I have lived in Somerville for 7 1/2 yrs. Customer service has been insistently subpar this entire time. These Zoners need a serious tune up. Maybe yet again another store manager.

Mr Jt Owens was a great help very knowledgeable.

Very close to home. Large new store. I go as needed. The service is hit mis in part fue to hiring new inexperienced people. You got to start somewhere. Good experience did a return and went well, easy. Not so good dound item in stock on line, but the staff could not find it.

Great service all the time

Belt and pulley went out on truck close enough to get to autozone without running hot. They didn't have pulley but Oakland did so they sent a man to get it. Loan me a tool to get the belt on the truck. They did everything they possibly could to help me. Customer service was EXCELLENT. Thank you!

Had what I needed & employees helpful.

Went there for transmission fluid and a windshield wiper blade. The employee, Philip, went to get the transmission fluid and brought back the most expensive one. My suggestion is if you shop here don't ask Philip for any help.

I ordered a part and it came in the next day on time like the sales associate said. They were very helpful.

Very helpful and put me first. Took a dead battery in to be checked to see if I needed a new one. They charged the battery and said I didn't need to purchase one. No cost for charging. They easily could have made a sale but chose the honest path. Thanks.

Had trouble with one of my service vehicles starting,they tested it and determine it was the battery.Had a new one installed.The service personal was very helpful and knowable.

My radiator cap blew apart in oakland, my friend said go to the next auto zone and he wld pay for it over the phone, I missed the one in oakland so I went to the one in somerville.. I called ahead on google maps and was there b4 I got off the phone! The older man was pretty slow but everything turned out good

Have not been able to get there in awhile.

Used to be a good place to purchase my auto parts but since the changing of staff and the store manager in particular it has becoming an inconvenience to purchase the correct products and in addition difficult to rent a proper loaner tool from the program they offer forcing the consumer to purchase a higher price loaner tool putting the customer in quite an inconvenient predicament.

Since I don't check my wipers till it's raining, it's AWESOME to have AUTO ZONE and their friendly personell to put em on.

Typical chain auto parts store, avoid electrical parts at these stores
