you want. I thought I was in NY or LA, certainly not Somerville, TN. I believe and want everyone to make a good living, whether an employee or business. I don't believe in price gouging, especially when you're providing a service. I'm glad we're retired and we have $$. I don't see how the average working man could afford $6 a mile. I don't blame you, I should've asked what the charge would be. In closing, I gave you 5 stars. You're driver, Justin was Very professional and kind to both my wife and I. Thanks for the tow. A little pricey, but it is what it is as people say.

Quoted me at 50% the price of their closest competition. Got to me within 30 minutes. Whoever it was you guys dispatched to the broke down truck off I 40, better keep him paid and fed or I’ll personally find a truck to put him in lol. Great people, great place.

Thank you so much Mid South Towing. Unfortunately, I ended up in a situation that most of us do at one time or another, locked my keys in the car. Now, I'm from Union City, but my daughter was having their final game of the season at the school in Whiteville. The dispatcher was very helpful in getting me the help I needed. Unfortunately, my financial situation didn't agree and she apologized for the inconvenience. I totally understand, but it looked like I was gonna have to get a punch from WPD and bust my rear window. She called me back, with empathy in her voice, knowing this man and his daughter needed to get home. Long story short, she found a man coming through and got him to help me. Yes, he did get paid, but if my friends are ever in the area and need help, I highly recommend Mid South Towing!

My vehicle was towed on 11/23, the driver arrived fast, very nice while on site and he asked if I had my car key of course I said yes, I handed him my key fob in the presence of a deputy, because he needed to take the shift lock off to place the vehicle in neutral. He told me that my car would be safe, it would be locked in a fenced area and the key would be locked inside the building. Fast forward to when the body shop sends their driver to pick up my car, the key is no where to be found and rude, unprofessional lady who answers the phone just says nothing but "we're very busy," as if my lost property in their care isn't an issue. I'm now on hold for 10 minutes, because she doesn't know what to tell me, not even an apology. Well, she just picked up and hung up. Maybe this is the price of doing business in small towns but this is unacceptable behavior and if this is their best worker or then I can see why my key is lost.

Stuck on 1-40 the Saturday night of thanksgiving weekend after driving 2,000 miles and who came to save us.. Dale! I am so thankful for his professionalism and honestly, his conversation during the tow. I was literally on the verge of tears due to the stress of the breakdown and he just helped. Whether he knew it or not. Thank you!!!

Mannnn when I tell you Mr. jeff worked a miracle! I thank yall from the bottom of my heart. Me, my husband and our 2 girls were stuck on the eway with a crazy flat tire and Mr. Jeff and his crew came out and had us off the road within 5 minutes. When i tell yall thanking him and his crew does not suffice what they did for us. I recommend them for whatever you need!

Luckily ran into Dale at a gas station, he said he wasn't leaving until we were ready to get back on the road. Dale is a hard worker. Took care of our tire issue. If you ever have any problems we suggest you call this company! Thanks again Dale!!

My son had his truck towed yesterday afternoon in Oakland and the guy did a horrible job loading the truck. He tried to load the truck at a angle onto the back of his truck and popped my sons tire. No apology or nothing and charge him 150.00 to tow it. He did come quickly give him credit for that!

I won't bash them. They came out quickly, the guy who changed my tire was friendly and efficient. However, I had a spare and just needed a tire change, it cost $100. If I didn't have my 9 month old daughter in the car I would have waited an hour and a half for my brother to come change it.

I do roadside on 18 wheelers. Needed help loading some heavy stuff in my truck. Dale was dispatched to me and showed up in record time. Very good with his wrecker and professionalism at its best. Thanks for bailing me out guys. You have my business for good! Jeff Martin Martin Diesel Service

These guys are the best towing service by far! Southern hospitality at its finest. They genuinely cared about our family and only wanted nothing more than to see our vehicle fixed and back on the road. I highly recommend this towing service to anyone one in the Tennessee area. Great guys!

My husband had his truck break down in the middle of Tennessee on his return trip from visiting family out of state. These gentleman not only got him somewhere safe and put of the rain. When he couldn't chase down the problem with the truck, they offered to help him fix it. Between them and the shop they had him fixed for less than 1/4 of what it would have cost to transport it home for repair! They were prompt, courteous and went out of their way to make sure he was taken care of. Thank you!

Yesterday 8/27/28 I was stuck on the side of 385 headed to dr appointment from my front tire on the driver side seperated, causing a piece of the tire to hit my finderwell making me think I had a flat. I called 7 different places to come and change my tire all said they dont go that far. I sucked it up got out of car and was gonna change my own tire when I looked up and there he was mid south towing. I smiled. This man changed my tire out of the goodness of his heart. I seen 2 other towing companies go by and didnt stop or even acknowledge I was stranded. THANK YOU SO MUCH MID SOUTH TOWING.
