Went again today... Had truck problems and got there just before they closed on a Friday and they were just as nice and didn't rush me out so they could leave although I wouldn't have blamed them but instead they were just as friendly and professional... Thanks CMC

as someone that runs a construction business, I find your hours very impractical from 8:00 to 4:30 most folks are at work before 8:00 and wouldn't make it back in time to unload and get ready for the next day. whatever the case. I looked at your hours and thought I was going to be able to make it. not knowing that you close 15 minutes early, I would recommend changing your hours so people can know what to expect.
Never had a good experience here go to rockwood or Sparta if you wanna be treated like family. They wait till after your unloaded to tell you they’re only gonna give you $3.50 a 100# and not $7 took hour to get unloaded save time get more money anywhere else.
Shady scrap yard. Gave them 240 pounds of steel, and was given $16 for "loose shreddables" aka a bunch of random metal mixed together. Horrible service.
I’ve been visiting scrapyards for about the last 15 years and I’ll say that CMC here in Crossville are top-notch. The staff is very helpful very friendly and their prices are above the other scrap facilities in my area. Bring your business to them you’ll be 100% satisfied
Last week I posted that they were Fair on steel and metals. They're the cheapest cheatingest to scrap yard I've ever been to. If they don't beat you on the weight they'll classified as something it's not and give you the cheapest price I got three cents a pound for batteries when it's posted 16 cents a pound go figure.. horrible the only place in Crossville and they suck at fairness. You think you're getting a fair deal weigh your shit before you get there check the prizes for you get there and see the difference by when you leave

The staff was very courteous and efficient the computer went down on the scale side and when I got to the pay window the printer went down just one of them days
I went with my boyfriend to scrap a lot of things we had around including a bunch of cans. This was all personal scrap and because my boyfriend's truck has the company he works for logo on the side they claimed they had to send the money to them instead of giving him the check. This isn't the first time that truck has been used to take scrap there and that has NEVER been policy. Dumbest thing I've ever heard.
This is the only place I take my scrap to. Easy to deal with and always have been very fair on prices with me. I recommend them to everyone who scraps as much as I do. The stuff is friendly and easy to get along with!
My son & I bring in a few bags of crushed cans usually once a month for his pocket money. The guys are so helpful when we come in! Always extremely polite, nice small talk while we get things into the bin to be weighed. Lovely woman at the payout counter as well. She's always sweet to my boy and has a smile to share with everyone. Very happy we found this gem for our recycling!! I'd highly recommend them. You're in and out within a few minutes, cash in hand & $ in your wallet.
First time ever using a service like this. Had to toss out a broken 5th wheel hitch weighing about 220 lbs. They made it super easy, and the $20 I got was better than the $20 some other places wanted to charge me for it. After my 15 minutes visit it was all done, so I headed to the nearest gas station to put a quarter cup of fuel in my truck with the proceeds!
Very easy to work with. When they can they will help you as much as possible with separating and sorting your metals. They give the highest price for everything you bring them. If you got extra metal laying around your property and need some cash RMG is the place to go!
I had a really bad experience there worked on my van gor 30 min to get the catalitic converter off and when up there and a guy offerd me 5 bucks I just left it there then I hear there worth alot of money I think they scam people there there is people all over news stealling converters u cant tell me yhere doing that for five bucks
Had Two catalytic converters they offered me ten dollars for both worth closer to two hundred.I don't know if it's the company or the employees .Know your prices in advance or they'll lay it to you
