Excellent service here. We go here on a regular basis for parts and consumables, and the staff is always willing to talk cars, assist with finding parts and other items, and give advice and tips. They genuinely are car people. Prices are right on par and often lower than the other store in town. And I trust the parts more, but take that for what it's worth. Definitely a reliable place to go for the things you'd go to a car part store for.

been coming here for 2 years now. folks that work here are knowledgable and genuine gearheads. they aren't your '2wd or 4wd' types when buying air fresheners. good hard working folks here

I have 9nly positive experiences when dealing with this parts store. We usually so frustrated by the time I get in anything could be a good experience just about cuz if I'm there that means something's tore up.

I have enjoyed O'Reilly's as my go to auto parts store for 20 years.

Products wasn't in the correct pricing slot. The employee was not concerned about it.

I called looking for a specific part. The person who answered the phone said the power was out so they couldn't look it up. I said i have all the info can you go to where it'd be and see if you have it. He said no. So i guess they don't have sections just a random system. Ridiculous

Can't wait until they officially move to the larger location. As long as the prices stay competitive I will continue using this chain for parts.

Jacob was so nice and helpful. He even installed the windshield wipers and put in the windshield wiper fluid I bought. Great customer service!

On Dec3,2016 I stopped in the Somerville,Tn O'Reilly store in need of wire and all that goes with wiring trailer lights. In a day and time that customer service, and especially GOOD customer service is virtually non-existent I was really impressed with a young lady by the name of Lou Baskerville. This young lady never once got tired of exchanging what a friend of mine and I got wrong. She did this to the point of actually coming to the truck/trailer that needed the repair,went back inside and got the right parts to do the job and we left with working lights. She stayed with us and a time or two actually took the parts herself and put them together to get us on the right track. This type of help you never see and just to put a little more emphasis on her commitment to taking care of the customer,it was raining straight down the entire time she was doing this.Can't say enough-Thanks again Lou,you're the best!
