I retired here from CT 8 years ago and never knew there was an auto parts side to the Tri-County John Deere etc. dealer. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. Helpful, friendly and the price for my battery was $63 less than NAPA. I am not badmouthing NAPA just stating a fact. I will be visiting them again when I need parts for my autos.

Great service. They go out there way to locate parts for you when they don't have. Usually next day delivery and sometimes same day

Great services and the staff is super helpful. I drive a 1965 Plymouth and they either have, or can get, all the parts I need!

While I have never really had any problems with NAPA Crossville (no real 'over-the-top great experiences either', this last time was very different. I called them at 11:30am about brake shoes and had a guy tell me, 'yes he had them' and give me a price - I then said "I'll head your way be there in about 25-30 minutes" (I live quite a bit south of town), to which he responded 'ok, see ya in a little bit'. I took the time to wash my thoroughly greasy hands (maybe 2 minutes or so) and then hopped in my pickup and drove straight to NAPA. Arrived at NAPA and pulled door to go in, only to find it locked - apparently NAPA in Crossville closes at noon on Saturdays. The time on my cell phone was 12:02pm and there were 3 guys inside that wouldn't even look up at the door. Now, I have always found it ridiculous how so many businesses in the Crossville area close early on Saturdays or are not even open at all on weekends - the weekend is the only time a working person can do jobs like brakes and motor work - it's a culture thing for the area, I get it, but doesn't make business-sense. What I found so unbelievable on this instance is that the guy I talked to didn't say one word about closing at noon, when I SPECIFICALLY said how long it would take me to get there. Not only that, 3 guys stand in there and just ignore me at the door - the guy I talked to was one of them and KNEW he had just talked to me. Additionally, as I turned to get back in my pickup, another guy was walking to the door and I told him that NAPA had closed - that guy gaped and said "but I just talked to them and said I was coming"... Bottom line: Crappy way to handle customer service. I am going to somewhere/anywhere other than NAPA today to get my brakes.
